Abstract

Indonesian people spend an average of 3 H 18 M per day for using social media. The activitiescarried out are very diverse, such as keeping in touch with friends and family, finding sparetime, reading news stories, watching live streaming, finding products to purchase, postingabout self-activities, etc. In Fuchs' view, social media users are part of digital labour. They areexploited by social media corporations, such as Facebook, Google, and others. Exploitationoccurs by commodifying and selling data from social media activity to advertising companies.This is not realized by the users. The aims of research are the first, to explore awareness andperceptions of IKBP students about their activities in social media. Second, to deconstruct userawareness regarding their existence when surfing social media. This research uses descriptivequalitative methods. The data in this research is accumulated through observation and FGD.This research took a sample of students from the The Christian Institute of Technology andBusiness of Bukit Pengharapan Tawangmangu, Karanganyar, Central Java. The resultsof this research indicate that users perceive that surfing in social media is part of playing,recreational activities and only to fill spare time. Meanwhile, if examined from Fuchs' theoryof information capitalism, social media users are digital labour that be exploited by digitalcorporations. This research is important so that users can use social media constructively, suchas accumulating capital and developing creativity. Don't waste time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi, Mitra, Dan Kualitas PelayananTerhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Gofood secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode survei dengan populasi 125 siswa-siswi SMA Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta dari95 sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple randomsampling (pengambilan sampel secara acak). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, ujikoefisien determinasi (R2), uji parsial (T), dan uji simultan (F) yang diolah menggunakanprogram Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 23. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa promosi, dan mitra berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi secara parsialterhadap kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadapkepuasaan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi, mitra, dan kualitaspelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama).Variabel mitra memiliki pengaruh secara dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the influence of working capital/current assets on profitability. This working capital / current assets turnover includes cash turnover, inventory turnover, and accounts receivable inventory. Bumi Irian Indah Company's financial report is used as secondary data in this research with a time period of 2018-2020. Multiple linear regression, T test and F test are used as analysis methods. The conclusion of this research analysis is that working capital/current asset turnover has a simultaneous effect on profitability, while only partial inventory and receivables have an effect on profitability.

Abstract

The high level of population density causes the need for residential houses to also increase. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence consumers decisions in buying a house, in terms of price, location and income. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 90 people who have bought a house at KPR Putra Resident Malibela, Sorong City. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20 application program. Meanwhile, the approach used in this research is quantitative and correlation methods. The results of the research show that price, location and income partiallyinfluence consumer decisions in buying a house. It is hoped that this research can become a basic reference or consideration for housing developers in determining the right marketing strategy or business strategy so that it can meet the needs, tastes and desires of consumers.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the management functions of Bread Bake UMKM in Pendawan Village, namely discussing planning (planning) carried out by UMKM for their business, organizing (organizing) in the division of tasks for their operational activities, actuating (driving) that keeps the business afloat. To be able to compete and control (supervision) the preparation of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM using the Si Apik application. The results of the study show (1) planning is still a plan for the long term, business owners still do not have a plan in the short and medium term, (2) organizing in the division of tasks has been implemented, even though in a while if there is work which cannot be done by one of the workers can be replaced, (3) the actuating as the business owner has tried to make new innovations so that the business being run can survive and compete, (4) (controlling) in this case the preparation of financial reports is still not done applied by business owners to their businesses so that researchers also help make the preparation of financial reports using the Si Apik application in accordance with the SAK EMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-performing loans on return on assets. The type of research used is associative / relationship, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of non-performing loans of Bank CIJ Bojonggambir Branch in 2016-2020. The statistical method used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, non-performing loans have a significant negative effect on return on assets. This means that the higher the level of non-performing loans, the lower the return on assets.

Abstract

Banyaknya restoran baru bermunculan yang menimbulkan persaingan, khususnya dalam persaingan harga, mutu makanan, dan pelayanan antar usaha sejenis. Keadaan inilah yang membuat konsumen lebih selektif dalam menentukan pilihannya. Persaingan yang terjadi antara bisnis usaha makanan ini mendorong masing-masing perusahaan untuk menciptakan peluang dengan menerapkan ide-ide baru untuk menimbulkan minat konsumen. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh pengelola bisnis restoran salah satunya yaitu dengan menerapkan experential marketing. Keberadaan experiential marketing sangat bermanfaat untuk menciptakan kepercayaan konsumen karena perusahaan bisa lebih menciptakan emosi dari setiap pelanggan atas jasa yang sudah dirasakan. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan tujuan utama dari setiap perusahaan dalam melakukan kegiatan bisnis. Kepercayaan konsumen menjadi tolak ukur perusahaan dalam memajukan bisnisnya. Terciptanya kepercayaan konsumen merupakan langkah awal perusahaan dalam membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan.hal ini sangat menguntungkan perusahaan karena dengan terciptanya kepercayaan konsumen maka akan membentuk pelanggan yang loyal terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh langsung variabel experiential marketing terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen pada Restoran Calista binjai dan apakah ada pengaruh tidak langsung variabel experiential marketing terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen melalui kepercayaan konsumen pada Restoran Calista binjai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan program SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden. Pengambilan data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung variabel experiential marketing terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen pada Restoran Calista binjai dan ada pengaruh tidak langsung variabel experiental marketing terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen melalui kepercayaan konsumen pada Restoran Calista binjai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada UD. BSS Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel 77 responden yang merupakan konsumen UD. BSS Medan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh Experiental Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, dimana nilai t hitung sebesar (3,699 > 1,665) dan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh Kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan, bisa dilihat dari nilai t hitung yang lebih tinggi dari tabel (2505> 1,665) dan 0,014 < 0,05. Experiental marketing, dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan pada UD.BSS. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,353 berarti 35,3% besaran ikatan variabel Experiental marketing dan kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan pada UD.BSS, sedangkan sisanya 64,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Analysing the element of Shariah used as the basis of business, its nature is very universal to the people's artifacts. Eliminating Indonesia's potential as the largest Muslim country in the world. There is a fundamental awareness of the failure of the conventional economic system that has created crises since 1923, 1930, 1940, 1970, 1980, 1990, 1997 even to this day. This qualitative descriptive research uses library studies. The results of the research are that Shari (a compliance) is an important and fundamental element in a Sharia-based financial business. The growth of the multi-faceted sharia-based financial business in Indonesia deserves great appreciation. This is because the element of Shariah used as the basis of business, its nature is very universal to the people's artifacts. Besides, there is a growing fundamental awareness of the failure of the conventional economic system that has created crises since 1923, 1930, 1940, 1970, 1980, 1990, 1997 and even today.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the risks encountered by entrepreneurs in running their business. To find the right solutions in taking action when facing business risks. Research methods are qualitative approaches and survey approaches. Business risk involves external and internal factors that can affect business performance and therefore, an effective risk management strategy becomes a must. In an effort to minimize risk, it is necessary to adopt a proactive approach involving rigorous market monitoring, comprehensive risk analysis, and the implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies. Business success is determined not only by potential profits, but also by the company's ability to identify, evaluate, and manage such risks. Businesses that are able to respond to risks quickly to changing environments and integrate risk management principles holistically will have stronger competitiveness. The need to sexually highlight a continuous awareness of risk, the implementation of appropriate strategies, and a good risk management culture in the business can the sustainability and long-term success of a business
