Abstract

The acceleration of financial system digitalization in the post–COVID-19 period has positioned fintech innovation and risk management as strategic issues within international finance and business studies, alongside rising global economic uncertainty and increasing cross-border risk complexity. This study aims to map global research trends and identify dominant patterns in the literature on fintech innovation and post-pandemic risk management through a bibliometric-based literature review approach. The research employs a semi-systematic literature review by analyzing five relevant peer-reviewed journal articles, synthesized through thematic grouping and pattern-based analysis. The findings indicate a growing scholarly focus on the dual role of fintech as a driver of efficiency and financial inclusion, as well as a source of emerging non-traditional risks, while also revealing a persistent conceptual fragmentation between technological innovation and risk management frameworks. This study contributes to the international finance and business literature by offering an integrated overview of fintech and risk-related research trends and by highlighting avenues for more holistic and context-sensitive future studies.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed consumer behavior in retail shopping through digital applications. This study aims to analyze the effect of product availability and digital service quality on the repurchase intention of Alfagift application users of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk in Arcamanik District, Bandung City. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 95 Alfagift application users. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS. The results show that product availability and digital service quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. Digital service quality has a more dominant influence than product availability. These findings indicate that improving product availability and enhancing digital service quality are important in increasing repurchase intention in digital retail applications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing strategy and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at “Ibu Cicih” Bakso Stall located in Langensari Village, Solokanjeruk Subdistrict, Bandung Regency. The increasingly intense competition in the culinary business sector requires micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to implement appropriate marketing strategies and maintain product quality in order to attract and retain consumers. The marketing strategy examined in this study includes the marketing mix, consisting of product, price, place, and promotion, while product quality is assessed based on taste, texture, hygiene, consistency, and the suitability of portion size with price. Consumer purchasing decisions are viewed as the result of a consumer consideration process in selecting and purchasing products. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers of “Ibu Cicih” Bakso Stall as research respondents. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, correlation testing, coefficient of determination, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing to determine the relationships and effects among variables. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Product quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, marketing strategy and product quality have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This indicates that the implementation of effective marketing strategies and consistent improvement of product quality can enhance consumer purchasing decisions. This study is expected to provide practical contributions for MSME actors, particularly in the culinary sector, as a consideration in formulating more optimal marketing strategies and maintaining product quality to improve business competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

This study discusses how financing management is applied in Islamic banking, focusing on Murabahah, Mudharabah, and Musyarakah contracts. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review, which involves analyzing previous studies, related regulations, and Islamic finance concepts. The study finds that managing financing in Islamic banks is not only about profit optimization but also about ensuring compliance with Sharia values. Each contract requires different strategies for risk control and profit distribution. Effective management helps maintain financial stability, supports the achievement of maqashid Al-Shariah, and strengthens public trust in Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

The development of the creative industry and digital printing services requires micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to implement appropriate business development strategies in order to remain competitive and sustainable. Diza Digital Printing, a digital printing MSME located in Banjaran District, still faces several challenges, including limited production capacity, poorly organized administrative systems, suboptimal promotional activities, and the absence of business legality. This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of the business and to formulate appropriate development strategies using the SWOT Analysis approach. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model and further formulated into the SWOT Matrix, IFAS, EFAS, and QSPM. The results show that Diza Digital Printing is positioned in Quadrant I (Strength–Opportunity), indicating that the business has strong internal capabilities to take advantage of market opportunities. The priority strategies recommended include restructuring the administrative system, completing business legality, strengthening digital promotion, and gradually increasing production capacity.

Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at the Department of Manpower of South Tangerang City. The background of this research is based on findings related to work stress and employee initiative, as well as the condition of employee performance that has not been optimal. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The sample consists of the entire population of 90 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that the workload variable (X₁) has a significant partial effect on employee performance (Y), with a t-value of 7.104 > t-table 1.987 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 36.4% (R² = 0.364) to employee performance. The work stress variable (X₂) also has a significant partial effect, with a t-value of 8.551 > t-table 1.987 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 45.4% (R² = 0.454). Simultaneously, both variables X₁ and X₂ have a significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 41.598 > F-table 3.10 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The simultaneous coefficient of determination is 48.9% (R² = 0.489), indicating that workload and work stress together explain 48.9% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. In conclusion, both workload and work stress have significant effects, either partially or simultaneously, on employee performance. Therefore, adjusting workload conditions and optimally managing work stress are essential to improving employee performance.

Abstract

Culinary sector micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting local economic growth, particularly in urban areas. However, intense competition requires business actors to continuously innovate and obtain adequate access to capital to improve financial performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and access to capital on the financial performance of culinary MSMEs in Sukajadi District, Bandung City. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME owners and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that product innovation has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Access to capital also has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, product innovation and access to capital significantly influence the financial performance of culinary MSMEs. These findings indicate that the integration of innovation capability and capital accessibility is essential to enhance MSME competitiveness and business sustainability.Keywords: 5 words or phrases that reflect the contents of the article (alphabetically).

Abstract

The quality of education is highly dependent on teacher performance, which is influenced by various internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of training and the work environment on teacher performance at SMP Islam Pacet, Bandung Regency. Using a quantitative descriptive and verificative approach, data were collected through a census of 40 teachers. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results indicate that both training and the work environment significantly and positively influence teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously, with a determination coefficient ($R^2$) of 80.1%. These findings suggest that systematic training and a conducive work environment are essential for maintaining professional teaching standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product, promotion, price, and place on purchasing decisions at EMKA Genteng Cianjur. This study is a correlational study using a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. Based on the results of the study, the promotion coefficient r count = .768 with r table (0.05) (15) = 0.657. Thus, it can be concluded that the promotion variable has a significant influence of 51.6% on purchasing decisions at EMKA Genteng Cianjur. Based on the results of the study, the price coefficient r count = 0.768 > r table (0.05) (18) = 0.657. Thus, it is concluded that the price variable has a significant influence of 51.6% on purchasing decisions at EMKA Genteng Cianjur. Based on the results of the study, the purchasing decision coefficient r count = 0.768 > r table (0.05) (18) = 0.657. Thus, it is concluded that the place variable has a significant influence of 51.6% on purchasing decisions at EMKA Genteng Cianjur”, meaning the coefficient is significant. Thus, the hypothesis that states “promotion and price analysis have an influence on purchasing decisions” can be accepted.

Abstract

Strategi, manajemen pembiayaan memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan bisnis, stabilitas keuangan, dan tingkat keuntungan bank. Disebabkan oleh struktur operasional yang berbeda, bank syariah dan konvensional memiliki cara yang berbeda untuk mengelola dana dan kredit yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana manajemen pembiayaan berbeda di bank syariah dan bank konvensional, dengan penekanan pada prinsip dasar operasional , mekanisme penyaluran dana, risiko pengelolaan , dan bagaimana hal-hal ini berdampak pada kinerja keuangan bank. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hal ini dilakukan dengan mempelajari literatur dari berbagai sumber ilmiah dalam lima tahun terakhir, termasuk buku, jurnal, dan hasil penelitian. Kajian menunjukkan bahwa bank syariah mengelola pembiayaan dengan prinsip syariah, seperti melarang riba, menerapkan akad berbasis hasil, dan menekankan kemitraan dan nilai keadilan. Bank konvensional di sisi lain, menggunakan sistem bunga dengan tingkat pengembalian yang pasti dan manajemen risiko yang fokus pada kredit. Perbedaan karakteristik ini berdampak pada strategi pengelolaan risiko, tingkat profitabilitas, dan daya tahan bank terhadap perubahan dan penurunan perekonomian. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis untuk memahami cara manajemen pembiayaan yang berbeda pada kedua sistem perbankan. Selain itu, hal ini akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk pengembangan kebijakan perbankan yang berkelanjutan.
