Abstract

This researcher aims to determine the influence of the Loan to Deposit Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Debt to Equity Ratio on the Share Price of PT Bank Mega Tbk for the 2015-2023 period partially or simultaneously. The research method for the type of data used is quantitative descriptive and secondary data, while the sample in this research is the financial report in the form of the balance sheet and profit and loss of PT Bank Mega Tbk for the 2015-2023 period. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test and linear regression. Next, hypothesis testing uses the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) partially influences the share price of PT Bank Mega Tbk for the 2015-2023 period as evidenced by the significance value of the Loan to Deposit Ratio variable of 0.023. Net Profit Margin (NPM) partially has no effect on the Share Price of PT Bank Mega Tbk for the 2015-2023 period as evidenced by the significance value of the Net Profit Margin variable of 0.314. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially has no effect on the share price of PT Bank Mega Tbk for the 2015-2023 period as evidenced by the significance value of the Debt to Equity Ratio variable of 0.238. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously influence the share price of PT Bank Mega Tbk for the 2015-2023 period as evidenced by the significance value of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable. Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) are 0.025.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Office Facilities and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Rangkasbitung sub-district office both partially and simultaneously. This research method is a quantitative descriptive type using a questionnaire instrument. The population and sample of this researcher amounted to 53 respondents and used saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the t test tester for the Office Facility variable (X1), the tcount value is 2.921> from the t table 1.675 with a significance level of 0.05> 0.00, so there is an influence between Office Facilities (X1) on Performance (Y). The results of the t test for the Motivation variable (X2) obtained a tcount value of 1.164 < t table 1.675, so there is no influence between Motivation (X2) on Performance (Y). Simultaneously with the F test there is a positive and significant influence between office facilities and motivation on performance at the Rangkasbitung District Office which can be seen from the value obtained, namely Fcount of 10.290> 2.40 Ftable with a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at J&T Express Drop Center 08 Depok. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees as many as 56 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling technique or all members of the population were sampled. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis t test, and hypothesis f test. Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) at J&T Express 08 Depok.

Abstract

Employee happiness at five-star hotels in Surakarta is the target of this research, which intends to examine the impact of transformational leadership pay on this variable. There are 98 people working at five-star hotels in the Surakarta region who make up the study's population. Pay, transformasional leadership, and contentment in one's work environment are the study factors. Questionnaires served as the main data source for this investigation. Data was analyzed with the help of SPSS 25. According to the findings, the two most important factors influencing an employee's level of work satisfaction are financial pay and transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to find out partially or simultaneously the Influence of Compensation and Career Development on Job Satisfaction in Chigo X Flip Area 3 South Jakarta. The research methodology used is to use quantitative methods. The population in this study is all employees who work at Chigo x Flip Area 3 South Jakarta, which is 105 people. The samples used in this study used random sampling techniques and used the slovin formula to calculate how many samples would be used in the study. The data analysis method uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolinity test, heterokedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous). The results of the research show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction in Chigo x Flip Area 3 South Jakarta, where the partial t test value that the compensation variable has t calculated 6.356 > t table 2.021 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction in Chigo x Flip Area 3 South Jakarta, where the partial t test value that the compensation variable has a t calculation of 7.050 > t table 2.021 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between compensation and career development on job satisfaction in Chigo x Flip Area 3 South Jakarta, where the F test value above is obtained with an F value of 48.888 > F table 3.118 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Grindak Artha Prima, South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative associative. The research population was 60 people and all of them were the sample in this study. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, egression testing, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that motivation partially influences employee performance by 42,4%, while 57,6% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. Work discipline partially influences employee performance by 60,3%, while 39,7% is influenced by other variables not studied. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance by 66.9%, while 33,1% are influenced by other variables not studied. The results of the research show the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4,430 + 0,299 X1 + 0,617 Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated F value > F table, namely (57,620 > 3,16) with a significance of 0,000 < 0,05, so H0 is rejected. H3 is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence. positive and significant relationship between motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously at PT. Grindak Artha Prima, South Tangerang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of economic growth and monetary policy on foreign debt in Indonesia for the 2013-2022 period. The method used in this research is a causal associative method with a quantitative approach. Data analysis uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis t test, and hypothesis f test. The research results show that the economic growth variable has no effect on foreign debt, while the monetary policy variable has an effect on foreign debt. Simultaneously, these two variables influence foreign debt

Abstract

Three Star Banana Chips is a productive economic business opportunity which is carried out by individuals or business entities in order to increase income, so that they can meet life's needs. In developing a business, there needs to be a development strategy to be able to maximize the steps in developing Three Star Banana Chips. The research results show that Three Star Banana Chips can be developed by using the 4P marketing strategy or marketing mix by prioritizing product quality, affordable prices, good and friendly word of mouth promotion and channeled to grocery stores and also minimarkets.

Research result show that motivation and discipline Work in a way Partial influential to performance employee amounted to 37.6% whereas the remaining 62.4% is influenced by other variables that are not researched . Discipline Work in a way Partial influential to performance employee amounted to 63.1% whereas the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other variables that are not researched . Motivation and discipline Work in a way simultaneous influential to performance employee amounted to 70.5% whereas the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables that are not researched . Research result show equality multiple linear regression Y = 2.775 + 0.284 X1 + 0.641 Simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the calculated F value > F table, namely (68.272 > 3.16) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning there is an influence positive and significant relationship between motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously at CV Sukses Bersama Stationery, North Jakarta.
