Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, content marketing, product quality, and hedonic value on purchase intention for iPhone products in Indonesia. The research used a quantitative approach with a structured survey involving 97 iPhone user respondents. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, descriptive analysis and multiple regression tests. The research results show that product quality and hedonic value have a significant influence on purchase intention, while brand image and content marketing do not show a significant influence. Brand image in this research refers to consumer perceptions of the technology reputation, lifestyle and positive image of the iPhone. Content marketing is evaluated through the effectiveness of video content marketing on social media. Product quality is assessed from various aspects such as reliability, durability and performance. Hedonic value includes aspects of emotional satisfaction and consumers' personal experiences in using the iPhone. These findings provide insight for companies to focus on improving product quality in their marketing strategies to increase consumer purchasing intentions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Leadership style is defined as the attitude or way a leader manages his organization. Organizational culture is defined as the norms that operate in an organization. Employee performance can be interpreted as an employee's contribution to the company. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bisma Narendra in Cibitung, Bekasi Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 84 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 37.4% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable or (7.005 > 1.989). Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 51.5% and hypothesis testing obtained tcount > t table or (9.329 > 1.989). Leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.979 + 0.291X1 + 0.507X2. The coefficient of determination value is 56.9% while the remaining 43.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (53.469 > 2.720).

Abstract

Stock opname is crucial for companies because it ensures the accuracy of inventory data, which is the basis for effective inventory management and informed decision-making. This study aims to find out whether the stock taking process allows companies to detect fraud, theft, or recording errors, so that the company's internal control can be said to be effective. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in this study. The data collection method is carried out through interviews and observations. This research was conducted directly at PT Mahameru Centratama Spinning Mills to analyze the stock taking process on the company's asset inventory. The results of the study show that internal control with the implementation of stock taking at PT Centratama Spinning Mills is appropriate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity, Fixed Asset, Price Book Value, Asset Growth, and Effective Tax Rate on Stock Beta. The data collection method used is using data from the financial statements of property companies. This study was analyzed using descriptive analysis, classical assumption analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results of this study indicate that the effect of ROE has a positive and insignificant effect on stock beta, fixed assets have a positive and insignificant effect on stock beta, price book value has a negative and significant effect on stock beta, asset growth has a positive and significant effect on stock beta, and effective tax rate has a positive and insignificant effect on stock beta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation, advertising, electronic word of mouth and celebrity endorsement on the decision to purchase an Oppo smartphone. Current rapid technological developments have an impact on increasing consumer demand for telecommunications equipment. Smartphones or smart phones are mobile phones that have capabilities and functions that resemble computers and an example of the benefits of smartphones in terms of software is the availability of data access services. The Oppo smartphone is one of the smartphones that is popular with many people today. Product innovation is very much needed in the current era. Apart from product innovation, things that are no less important are advertising, electronic word of mouth and celebrity endorsement. This research uses a quantitative approach with conclusions drawn through statistical analysis. The sample in this study was 97 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The questionnaire data collection technique uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests and f tests (stimultaneous). Based on data analysis, it is known that product innovation, advertising, electronic word of mouth and celebrity endorsement have a positive influence on the decision to purchase an Oppo smartphone

Abstract

This research was motivated by problems that occurred among students of the 2020 Economic Education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Siliwangi Tasikmalaya University, namely regarding consumer behavior. The aim of carrying out this research is to determine the extent of the influence of lifestyle, peers and financial literacy on consumer behavior in economics education students class of 2020, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses a quantitative survey type research method with a design, namely an explanatory survey. The population in this study were all students from the Department of Economic Education, Siliwangi University Class of 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling, totaling 115 students. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with multiple linear data regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 16.0 for Windows program. The research results show that: 1) There is a significant influence of lifestyle on consumer behavior with a value of tcount > ttable (6.787 > 1.981). 2) There is a significant influence from peers on consumer behavior with a value of tcount > ttable (7.380 > 1.981). 3) There is a significant influence of financial literacy on consumer behavior with a value of tcount > ttable (4.062 > 1.981).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Tangerang City. This research uses associative methods with quantitative techniques. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, totaling a sample of 76 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are data instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that Work Motivation affects Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.589 having a moderate level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable or (6.277> 1.993) thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, meaning that there is a partial influence between Work Motivation variables on Employee Performance at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Tangerang City. Work Discipline affects Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.329 having a weak level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable or (2.994>1.993) thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, meaning that there is a partial influence between the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Clothing Tangerang City. Work Motivation and Work Discipline affect Employee Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.601 having a moderate level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftabel or (20.654> 3.12) thus H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Tangerang City.

Abstract

The aim of conducting this research is to find out how the implementation and effectiveness of the siskeudes application is in increasing accountability in managing village fund allocation in Tanjung Merahe Village, Finish District, Langkat Regency. The research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction stages, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the Tanjung Merahe Village Government has used the siskeudes application in managing the allocation of village funds very well, seen from the implementation level of 77% which was obtained using the statistical analysis formula according to Dean J Champion and also the village financial system application is said to be effective because it has succeeded in fulfilling indicators of the effectiveness of the information system initiated by Delon Mclean as well as accountability reports on village fund allocations produced in accordance with established regulations, also supported by the implementation of village fund allocation budget realization with a percentage level of 100% as measured by the effectiveness ratio.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of company growth and leverage on profitability at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The data used is secondary data in the form of PT's financial reports. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the t test and F test using SPSS version 27. The research results partially show the growth of the company in The proxy for growth has a value of tcount < ttable or -0.416 < 2.306 with a significance level of 0.688 > 0.05 so that it does not partially have a significant effect on profitability which is proxied by ROA. Leverage as proxied by DER has a value of tcount < ttable or -8.559 > 2.306 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 so that v partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability as proxied by ROA. Simultaneous research results between company growth and leverage on profitability show that the value of Fcount > Ftable or 65.003 > 4.737 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, simultaneously company growth and leverage have a significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination value is 94.2%,

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio partially and simultaneously on Return On Equity at PT Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk for the 2011-2023 period. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports of PT Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk for the 2011-2023 period. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the T test and F test using SPSS version 27. The results of this research based on the t test (partial) show that The current ratio has a t-count value of (-0.714) < t-table < (2.228) with a significance level of 0.492 > 0.05 so that partially the Current Ratio has no effect on Return On Equity, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a t-count value of (- 2.682) > t- table > (2.228) with a significance level of 0.023 < 0.05 so that partially the Debt To Equity Ratio has an effect on Return On Equity. Simultaneous research results between Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Equity show the value of F-count (4.528) > F-table (4.102) with a significance level of 0.040 < 0.05, so simultaneously Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio have an effect on Return On Equity, while the coefficient of determination value is 37.0%, which means that the independent variables consist of the Current ratio and debt to equity ratio. Meanwhile, the remaining 63.0% is influenced by variables outside the research model.
