Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Islamic values in shaping ethical organizational culture. The research aims to analyze how principles such as honesty, justice, trustworthiness, and accountability influence organizational behavior and decision-making processes. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through literature review and analysis of relevant studies. Findings show that Islamic values significantly contribute to building an ethical work climate by guiding leaders and employees toward moral conduct, strengthening organizational integrity, and reducing unethical practices. The implications of this study suggest that integrating Islamic ethical principles can enhance performance, support sustainable governance, and foster a culture of responsibility within modern organizations.

Abstract

organizational culture on employee performance at CV Kembar Jaya Parung. The method used is a quantitative method. This data collection technique is carried out by taking objects from the sample which is called sampling or respondents, the sampling method uses a saturated sampling technique. The research sample was 75 respondents. Data analysis methods used in research include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis testing consisting of a partial t test and a simultaneous f test. From the results of this research it can be concluded that compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a t-label value of or (10.979 > 1.993) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a t-label value or (11.431 > 1.993) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Compensation and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of Fcount > Ftable or (80.684 > 3.120) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Compensation and organizational culture on employee performance have a regression effect of Y = 7.537 + 0.382 (X1) + 0.357 (X2). The result of the correlation coefficient value is 0.832, it can be concluded that the compensation variables (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together have an influential contribution to the employee performance variable (Y) of 69.1%, while the remaining 30.9% is influenced by other factors or variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT BFI Finance Indonesia TBK BSD Serpong, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population used in this study were employees of PT BFI Finance Indonesia TBK BSD Serpong. The sampling method used by the author in this study is the Slovin method, where the sample was 140 employees of PT BFI Finance Indonesia TBK BSD Serpong. The data collection method used in this study is primary data. The primary data taken were data from the answers of 140 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests, and simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient tests, partial hypothesis tests (t-tests), and simultaneous hypothesis tests (f-tests). The results of this study are that leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.249 + 0.828 X1 + 0.746 X2. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 75.3% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table value or (20.485 > 1.977). Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 83.5% and the hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value > t table value or (19.569 > 1.977). The determination coefficient value is 89.4% while the remaining 10.6% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (42.951 > 2.671).

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of ensuring food security for poor households and orphans as part of people-centered economic development. The research aims to describe the implementation of the Rice Assistance Program in Aur Kuning Subdistrict, identify obstacles in data collection, distribution, and supervision, and formulate strategies to optimize the program. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach based on library research, using content analysis to examine the program’s role in maintaining household food security and improving community economic welfare. The findings show that the program significantly contributes to sustaining food availability, reducing household expenditure burdens, and enhancing purchasing power. However, several issues remain, including mistargeted beneficiaries, distribution delays, and weak monitoring mechanisms. The discussion highlights the need for improved governance, strengthened data management, and increased transparency to ensure that the program operates more effectively and sustainably in supporting community-based economic development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara ekonomi moral dan ekonomi rasional dalam tindakan ekonomi Generasi Z di era modern, yang dipengaruhi oleh kemajuan teknologi digital, perubahan sosial, dan evolusi pola konsumsi global. Generasi Z merupakan kelompok yang tumbuh dalam lingkungan digital dan media sosial yang kuat, di mana keputusan ekonomi mereka seringkali dipengaruhi oleh algoritma, iklan daring, dan norma moral yang terbentuk dari percakapan sosial di dunia maya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi perilaku digital, dan studi literatur berdasarkan publikasi ilmiah dari Google Scholar. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Z cenderung menggabungkan unsur moral dan rasional dalam proses pengambilan keputusan ekonomi, meskipun dalam praktiknya terdapat ketidakseimbangan seiring meningkatnya dorongan konsumsi digital. Fenomena seperti pembelian impulsif, pencitraan merek etis, dan kampanye sosial digital menunjukkan adanya konflik antara nilai-nilai moral dan efisiensi dalam praktik ekonomi saat ini. Hasil empiris juga menunjukkan bahwa perilaku ekonomi Generasi Z di Indonesia lebih dipengaruhi oleh media sosial, pengaruh, dan algoritma daripada pertimbangan moral yang mendalam, meskipun nilai-nilai etika tetap penting dalam membentuk loyalitas merek. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya literasi ekonomi berbasis moral, transparansi perusahaan, dan kebijakan publik yang mendukung keseimbangan antara prinsip etika dan rasional dalam sistem ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi, baik secara teoretis maupun praktis, dalam mengembangkan paradigma ekonomi yang lebih manusiawi, berkelanjutan, dan responsif terhadap perubahan zaman.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti ketidaksetaraan sosial dan ekonomi di Indonesia melalui lensa sosiologi ekonomi menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Analisis mengungkapkan bahwa ketidaksetaraan adalah fenomena multidimensional yang berakar pada interaksi struktural antara ekonomi, hierarki sosial, dan kebijakan publik. Dari perspektif sosiologis-ekonomi, ketidaksetaraan bukan hanya hasil dari distribusi pendapatan yang tidak merata, tetapi juga manifestasi dari struktur sosial yang terinstitusionalisasi yang memberikan hak istimewa kepada kelompok-kelompok tertentu dengan modal ekonomi, budaya, dan sosial yang lebih besar. Studi ini juga menemukan bahwa kebijakan pembangunan saat ini di Indonesia cenderung menekankan pertumbuhan ekonomi daripada distribusi yang adil, sehingga memperkuat kesenjangan sistemik antar kelas sosial. Lebih lanjut, studi ini menyoroti bahwa kesejahteraan tidak dapat dicapai hanya melalui ekspansi ekonomi tanpa mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sosial seperti solidaritas, keadilan, dan inklusivitas. Sosiologi ekonomi menawarkan kerangka analitis komprehensif yang menjembatani hubungan antara pasar dan masyarakat, menekankan pentingnya dimensi etika dan sosial dalam perumusan kebijakan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan sosial yang berkelanjutan membutuhkan reformasi struktural, akses yang adil terhadap pendidikan dan kesehatan, dan revitalisasi solidaritas sosial di dalam masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, pencapaian pembangunan inklusif di Indonesia tidak hanya membutuhkan efisiensi ekonomi, tetapi juga penguatan keadilan sosial dan tanggung jawab kolektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the Gender Empowerment Index (GEI) in Aceh Province from 2010 to 2024. The variables examined include Women as Professional Workers, Women’s Income Contribution, and Women’s Involvement in Parliament. Using secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), this research applies a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 10. The results show that women as professional workers have a positive but insignificant effect on the GEI. Meanwhile, women’s income contribution and women’s involvement in parliament both have positive and significant effects on the GEI in Aceh Province. The F-test results indicate that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the GEI. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.9966 indicates that 99.66% of the variation in the GEI can be explained by the three independent variables. These findings imply that strengthening women’s economic roles and political participation is essential to improving gender empowerment in Aceh.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of average years of schooling, life expectancy, and per capita expenditure on economic growth in Aceh Province for the period 2010–2024 using multiple linear regression. The results show that average years of schooling has a negative and significant effect, indicating that improvements in education have not been able to directly drive economic growth. Life expectancy has a negative but insignificant effect, suggesting that better health conditions have not yet contributed optimally to increasing economic output. In contrast, per capita expenditure has a positive and significant effect, indicating that higher purchasing power plays a stronger role in stimulating economic activity.

Abstract

This research analyzes the financial ratios of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk from 2015 to 2024. The ratios analyzed include profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios. The data is taken from the financial statements of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk for the years 2015 to 2024. The method used in this research is quantitative. The results show that the profitability ratio based on ROA of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk during the period of 2015-2024 only reached an average of -6.36%, and in the last year, it was also only at -0.12%. The ROE ratio has an average ratio value of -21.33%. The liquidity ratio shows that the cash ratio of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk at the beginning of the period was quite good but gradually decreased to a less favorable condition, with an average ratio level of only 7.71% during the 2015-2024 period, and the CR in the last year only touched 50,56%. The quick ratio also experienced fluctuations with a low ratio capability from year to year, with an average value of 38.29%. In the solvency ratio, the calculation results in an average debt to assets ratio of 54.25% and a debt to equity ratio of 218.54%

Abstract

Abstrak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and physical work environment on the performance of Tangerang City Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) employees. The method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The population in this study were Tangerang City Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) employees and the number of saturated samples was 50 respondents. Data collection methods were through questionnaires with a Likert scale, observation, and literature studies. The results of this study were that motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 46.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (6.459 > 2.010). Physical Work Environment had a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 80% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (2.042 > 2.010). Motivation and the physical work environment simultaneously significantly influence employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 16,862 + 693X1 + 0.89X2, with a coefficient of determination of 47.3%, while the remaining 52.7% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated F value > F table value of 21.058 > 3.20. Keywords: Motivation; Work Environment; Performance
