Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance at PT. Gonet Teknologi Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees, with a sampling technique using saturated samples so that the entire population became respondents with data collection through observation and questionnaires totaling 50 respondents. The results of the study partially show that the workload variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) has a regression equation Y = 6.882 + 1.372 X1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.662 indicating a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 43.90%. Hypothesis testing shows t count> t table (2.804> 2.010), so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between workload on Employee Performance. Other partial results show that the Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) has a regression equation Y = 11.744 + 0.660 X2 with a correlation coefficient of 0.676 which indicates a strong relationship, with a determination coefficient of 45.70%. The hypothesis test shows that t count> t table (3.119> 2.010), so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between the Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, the workload variable (X1) and the Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) show the results of the regression equation Y = 4.693 + 0.783 X1+ 0.411 X2 with a correlation coefficient of 0.731 which indicates a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 53.50%, while 50.1% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated F value> F table (27.021> 3.20), so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between workload and the Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Gonet Teknologi Indonesia

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Sumber Segara Primadaya baik secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 58 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 60% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,174> 2,003). Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,9% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,411> 2,003). Pengembangan karir dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,952 + 0,171X1 + 0,613X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 66,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F table atau (54,594> 2,773).

Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karier secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh budaya organisasi secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh pengembangan karier dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pt home center indonesia retail cabang ciputat baik secara simultan dan signifikan. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pt home center indonesia retail cabang ciputat yang berjumlah 60 responden. pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi (r), analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f). hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karier (x1) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 9,338 > t tabel 2,001, dan nilai sig sebesar 0,001 < 0,050, yang berarti pengembangan karier (x1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (y) secara signifikan. kemudian budaya organisasi (x2) memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 10,611 > t table 2,001, dan nilai sig sebesar 0,001 < 0,050, yang berarti budaya organisasi (x2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (y) secara signifikan. sedangkan hasil penelitian dengan uji f menunjukan nilai f hitung sebesar 56,729> f tabel 2,534, dan nilai sig sebesar 0,001 < 0,005, yang berarti pengembangan karier (x1) dan budaya organisasi (x2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (y) secara signifikan. hasil uji koefisien determinasi atau r square sebesar 0,666 artinya terdapat pengaruh antara pengembangan karier (x1) dan budaya organisasi (x2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (y) sebesar 66,6%. sedangkan sisanya (100 – 66,6% = 33,4%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education level, financial literacy, and financial inclusion on the financial behavior of culinary MSMEs in Nanggalo District, Padang City. This study used quantitative methods with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 120 MSMEs as the research sample. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that education level has a negative influence on financial behavior, financial literacy has a positive influence on financial behavior, and financial inclusion has a negative influence on the financial behavior of MSMEs. This suggests that the higher the level of education, understanding of financial literacy, and access to formal financial services, the better the financial behavior of MSMEs in managing their businesses.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to various organizational aspects, including human resource management. The role of Human Resource Management (HRM) has become increasingly strategic in addressing the challenges and opportunities arising from digital technological developments. This study aims to analyze the role of HRM in improving organizational performance in the era of digital transformation. The research method employed is a qualitative approach using a literature review by examining various relevant scholarly sources related to HRM, digital transformation, and organizational performance. The findings indicate that the implementation of digital-based HRM practices, such as digital recruitment, e-learning, performance management systems, and the development of employees’ digital competencies, positively contributes to improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Furthermore, the role of HRM in fostering an adaptive, innovative, and collaborative organizational culture is a key factor in supporting the success of digital transformation. Therefore, it can be concluded that HRM plays an essential and strategic role in enhancing organizational performance through adaptive human resource management in response to digital technological advancements.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the ability of banks to maintain liquidity and profitability amid economic changes. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach through the analysis of liquidity ratios (current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio) and profitability ratios (return on assets, return on equity, and net profit margin). The results show that Bank Mandiri’s liquidity ratios are relatively stable, although the average Current Ratio of 123.6% is slightly below Bank Indonesia’s industry standard of 125%, while the Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio indicate better performance. In terms of profitability, Bank Mandiri demonstrates very strong performance, as reflected by the increase in Return on Assets from 2.58% in 2019 to 3.43% in 2023, as well as a Return on Equity reaching 20.88% in 2023. The average Net Profit Margin of 32.22% also indicates the bank’s ability to generate profits optimally. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of supervision and work discipline on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, at PT ISS Indonesia, Pondok Indah Mall 3 Area. The research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT ISS Indonesia, Pondok Indah Mall 3 Area, totaling 100 employees. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection was conducted through observation and questionnaire distribution. The data were then analyzed using instrument testing, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analyses, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS software.The results indicate that supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 21.862 + 0.551X₁, a correlation coefficient of 0.746, and a coefficient of determination of 0.557 or 55.7%. The t-test result shows that t_calculated (11.250) is greater than t_table, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 16.053 + 0.904X₂, a correlation coefficient of 0.746, and a coefficient of determination of 0.787. The t-test result shows that t_calculated (9.907) is greater than t_table, indicating that the hypothesis is accepted. Simultaneously, supervision and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the regression equation Y = 15.841 + 0.148X₁ + 0.697X₂, a correlation coefficient of 0.787, and a coefficient of determination of 55.7%, while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other factors. The F-test result shows that F_calculated (64.508) is greater than F_table, leading to the conclusion that supervision and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT ISS Indonesia, Pondok Indah Mall 3 Area

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Huawei smartphones at Erafone Jombang Sudimara Branch in South Tangerang City partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. In this study, the consumers of Erafone Jombang Sudimara Branch in South Tangerang City were 932 people and the sample determination used probability sampling with the 10% slovin formula, so a sample of 90 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the calculation of the t-test value were 7.640 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, it can be stated that price (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the calculation of the t-test value were 8.985 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, it can be stated that product quality (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Multiple linear regression analysis Y = 13,865 + 0.373 X1 + 0.373 X2, Based on the results of the study, it was found that the correlation value of the price variable (X1) and product quality (X2) was 0.772, meaning it had a strong level of relationship. Based on the R Square value of 0.772, this shows that 100% - 77.2%. the remainder is 22.8%. Based on the results of the analysis, namely the ANOVA test, the F count value was 64,089 while the F table (0.05) for n = 87 was 2.71. So F count> from F table (0.05) or 64,089> 2.71, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that price (X1), product quality (X2) positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions (Y)..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Pondok Cabe Area. This research method uses saturated sampling of 61 respondents. Data analysis uses the SPSS Version 26 program application. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, hypothesis test (t test and f test). The results of this study are work stress has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 78.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (1.346> 2.001). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 78.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table (2.133> 2.001). Job stress and work discipline simultaneously significantly impact employee performance, with a regression of Y = 13.127 + 0.186 (X1) + 0.421 (X2). The coefficient of determination is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test yielded a calculated F value > F table, or (110.651 > 3.15).

Abstract

Abstract. Investment and financial management are fundamental foundations for achieving financial well-being. A sound understanding of investment enables individuals to manage their finances wisely. Stock price movements are influenced by a company’s fundamental conditions, and investors can understand the direction of these movements through fundamental analysis. This analysis is conducted by utilizing data contained in financial statements. One method of financial statement analysis is the use of financial ratios, including Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend per Share (DPS). The research problem and objective of this study are to analyze the effect of ROE, DER, and DPS on stock prices of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period, both partially and simultaneously. This study is a quantitative research using secondary data, with a sample of 25 companies. The data analysis technique employed is panel data regression analysis using the fixed effect model. The results indicate that simultaneously ROE, DER, and DPS have a significant effect on stock prices, with an F-statistic value of 45.14212 and a probability of 0.000000 (< 0.05). Partially, DER has a t-statistic value of 78.72876 with a probability of 0.8369, indicating that DER does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, ROE, with a t-statistic value of 3.691637 and a probability of 0.0001 (< 0.05), and DPS, with a t-statistic value of 1.115248 and a probability of 0.0001, are concluded to have a significant effect on stock prices.
