Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Life Balance and Leadership Style on Employe Performance at PT. China Comservice Indonesia in Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative ap-proach. The population and sample size consisted of 53 employes who are employes of PT. China Comservice Indonesia in Jakarta. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correla-tion coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. And it was found that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employe performance with the regression equation Y = 12.516 + 0.715X1. The hypothesis test yielded a t-value of (3.820 > 2.00856). Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employe performance with the regression equation Y = 17.812 + 0.617X2. The hypothesis test yielded a t-value of (7.350 > 2.00856), thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Work Life Balance and Leadership Style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employe performance with the regression equation Y = 6.077 + 0.366X1 + 0.677X2. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated F-value > table F-value (32.458 > 3.18) followed by a signifi-cance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. From the above results, the recommendations are to reorganize job desk assignments and work-load, leaders need to be more open to receiving criticism, and to improve the quality of training effectively to enhance employe performance at PT. CCSI in Jakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Brand Image (X₁) and Product Quality (X₂) on Purchase Decision (Y) at Mitra Data Store in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique applied is probability sampling with the simple random sampling method, and the sample size is determined using the Slovin formula. The data analysis techniques used include regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Brand Image (X₁) and Product Quality (X₂) have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y), with the regression equation Y = 8.091 + 0.662X₁ + 0.140X₂. The correlation coefficient shows a strong relationship with a value of 0.775. The coefficient of determination simultaneously influences the dependent variable by 0.601 or 60.1%. The simultaneous hypothesis test of Brand Image (X₁) and Product Quality (X₂) on Purchase Decision (Y) yields Fcount > Ftable (57.893 > 3.120); therefore, H₀ is rejected and H₃ is accepted. This indicates that Brand Image (X₁) and Product Quality (X₂) simultaneously affect Purchase Decision (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of mobile coffee cart businesses on the community and examine business development strategies as well as the application of Islamic economic principles in Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and literature review, involving mobile coffee cart business owners, consumers, and religious figures as informants. The findings indicate that mobile coffee cart businesses have a positive impact by improving access to coffee consumption, enhancing time efficiency, offering affordable prices, strengthening social interaction, and contributing to the local economy through job creation and new income sources. Business development strategies include maintaining consistent product quality, providing friendly and ethical services, setting fair and transparent prices, introducing menu innovations, utilizing social media for promotion, and applying Islamic entrepreneurial values. From an Islamic economic perspective, these practices generally reflect the principles of honesty, fairness, trustworthiness, and social responsibility, indicating that mobile coffee cart businesses function not only as community economic activities but also as a practical implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship with the potential to enhance community welfare and business sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the causal factors, forms, and strategies for handling work communication on employee performance in Depok Village, Pancoran Mas District, Depok City. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews (FGD), and documentation. The research subjects consisted of 9 informants and one key informant. The results of the study indicate that employee work communication in the village has been running well, but there are still problems found triggered by ineffective communication, miscommunication between employees, differences of opinion between employees, lack of understanding of leadership instructions, and limited feedback in communication. Ineffective forms of work communication can cause miscommunication that is not optimally felt by employees so that it can affect employee performance and the quality of public services. However, most employees are able to deal with communication by carrying out the process of conveying and exchanging information, ideas, or instructions between members of the organization which is carried out formally or informally, with the aim of creating a common understanding and supporting the completion of joint tasks. Leadership support and a fairly positive work atmosphere help employees maintain their performance. These findings emphasize the importance of regular work communication evaluations, improving collaboration between employees, accelerating the flow of information, minimizing work errors, building harmonious work relationships, supporting responsive public services and open communication to create a healthy work environment so that employee performance remains optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Liquidity and Solvency, both partially and simultaneously on Financial Performance at PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk for the 2014-2024 period. The independent variables in this study are Liquidity measured using the Quick Ratio (QR) and Solvency measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Financial Performance measured using Return On Equity. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The selected population is the financial statements of PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk, with the samples used being financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements for the 2014-2024 period. Based on the research results obtained partially, the liquidity variable has a significant influence on Financial Performance. The results of the study are proven by the significance value (0.022 < 0.05) and the value of │thitung│> ttable (│-2.828│ = 2.828> 2.30600), and the Solvency variable does not have a significant influence on Financial Performance. The results of the study are proven by the significance value (0.247> 0.05) and the value of │thitung│ < ttable (│-1.250│ = 1.250< 2.30600). While simultaneously there is a significant influence between the Liquidity and Solvency variables on Financial Performance. The results of the study are proven by the significance value (0.038 < 0.05) and the value of Fhitung> Ftable (5.052> 4.46).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Investment Decisions (Price Earnings Ratio), Financing Decisions (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Dividend Policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) on Firm Value (Price to Book Value) at PT Bukit Asam Tbk during the period 2015–2024. This research employs a quantitative associative approach using secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements. The data analysis methods include descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests), simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (partial t-test and simultaneous F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that Investment Decisions (PER) have a negative and significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), with a t-value of –3.110 and a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05. Financing Decisions (DER) have a negative but insignificant effect on Firm Value (PBV), with a t-value of –0.137 and a significance level of 0.895 > 0.05. Meanwhile, Dividend Policy (DPR) also has no significant partial effect on Firm Value (PBV), with a t-value of 1.411 and a significance level of 0.208 > 0.05. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that each independent variable has a different relationship with PBV. Simultaneously, the F-test results indicate that PER, DER, and DPR jointly have a significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), with an F-value of 7.927 and a significance level of 0.016 < 0.05. The R-square value is 0.799, indicating that 79.9% of the variation in Firm Value (PBV) can be explained by PER, DER, and DPR, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality (X₁) and Location (X₂) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at Mie Pedes Mampus (MPM) Restaurant, Puri Bintaro Hijau (PBH) Branch. The study employed a quantitative research method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers. The sampling technique used was the Rao Purba formula, based on the condition that the total number of consumers was not known with certainty. The Rao Purba formula was applied because the number of visiting consumers was not specifically documented, making it impossible to determine the exact population size. Based on the calculation using the Rao Purba formula, a sample of 97 respondents was obtained. Data analysis was conducted using simple and multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests. The results showed that Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 3.876 + 0.512X₁. The correlation coefficient value of 0.847 indicated a very strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination of 0.717, meaning that Service Quality influenced Consumer Satisfaction by 71.7%, while the remaining 28.3% was influenced by other variables. The hypothesis test showed that the calculated t-value was greater than the t-table value (4.073 > 1.986), thus H₀₁ was rejected and Hₐ₁ was accepted. The Location variable also had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 3.979 + 0.780X₂. The correlation coefficient value of 0.696 indicated a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination of 0.485, meaning that Location influenced Consumer Satisfaction by 48.5%, while the remaining 51.5% was influenced by other variables. The hypothesis test showed that the calculated t-value was greater than the t-table value (2.584 > 1.986), thus H₀₂ was rejected and Hₐ₂ was accepted. Simultaneously, Service Quality and Location had a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, with the regression equation Y = 3.522 + 0.490X₁ + 0.053X₂. The correlation coefficient value of 0.847 indicated a very strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination of 0.718, meaning that both variables influenced Consumer Satisfaction by 71.8%, while the remaining 28.2% was influenced by other variables. The F-test results showed that the calculated F-value was greater than the F-table value (71.967 > 3.090), thus H₀₃ was rejected and Hₐ₃ was accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) di PT Park Land World Indonesia Rangkasbitung Banten. Kualitas SDM merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan, terutama pada industri manufaktur yang menuntut kompetensi teknis, kedisiplinan, dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan melibatkan 96 pegawai dari berbagai departemen yang dijadikan sampel melalui teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh parsial maupun simultan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas SDM, ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi 0,758 dan nilai korelasi yang sangat kuat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif mampu meningkatkan kompetensi, motivasi, dan profesionalisme karyawan. Selanjutnya, budaya organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas SDM, dengan koefisien regresi 0,597. Budaya organisasi yang kuat, adaptif, dan konsisten terbukti membentuk perilaku kerja yang produktif dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi pengembangan karyawan. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap kualitas SDM dengan nilai determinasi 80,1%, yang berarti kedua variabel tersebut merupakan faktor utama dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan perlu memperkuat praktik kepemimpinan serta membangun budaya organisasi yang suportif dan berorientasi pada pengembangan. Keduanya menjadi strategi penting dalam mewujudkan SDM yang kompeten, loyal, dan mampu berkontribusi optimal terhadap tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of earnings per share, price earning ratio, and price to book value on the share price of PT Bukit Asam Tbk for the period 2015–2024. The research population consists of PT Bukit Asam Tbk annual financial reports, with samples including financial position reports, income statements, notes to financial statements, and stock summaries for the period 2015–2024. analysis used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS ver 26. The results show a multiple linear regression analysis of Y = -6466.039 +7.757X1+587.412X2 + 923.166X3 + e. The coefficient of determination obtained was 79,6%, explaining the variation in Earnings Per Share, Price Earnings Ratio, and Price to Book Value against the Share Price. The t-test obtained Earnings Per Share t-count 4.768 > t-table 2.44691 and a sig 0.003 < 0.05, meaning Earnings Per Share partially affects stock prices. Price Earning Ratio tcount 3.120 > ttable 2.44691 with a sig 0.021 < 0.05, meaning Price Earning Ratio partially affects stock price. And Price to Book Value t-count 0.802 < t-table 2.44691 with a sig 0.453 > 0.05, meaning Price to Book Value does not partially affect stock prices. The F test Earnings Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, and Price To Book Value affect stock prices with Fcount 12.699 > Ftable 4.76 and a Sig 0.005 < 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, and Operational Risk on the Financial Performance of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the period 2015 –2024. Credit risk is measured by Non-Performing Loans (NPL), liquidity risk is measured by the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and operational risk is measured by Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), while financial performance is measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The research data were obtained from the officially published annual financial reports of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 10 annual financial reports for the period 2015–2024. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test after first conducting the classical assumption test. The results of the T-test show that Credit Risk (NPL) has a negative and significant effect on Financial Performance (ROA) with a calculated T-value of -4.793 > T-table 2.306 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Liquidity Risk (LDR) does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance with a calculated T-value of 1.145 < T-table 2.306 and a significance value of 0.285 > 0.05. Operational Risk (BOPO) has a negative and significant effect on Financial Performance with a calculated T-value of -6.379 > T-table 2.306 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, and Operational Risk have a significant effect on Financial Performance with a calculated F-value of 15.171 > F-table 4.76 with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05. At PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
