Abstract

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze how individual taxpayer compliance (WPOP) in West Java Province is influenced by e-filing, e-billing, and digital literacy. The phenomenon of tax digitalization serves as the background to this research. Although this trend is projected to increase the ease, effectiveness, and accuracy of tax reporting and payment, the current level of taxpayer compliance remains below ideal standards.Methodology: This is a quantitative study using a survey method. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 80 individual taxpayer respondents in West Java Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 software.Research Results: The results indicate that, partially, e-filing has no significant effect on WPOP compliance, e-billing also has no significant effect on WPOP compliance, while digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on WPOP compliance. Simultaneously, e-filing, e-billing, and digital literacy significantly influenced taxpayer compliance with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.086. This means that the independent variables in this study explained 8.6% of the variation in taxpayer compliance, while the remaining 91.4% was influenced by factors outside the research model. Based on these findings, the Directorate General of Taxes is recommended to increase taxpayer socialization, education, and digital literacy to optimize the use of the digital tax system in encouraging tax compliance. Keywords: e-filing, e-billing, Digital Literacy, Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

Abstract This study also examines job satisfaction as a mediating variable in this relationship.   Objective : Studi ini menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Kantor BKPSDM Bogor, dengan fokus pada peran budaya organisasi, tunjangan kinerja, dan kepemimpinan transformasional.   Methods : This study investigates the factors that influence employee performance at the Bogor BKPSDM Office, focusing on the role of organizational culture, performance allowances, and transformational leadership.   Research results : The main findings indicate that performance incentives and transformational leadership significantly increase job satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts employee performance. Performance incentives and organizational culture are also shown to directly improve performance. However, organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction, and transformational leadership does not have a significant direct effect on performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction successfully mediates the effect of performance incentives and transformational leadership on employee performance, highlighting its central role as a link between policies and work outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract : This study examines the discourse of sustainability in Indonesia’s crumb rubber industry through a critical paradigm. Objective : To explore the meaning of sustainability from the perspective of smallholder farmers, analyze the influence of power dynamic within the rubber industry, and identify local forms of resistance against the dominance of corporate sustainability discourse. Methodology : This research employs a qualitative approach using Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), participatory observation, and analysis of policy documents and corporate social responsibility (CSR) reports. The analysis covers three CDA dimensions: text, discursive practice, and social practice. Research Results : The study finds that the sustainability discourse in the crumb rubber industry is dominated by a technocratic paradigm emphasizing efficiency and certification, while smallholder farmers interpret sustainability as livelihood continuity, fair pricing, and economic independence. A counter-narrative emerges in the form of “sustainability from below,” emphasizing social justice and local knowledge. The research highlights the importance of structural transformation through an Inclusive Closed-Loop Supply Chain (ICLSC) model that promotes equity and participation. Keywords : critical sustainability, smallholder farmers, crumb rubber industry, critical paradigm, social discourse, CDA

Abstract

Abstract : This study explores the economic empowerment of smallholder rubber farmers through product innovation using areca palm leaf sheaths as eco-friendly raw materials. Objective : To strengthen the economic resilience of smallholder rubber farmers through community-based innovation, promoting value-added utilization of agricultural waste and integrating local enterprises into sustainable value chains. Methodology : A qualitative descriptive approach combined with participatory action research (PAR) was employed to analyze the process, impact, and community involvement in this empowerment program. Data were collected through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, and documentation of field activities in Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatra. Research Results : The program successfully trained over 30 farmers and established a community production unit capable of producing more than 200 units of eco-tableware. The initiative increased household income by 20–30%, improved livelihood capital, and reduced environmental waste through the conversion of organic residues into biodegradable products. Farmers demonstrated high enthusiasm and independence in production, supported by local cooperatives. The activity also opened potential export opportunities and contributed to circular economy practices, reinforcing sustainable supply chains within the rubber industry. Abstract

Objective : This study aims to comprehensively analyze the institutional ecosystem that supports the sustainability and competitiveness of Indonesia's Food Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).     Methods : Using a descriptive policy analysis approach, the research identifies and maps three core pillars that determine the development of the sector: (1) regulatory compliance and quality standards, (2) government and cooperative support, and (3) strategic partnerships and initial funding. The data were derived from official policy documents, institutional programs, and community-based engagement with Food SME actors.   Research results : The study finds that certifications such as Halal, BPOM, P-IRT, NKV, and HACCP are essential to ensure food safety, consumer confidence, and market access. Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the management of tourist facilities and its impact on the tourist experience at the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 Mangrove Nature Tourism Park (TWA), North Jakarta. This area is an ecotourism destination that combines conservation and recreation, but the increasing number of visitors demands optimal facility management to avoid disrupting the ecosystem's balance. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, with data sources obtained through documentation, scientific journals, and interviews with three tourists. The results indicate that while the main facilities, such as pedestrian paths, restrooms, gazebos, and seating areas, are considered adequate, there are still shortcomings in aspects of cleanliness, lighting, and directional signs. Supporting facilities such as photo spots, observation towers, and cafes contribute to the attraction, but environmental education remains under-recognized. Good facility management has been shown to positively impact tourist comfort and satisfaction, while deficiencies in maintenance detract from the quality of the tourist experience. This study recommends improving cleanliness, providing educational resources, improving accessibility, and promoting sustainable ecotourism. With sustainable management, the PIK 2 Mangrove TWA has the potential to become an urban ecotourism icon offering not only recreation but also environmental education.Methodology: Descriptive qualitative method, to gain a deep understanding of the phenomenon under study through data collection in the form of words, actions, and documents.Research Results: The analysis shows that facility management has a direct influence on tourist experiences. Well-maintained facilities create a sense of comfort and safety, while poorly maintained facilities reduce impressions and satisfaction. Keywords: Tourism Facility Management, Tourist Experience, PIK 2 Mangrove Nature Tourism Park

Abstract

Objective : This paper presents a policy-oriented comparative analysis of sustainability transitions in Indonesia and Vietnam, focusing on institutional frameworks, governance structures, and policy coherence in the pursuit of sustainable development.   Methods : Drawing on primary policy documents, national development plans, and reports from international organizations such as the World Bank, UNDP, and ASEAN, the study adopts a descriptive qualitative methodology to map the interconnections between economic reform, environmental policy, and social inclusion.   Research results : The study finds that Indonesia’s decentralized governance fosters participation but suffers from fragmentation, while Vietnam’s centralized model ensures policy coherence yet limits transparency. Their sustainability paths are complementary: Indonesia excels in participatory management, Vietnam in coordinated green industrialization. Integrating both approaches can strengthen ASEAN’s regional sustainability and low-carbon resilience.
