Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mutiara Hexagon Balaraja Banten. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and the sample obtained in this study was 71 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the research are that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 29.443 + 0.358X1, a correlation value of 0.439, meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 19.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (4.055 > 1.995). In this way, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive influence of work motivation on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 22.658 + 1.000X2, a correlation value of 0.615, meaning the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 43.0%. The hypothesis test obtained is tcount > ttable or (6.479 > 1.995), meaning that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive influence on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 17.322 + 0.200X1 + 0.853X2, a correlation value of 0.656, meaning that work motivation and work discipline have a strong relationship with employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 43.0% while the remaining 57.0% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (25.640 > 3.13). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT Hydrocore South Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative methods. The research sample was 80 respondents. Data analysis methods used in research include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests consisting of partial t test and simultaneous f test. The research results show that rewards have an influence on employee performance with a value of t_count > t_table or (11.822 > 1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_1 is rejected and H_1 is accepted. Punishment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a t_count > t_table or (11.666 > 1.991) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_2 is rejected and H_2 is accepted. Reward and punishment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value of F_count > F_table or (84.654 > 3.120) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, 〖Ho〗_3 is rejected and H_3 is accepted. Reward and punishment on employee performance have an influence. The R-square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.687, so it can be concluded that the reward (X1) and punishment (X2) variables together have an influence contribution to the employee performance variable (Y) of 68 .7%, while the remaining 31.3% is influenced by other factors or variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio which causes Return On Assets to fluctuate. The objektives of this research are (1) To determine whether or not there is an influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return On Assets simultaneously. (2) To determine whether or not there is a partial influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return On Assets. The sample used in this research was 19 Food and Beverage companies listed in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) out of 34 tahen using the purposive sampling method in 2019-2023. This research uses quantitative methods and a descriptive approach, by collecting documentary data where data is obtained from company documents via www.idx.co.id and then carrying out various tests such as descriptive statistical analysis tests, panel data regression analysis tests, simultaneous tests (F), partial test (t), coefficient of determination test using the Eviews 9 application tool.The research results show that (1) the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio semultaneously have no effect on Return On Assets in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2019-2023 period. (2) Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio partially have no effect on Return On Assets in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2019-2023 period.

Abstract

Financial performance of a company refers to the financial results achieved from various actions taken during a specific period. These activities are recorded and summarized into data that can be used to explain the company's condition and position to relevant parties. To benefit from this process, a company requires solid and profitable financial performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, solvency, and profitability on the financial performance of companies in the automotive and component subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2022. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of nine companies selected using purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports of companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data were processed using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) 29. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a nonsignificant positive effect on Financial Performance. Leverage does not affect Financial Performance. Profitability has a significant positive effect on Financial Performance. Liquidity, Leverage and Profitability have a significant effect on Financial Performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability and capital structure on the value of cosmetics and household equipment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that neither profitability nor capital structure have a significant influence on company value. These findings indicate that other factors, such as product innovation, marketing strategy, and market perception, can be the main determinants in assessing company value in the cosmetics and household goods industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya beberapa perubahan yang terjadi pada saat pelaksanaan tradisi Maantaan Babuah. Tradisi Maantaan Babuah merupakan salah satu tradisi dari rangakaian upacara perkawinan adat Minang yang biasanya dilaksanakan ketika marapulai membuat alek (pesta) di kediamanya dengan membawa sejumlah hidangan. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana factor penyebab perubahaan tatacara dalam pelaksanaan Tradisi Maantaan Babuah Dusun 1 Jorong Kubu Anau Nagari Manggopoh Kecamatan Lubuk Basung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan factor penyebab perubahan tatacara dalam pelaksanaan Tradisi Maantaan Babuah Dusun 1 Jorong Kubu Anau Nagari Manggopoh Kecamatan Lubuk Basung. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab perubahan tatacara dalam pelaksanaan Tradisi Maantaan Babuah Dusun 1 Jorong Kubu Anau Nagari Manggopoh Kecamatan Lubuk Basung : (1) sistem pendidikan yang maju, (2) pengaruh teknologi, (3) kemampuan ekonomi.

Abstract

Digital Marketing has become a marketing approach adopted by many companies, one of which is Gojek. This technology company that provides various services in the super app continues to compete with its competitors. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing approach taken by Gojek, namely from social media, influencer marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and email marketing. The study was conducted descriptively with secondary data obtained from trusted sources such as Gojek's annual report and social media. The findings obtained are that the implementation of this digital marketing affects customer engagement which then increases loyalty and relationships with customers.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of advertising, facilities and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Griya Zafira Permai Brebes housing complex. The type of research carried out by researchers uses casual associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample taken to represent the population was 109 customers. Analysis techniques in testing multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the test results, it shows that the significant value of the advertising variable (X1) is 0.026 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is (2.263) > t table (1.983). The significant value of the facility variable (X2) is 0.035 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is (2.140) > t table (1.983). Meanwhile, the significant value of the service quality variable (X3) is 0.001 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is (3.482) > t table (1.983), which means it influences purchasing decisions. Taken together, advertising, facilities and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Griya Zafira Permai

Abstract

The This study aims to examine the effect of the Current Ratio, Return On Assets, and Debt to Equity Ratio on the Price to Book Value of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk for the period 2012-2022 using a quantitative method. The population of this study consists of financial reports from PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk for the specified period. The analysis results show a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.735, meaning that 73.5% of the variation in Price to Book Value can be explained collectively by these three variables. Conversely, 26.5% of the variation in Price to Book Value cannot be explained by this model, indicating the presence of other influencing factors. The partial t-test results show that the Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on the Price to Book Value with a t-value of 0.552 (below the t-table value of 2.36462) and a significance value of 0.598 (greater than 0.05), leading to the rejection of H1. Similarly, Return On Assets also does not have a significant effect with a t-value of 2.092 (below the t-table value of 2.36462) and a significance value of 0.075 (greater than 0.05), leading to the rejection of H2. Debt to Equity Ratio also does not show a significant effect with a t-value of 1.211 (below the t-table value of 2.36462) and a significance value of 0.265 (greater than 0.05), leading to the rejection of H3. However, when tested simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on the Price to Book Value, as evidenced by an F-value of 6.456 (greater than the F-table value of 4.35) and a significance level of 0.020 (less than 0.05), leading to the acceptance of H4

Abstract

Hadirnya internet sebagai teknologi yang hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat, membuat banyak perkembangan dalam kehidupan. Kehadiran sebuah marketplace menjadi sebuah alat untuk memudahkan bagi para konsumen untuk berbelanja, salah satunya yang terbesar di Indonesia yaitu adalah Shopee. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan akses dan online customer rating terhadap revisit intention pada marketplace Shopee untuk Mahasiswa Program Studi D-IV Manajemen Pemasaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi berganda. Variabel bebas terdiri dari kemudahan akses dan online customer rating sedangkan variabel terikat adalah revisit intention. Hasil analisis korelasi dan regresi berganda kemudahan akses dan online customer rating diketahui bahwa t-hitung > t-tabel, untuk variabel kemudahan akses 11,546 > 1,659, sedangkan untuk variabel online customer rating yaitu 7,355 > 1,659. Koefisien determinasinya adalah 0,623 = 62,3%. Hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemudahan akses dan online customer rating terhadap revisit intention sebesar 62,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kemudahan akses dan online customer rating secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap revisit intention, diharapkan Shopee dapat terus mempertahankan kemudahan yang diberikan dan juga rating yang sesuai dengan produk yang ada agar dapat menciptakan revisit intention pada konsumen untuk tetap menggunakan aplikasi Shopee.
