Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), dan Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) pada Bank BCA Syariah periode 2013–2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²) melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial NPF (Sig. 0,157), FDR (Sig. 0,868), dan ROA (Sig. 0,535) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CAR. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai F hitung 1,252 dan signifikansi 0,371 (>0,05). Nilai R² sebesar 0,385 menunjukkan bahwa 38,5% variasi CAR dijelaskan oleh NPF, FDR, dan ROA, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the persistent levels of poverty and economic vulnerability among communities in West Pasaman Regency, despite the region’s considerable economic potential in agriculture, trade, and micro-enterprise sectors. In this context, the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of West Pasaman plays a strategic role as a zakat management institution that not only distributes consumptive assistance but also develops productive zakat programs aimed at strengthening the economic independence of mustahik. Programs such as business capital support, provision of production tools, entrepreneurship training, and ongoing business mentoring are key instruments examined in this study. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research was conducted at the BAZNAS office and several districts where mustahik beneficiaries reside. The findings indicate that productive zakat programs significantly contribute to improving community livelihoods by increasing business capital, enhancing turnover, creating job opportunities, and reducing dependence on consumptive aid. The impacts include increased income, better fulfillment of basic needs, and growing business independence, although the level of success varies among beneficiaries. The study also identifies challenges such as limited funds and human resources, low awareness among some muzakki, and difficulties in monitoring businesses across wide areas. Overall, BAZNAS plays an important role but requires strengthened governance and expanded program outreach for optimal impact.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Samadista Karya South Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the Quantitative Associative method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Samadista Karya South Jakarta. The number of samples used was 82 respondents. The data analysis method used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Samadista Karya South Jakarta, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 25.645 + 0.379X1. The correlation value is 0.754 (strong relationship). The determination coefficient value is 56.9%. The t-value value is 10.268> t-table 1.990 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT Samadista Karya, South Jakarta, as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 25.013 + 0.395X2. The correlation value is 0.710 (strong relationship). The coefficient of determination is 50.4%. The calculated t value is 9.018 > t table 1.990 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Samadista Karya, South Jakarta, as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.969 + 0.254X1 + 0.193X2. The correlation value is 0.792 (strong relationship). The coefficient of determination is 62.7%. The calculated F value is 66.268 > F table 3.11 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, online customer rating, and online customer review on purchasing decisions partially. The study used a quantitative approach, involving 150 respondents who shopped for fashion products through the Shopee application. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained that price (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, online customer rating (X2) does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, online customer review (X3) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The magnitude of the influence of price, online customer rating, and online customer review on purchasing decisions is 48.2%, while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other variables not listed in this study.

Abstract

The electrical system on Enggano Island still relies on diesel power plants (PLTD). Dependence on PLTD results in high operational costs and significant carbon emissions. This study analyzes the potential for integrating solar power plants (PLTS) with diesel power plants (PLTD) in a hybrid system configuration using HOMER Pro software. Input data includes electricity load profiles, solar radiation from NASA POWER, and technical and economic project parameters over a 25-year period. Simulation results indicate that the optimal configuration consists of a 2,316 kWp PLTS, 1,116 battery units, a 1,250 kW inverter, and a 1,000 kW generator, resulting in an LCOE of Rp2,936/kWh and a reduction in fuel consumption of over 30% compared to a diesel-only system. Renewable energy penetration reaches 33.7%, CO2 emissions are reduced by up to 1,500 tons/year, and the IRR reaches 28%. These results demonstrate that the hybrid system is feasible for implementation in 3T regions (Remote, Frontier, and Outer) to support the transition to clean energy.

Abstract

The research results show that the implementation of global IT through cloud computing, data integration, business process automation, and standardized IT governance can significantly improve operational efficiency. Furthermore, IT utilization also contributes to increased revenue through innovation of digital products and services, improved customer service quality, and accelerated international market expansion. However, global IT implementation faces several challenges such as data security, regulatory differences, and the digital competency gap. The development of information technology (IT) in the digital era has encouraged companies to implement IT management on a global scale to improve operational efficiency and expand revenue potential. This study aims to analyze how a global IT management strategy can be implemented effectively and how it impacts organizational efficiency and revenue. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature review techniques and content analysis of various journals, company reports, and relevant scientific publications. This study concludes that global IT management is a strategic factor that can strengthen a company's competitiveness in global competition. Integrated, adaptive IT management that is aligned with business objectives has been proven to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable revenue growth.

Abstract

Abstrak. The research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees of PT Kharisma Cahaya Krisnawan Bogor, West Java, this type of research uses a quantitative method. Which is descriptive. The respondents of this study were all employees at PT Kharisma Cahaya Krisnawan Bogor, West Java, with a population of 55 (fifty-five) employees and used questionnaires to collect data from Variables of Work Discipline and compensation and Vaeiabel .performance of employees. The results of the study show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the test value of t-t-table 2.478 > ttable 1.674 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that work discipline (X₁) affects employee performance (Y) and the variable work discipline (X₂) is calculated by 6.326 > ttable 1.674 meaning that work discipline (X₂) affects employee performance (Y). while based on the results of the F test, it was found that the fcal value was 63.729 > ftable 3.16 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it can be said that work discipline and work compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Kharisma Cahaya Krisnawan Bogor West Java.. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and physical work environment on employee performance at the Atria Hotel Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency, both partially and simultaneously, The method used is quantitative, The objects of this research are 53 employees of the Atria Hotel Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency, The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 53 respondents, Research Results of the hypothesis test obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (4.680 > 2.008), with a significance probability value of (0.001 < 0.050), Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y) partially, Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (6.969 > 2.008), with a significance probability value of (0.001 < 0.050), Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the physical work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) partially, Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (24.602 > 3.180), Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, This means that there is a significant influence between motivation (X1) and physical work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) simultaneously, simultaneously Keywords: Motivation, Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media usage and brand equity on consumers’ purchasing decisions at vegetable stall MSMEs in Pasar Modern Paramount Gading Serpong. The research focuses on examining the partial and simultaneous effects of these variables on purchasing decisions, considering the increasing competition among MSMEs and changes in consumer behavior in the digital era, This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of vegetable stall MSMEs as research respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²), The results indicate that social media usage and brand equity partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables also significantly influence consumers’ purchasing decisions. This study is expected to provide practical insights for MSME actors in developing effective marketing strategies through social media utilization and strengthening brand equity.

Abstract

Abstrak. This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and competence on employee performance at the Library and Archives Office of South Tangerang City. This study employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The research sample consisted of 60 employees obtained through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation, and then analyzed using instrument testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, as well as t-test and F-test with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that: (1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with tcount > ttabel (13.800 > 2.002). This proves that the higher the employee’s discipline, the better the performance achieved. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with tcount > ttabel (17.552 > 2.002), which means that employees’ knowledge, skills, and work attitudes directly contribute to achieving performance targets. (3) Simultaneously, work discipline and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by Fcount > Ftabel (159.839 > 3.159) and significance level < 0.05. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = -1.813 + 0.237 X1 + 0.786 X2, which shows that work discipline and competence positively affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.849 or 84.9%, while the remaining 15.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as motivation, compensation, leadership, and work environment
