Abstract

Communication is a basic human activity, by communicating humans can relate to each other both in daily life at home, at work and in the community environment. In the work environment there will always be problems, whether they are big problems or small problems. An example of a small thing is the miscommunication that occurred at Club Royal Hidrofit Bandung so it could cause big things. Miscommunication is often considered trivial by some employees.Miscommunication itself is something that basically you will often find in the workplace and other environments. Each individual certainly has a different character as well as the way each individual understands and conveys it. Often in everyday life there are misunderstandings in communication, from this misunderstanding various problems arise and the culmination is the emergence of conflict which leads to division. If this continues to happen, it will certainly make the situation in the workplace unconducive. Therefore, knowledge of good and correct communication is required. That way we can create & build effective, intense communication, thereby having a good influence on each other's communication habits & understanding.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology currently has an impact on society in supporting various business activities, both large and small, so that they can be recognized globally. The most obvious impact is that apart from being known, it can also increase sales volume and profits. Digital Marketing is a marketing medium that has a huge influence. By using digital marketing, in this case social media, Tirtamulya Cafe markets a place to hang out and gather with family. The cafe started from many swimming pool visitors who wanted to eat and gather with their families but the space was inadequate, so now the Tirtamulya Cafe is being built with a comfortable place for family gatherings. Previously, the cafe was not well known, but after learning about the existence of social media, the Tirtamulya team started promoting the cafe on social media. and after becoming famous on social media, sales volume increased rapidly compared to when selling using the old method. Digital marketing is seen as the best media as the most effective and efficient means of promotion and is able to increase sales volume significantly, from monthly incom.

Abstract

e-commerce is a business model that allows companies or people to buy or sell goods via the internet (online). The purpose of preparing this daily is to recognize the influence of consumer decisions on purchasing objects promoted on social media. Social media has become a pillar in conveying information, social media also plays a very important role in socialization and policy programs in introducing goods or services. Social media also provides information about the potential or natural wealth that exists in Indonesia to foreign countries with the existence of Indonesian social media which is more well-known abroad. In this research we will discuss the influence of promotions on social media on consumer behavior, on the influence of promotions on social media.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the problems, namely: What is the strategy for managing zakat for education by Baznas Jambi City through the Jambi Smart City Program, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for managing zakat for education at BAZNAS Jambi City and what is the impact of managing zakat for education at BAZNAS Jambi City. With the aim of knowing the strategy for managing zakat for education by the Jambi City Baznas through the Jambi Smart City program, the supporting factors for zakat management at the Jambi City BAZNAS, and the influence of zakat on education at the Jambi City BAZNAS. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this research are that, there is a four-stage strategy for managing zakat in BAZNAS Jambi City which consists of planning, organizing, crucial mobilization in collection and distribution, and supervision. The supporting factor for Jambi City BAZNAS is the official and only body formed by the government, the Jambi City BAZNAS Official Website Portal, apart from through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. And transfer payments are QR Code or QRIS. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are internal obstacles in collecting zakat funds, namely lack of public awareness, the traditional practice of people paying zakat directly and BAZNAS Jambi City having to compete with other zakat management institutions. The impact of zakat management for education at BAZNAS can help the community with their educational needs and ensure the sustainability of educational programs as an intergenerational accountability in Jambi City.

Abstract

The phenomenon of Indonesians' increasing need for skincare products is the purpose behind this research. Similarly, Somethinc skincare products emerged and showed optimal performance, causing the product to go viral. The purpose of this study is to determine how customer behavior towards Somenthinc products. This research method is quantitative and the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis. The sample was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale. The research methods carried out are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and descriptive statistical tests. The results showed that the relationship between customer behavior and Somethinc products had a positive influence or in other words, customers were able to refer Somethinc products to others.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as determine product development strategies in order to win market competition. This research was conducted at one of the BUMDES (Village-Owned Enterprises) Kencana Mandiri which is located in Tanjung Belit village, Siak District, Bengkalis Regency. The data analysis method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, questionnaires and observation. SWOT analysis through the Internal Factor Analysis Strategy Matrix (IFAS) and the External Factor Analysis Strategy Matrix (EFAS). Based on the results of the analysis, BUMDES Kencana Mandiri has strengths and opportunities that are higher than its weaknesses and threats. In the quadrant analysis using the SWOT Diagram, BUMDes Kencana Mandiri is in quadrant 1 with a progressive strategy position. In a prime and stable position, it is possible for BUMDES Kencana Mandiri to continue running, developing, expanding and increasing growth to achieve maximum progress.

Abstract

. Bank adalah lembaga keungan yang memainkan peran penting dalam ekonomi negara, selain menyediakan transaksi pembayaran dan menyediakan sumber daya yang diperlukan untuk membiayai pembangunan. Salah satu produk pembiayaan yang biasa digunakan dalam sistem perbankan syariah adalah KPR Syariah Bersubsidi, yang memberikan kredit kepemilikan rumah kepada individu berpenghasilan rendah. Penelitian kualitatif adalah jenis penelitian yang digunakan. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian retrospektif yang menyelidiki kondisi alam dalam distribusi produk, tidak peduli strategi pemasaran apa yang digunakan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of operational costs on operational income (BOPO) and net profit margin (NPM) on return on assets (ROA) at Bank BNI Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and the data source used is secondary data in the form of Bank BNI Tbk's financial reports for a period of 10 years from 2013-2022, obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) website which takes the balance sheet & profit and loss section and processed using SPSS version 25 software. Based on the research results, it shows that the BOPO variable partially has no effect on ROA which can be seen from t count -2.002 <ttable 2.306 with a significance level of 0.085>0.05 so the hypothesis shows that H01 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected, the NPM variable partially has a significant effect on ROA which can be seen from t count 6.016 > ttable 2.306 with a significance level of 0.001<0.05 so that the hypothesis shows that H02 is rejected Ha2 is accepted and the BOPO and NPM variables together have a significant effect on ROA at Bank BNI Tbk which can be seen from fcount 18.223>ftable 4.74 with a significance level of 0.002<0.05 so the hypothesis shows that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. In the coefficient of determination test results, it is explained that BOPO and NPM affect ROA simultaneously at 83.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 16.1% is a value that is influenced by other factors outside the independent variable studied.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact on financial performance of sustainability reporting factors and intangible assets that can influence company value in the post-Covid 19 pandemic. The sample in this research is 49 companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and submitted good sustainability reports from 2019 to by 2021. By applying Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), the results show that financial performance strengthens the influence of sustainability reports on company value. Likewise, financial performance strengthens the influence of intangible assets on company value. High financial performance plays an important role in strengthening sustainability reporting and intangible assets so that they increase or decrease in line with firm value. The results of this research contribute to companies to transparently disclose conditions in sustainability reports and intangible assets can interact with the company's financial performance to increase company value, especially external factors beyond control that are less supportive.
