Abstract

in this study aims to determine the influence of Communication and Workload on the performance of Employees of "CV Sari Rasa Nusantara Pal Merah West Jakarta" partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 62 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 57 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that the Communication variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value (9,450> 2.004) and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The Workload variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value (6,246> 2.004) a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. This indicates that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Based on the F- hypothesis test (Simultaneous), the calculated F value (49.209 > 3.168) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 are shown. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that communication and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Sari Rasa Nusantara Pal Merah, West Jakarta. The R-square value is 0.646, or 64.6%, with the remaining 35.6% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kewajiban negara dalam melindungi hak privasi digital nasabah bank syariah dari penyalahgunaan data finansial di era open banking. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun kerangka regulasi perlindungan data pribadi telah ada, implementasinya menghadapi tantangan serius. Temuan data menunjukkan bahwa 78% penyalahgunaan data terjadi melalui kerentanan pada pihak ketiga (fintech partner) dalam ekosistem open banking, dan hanya 40% bank syariah yang telah mengintegrasikan prinsip syariah (amanah dan ihsan) secara eksplisit dalam panduan perlindungan datanya. Selain itu, efektivitas penegakan hukum masih sangat rendah, di mana hanya 4,2% dari 237 kasus yang dilaporkan pada 2024 yang berakhir dengan putusan pidana. Simpulan penelitian menekankan perlunya negara memperkuat kelembagaan pengawas, meningkatkan koordinasi antarregulator, dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai syariah secara sistematis untuk menciptakan lingkungan open banking yang aman dan etis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT. JAS Cengkareng Manifest Cargo Export Division Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method through an descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample with a total of 50 respondents taken from all company employees. Data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple & multiple regression test, partial & simultaneous correlation coefficient tg yest, partial & simultaneous determination coefficient test, T test and F test. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression test, the equation Y = 9.186 + 0.314X1 + 0.472X2 is obtained, indicating that the variables of Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline have a positive coefficient on the Employee Performance variable. The coefficient of the Physical Work Environment variable gives a value of 0.314, indicating that if the Physical Work Environment variable increases with the assumption that other variables remain constant, the Employee Performance variable will increase. The coefficient for the Work Discipline variable is 0.472, indicating that an increase in Work Discipline will increase employee performance. The correlation value, or R-value, of 0.772 and the R-square value of 0.596, or 59.6%, indicate a strong relationship between the Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline and employee performance. The F-test also yielded a value of 45.679 > 2.750. This indicates that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline influence employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak. his study aims to find out the influence between the influence of social media and Personal Branding on customer loyalty both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted using a quantitative research method involving consumers (100 respondents) as a sample. Also, this researcher used various research tests, namely validity tests, reliability tests, calcium assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, regression coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the study obtained the multiple regression equation Y = 1.231 + 0.122 X1 + 0.433 X2 + e. The value of the regression coefficient on the productivity variable of 1.231 concluded that if social media (X1) and Personal Branding (X2) remained (unchanged), then the customer loyalty consistency value (Y) was 1.231. The results of the t-test statistics showed that there was a positive and significant influence of social media on customer loyalty. Based on the calculation of the ttable > (1,984) which is 1.539 and a significant value of 0.127 < 0.05, thus H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected so that there is a partial positive and significant influence of social media on customer loyalty. And, the results of statistical calculations show that the value of F is calculated 550,796 > 3,089. By using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the hypothesis that states that the simultaneous variable of social media (X1), Personal Branding (X2), has an influence on customer loyalty (Y) Keywords: Social Media, Personal Branding, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the extent to which promotion and brand image influence the purchasing decisions of CV. Tirta Sasmita’s cup-packaged drinking water. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 96 consumers who have purchased and consumed Tirta Sasmita cup drinking water. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which involves selecting respondents based on specific criteria such as gender and age. The data analysis process includes instrument testing (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results show that the coefficient of determination is 0.312, meaning that promotion and brand image contribute 31.2% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 68.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The partial t-test indicates that the promotion variable has a t-value greater than the t-table (5.165 > 1.661) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The brand image variable also shows a t-value greater than the t-table (5.943 > 1.661) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.Furthermore, the F-test results demonstrate that promotion and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the F-value being greater than the F-table (21.091 > 3.09) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and workload on job satisfaction of North Serpong Regional Hospital employees, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents, data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient analysis test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t is 11.150>1.984 and the significance value for the workload variable (X1) is 0.000, a significant value smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.000<0.05, thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction variable (Y) at North Serpong Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t value was 11.490>1.984 and the significance value for the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable (X2) was 0.000, the significance value was smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.000<0.05, meaning that the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction variable (Y) at North Serpong Regional Hospital. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value was 78.889>3.09 and the significance value was 0.000<0.05. So it can be concluded that the workload variable (X1) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) at North Serpong Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) sepanjang perjalanan dan perkembangannya, agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui transparansi anggaran investasi yang diberikan oleh pemerintah terkait super holding Danantara tersebut. Sumber dana yang begitu besar, yakni diangka kurang lebih 14.000 Triliun Rupiah bukanlah angka yang sedikit, anggaran tersebut didapatkan memalui Dividen BUMN, modal Negara, Efisiensi anggaran, dan juga aset – aset BUMN yang belum terkelola dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang di mana pendekatan yang ada berfokus pada makna, pengalaman, dan perspektif subjek. Adapun kegunaan metode penelitian kualitatif diantara lain untuk memahami fenomena sosial yang saat ini terjadi, budaya yang sudah mengakar, maupun perilaku atau watak manusia secara mendalam.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul, Tbk for the period 2015-2024. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method. The source of this research is secondary data. The population of this study is the annual financial report of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk, for the period 2015-2024 over a period of 10 years. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation coefficient test, hypothesis test (t test and F test), and determination coefficient test in SPSS software processing version 26. Based on the partial test analysis of the cash turnover variable on Return On Asset (ROA) there is a positive influence with a calculated t value of 4.318> t table 2.365 and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05, for the inventory turnover variable on Return On Asset (ROA) partially there is no influence with a calculated t value of 1.600 <t table 2.365 and a significant value of 0.154 > 0.05. Simultaneous test analysis between cash turnover and inventory turnover on Return On Asset there is an influence with the results of F count 21.237 > F table 4.46 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. The coefficient of determination is 81.8%, with the remaining 18.2% explained by variables outside the studied model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of management functions in UMKM administration that are still not ideal. Many UMKM kesulitan menjaga efisiensi dan kelangsungan usaha due to the implementation of weak management functions, particularly in financial and operational administration. Perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, and pengawasan are all included in management functions. UMKM has a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, yet many people are still unaware of how important money management is to increasing productivity. Effective financial management is essential for achieving optimal and sustainable pendapatan. The study findings indicate that MSMEs have successfully implemented financial management, although further assessment is still needed for each indicator. To advance, MSMEs are encouraged to implement more digital and systematic financial systems, such as cloud-based accounting technology. Furthermore, human resource capacity building through research and development from relevant institutions is also encouraged. With these initiatives, MSMEs are expected to become more stable, grow, and achieve strong sales, both domestically and internationally.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Toko Erablue Kebalen di Bekasi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi sebanyak 10.057 orang selama tahun 2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh 99 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 10,157 + 0,700X1. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan t hitung > t tabel (8.001 > 1.984), sehingga H01 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan Y = 6,990 + 0,796X2. Nilai t hitung > t tabel (9.768 > 1.982), sehingga H02 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima. Secara simultan, Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 4.271 + 0.286X1 + 0.587X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.528 atau 52.8%, sisanya 47.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Uji F menunjukkan F hitung > F tabel (53.657 > 3.09), sehingga H03 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Toko Erablue Kebalen di Bekasi.
