Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Candi Malindo Bangkit Tangerang Selatan. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was all 60 employees. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sampling technique or where all members of the population are sampled. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, as well as T hypothesis test and F hypothesis test. The results of the research show that partial hypothesis testing: The work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a calculated t value greater than t table or (8,042 > 2,002), partially the work environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with The calculated t value is greater than the t table or (11,539 > 2,002) and simultaneously the work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the calculated F value being greater than the F table or (56,645>3,16). This is also reinforced by the probability of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the physical work discipline work environment on employee performance at PT Candi Malindo Bangkit Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

The influence of PT Wana Perintis' CSR to improve community welfare. To achieve this goal, PT Raja Marga must optimize CSR distribution to the community so that CSR runs smoothly. This research aims to determine the impact of the Implementation of Social Responsibility (CSR) on Community Welfare in Baru Village, Air Hita District. This research uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 93 respondents who are residents of Baru Village. The sample determination method uses the Purposive Sampling method. The data in the research were collected through questionnaires which were processed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results in this study show a sig value. of the CSR (X) variable of 0.000 is smaller (<) 0.05 and the result of the T-calculated value of the CSR (X) variable is 5.102 greater (>) than the T-table value of 1.986 which states that the influence of PT's CSR. Wana Perintis has a significant impact on community welfare. From the CSR program it can be concluded that the third CSR fund of PT. Wana Perintis can have a positive impact on improving welfare for the people of Baru Village.

Abstract

To analyze the influence of store atmosphere and responsiveness on customer satisfaction at Living Room Mutia Garden Medan, this research was conducted using a survey method among restaurant customers. Store atmosphere includes elements such as interior design, lighting, and comfortable atmosphere, while responsiveness measures the speed and accuracy of staff in serving customers. The aim is to determine whether there is a significant influence from the interaction between the atmosphere and respondents regarding user tendencies, where the combination of the two can increase user tendencies more than the sum of their parts inseparably. This research method includes primary data sources through in-depth interviews and observations of Mutia Garden Restaurant customers. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show that the store atmosphere and responsiveness at Living Room Mutia Garden are quite good, providing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of facility quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Liu's Nelayan Cemara Asri Medan restaurant. As one of the leading restaurants in the region, Liu's Fisherman faces the challenge of maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction levels amidst increasingly fierce competition. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to restaurant customers. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence of the independent variables, namely facility quality and service quality, on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. The research results show that facility quality and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The quality of facilities including comfort, cleanliness and restaurant aesthetics makes a positive contribution to the customer's dining experience. Apart from that, service quality which includes friendliness, speed and professionalism of staff is also a main factor that increases customer satisfaction. Thus, improving the quality of facilities and services is recommended to maintain customer loyalty and restaurant competitiveness.

Abstract

PT Surya Naga Glassindo menyediakan kaca, cermin, dan aluminium. Lingkungan kerja, kerjasama tim, kompensasi, dan kinerja karyawan sangat bermanfaat bagi perusahaan, sebab jika lingkungan kerja tidak kondusif, kerjasama tim tidak kompak, dan kompensasi tidak sesuai, maka dapat terjadi kesalahan dalam tugas yang menyebabkan kinerja karyawan menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kerjasama tim, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Surya Naga Glassindo Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif statistik dengan SPSS 22 untuk pengolahan data. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 30 orang. Sumber data meliputi data primer dari observasi dan kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari studi kepustakaan seperti buku, jurnal, dan bahan bacaan dari internet seperti Google Scholar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kerjasama tim (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Surya Naga Glassindo Jakarta. 2) Kompensasi (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). 3) Lingkungan kerja (X1), kerjasama tim (X2), dan kompensasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT Surya Naga Glassindo Jakarta.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization and globalization, human resource (HR) development has become a key factor in the success and sustainability of organizations. Saga Social Space, despite being newly established for two years, faces challenges in enhancing employee skills through systematic job training and creating a conducive work environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training and work environment on employee performance at Saga Social Space in Bekasi. The research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 34 employees and processed using SPSS version 25 software. The analysis techniques include data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results show that job training has no significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, job training and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. The novelty of this research lies in the in-depth analysis of the simultaneous influence of job training and work environment on employee performance in the context of SMEs in Bekasi, which has not been extensively studied before.

Abstract

Currently, many young people are trying to start a business either independently or join an existing business. With the increasingly developing digital era, it is very easy to do many things, including by starting your own business. Because the business carried out does not require large capital and a place to open a business. Currently, efforts can be made through social media such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media. These media are currently widely used by young people to start a business. However, often new businesses fail in a short time due to the lack of beginner entrepreneurs' knowledge related to financial literacy. Lack of financial literacy can lead to poor calculations in business and also worsen personal financial conditions, as budding entrepreneurs cannot separate finances for business and personal. The purpose of this PKM is to provide an understanding of financial literacy in fostering the interest of youth and adolescents in starting entrepreneurship and the use of digital media to become content creators, especially in the Youth Service (Pelprap) of GPI Eben-Haezer Kotaraja. This method of community service starts from pre-test, material delivery, interactive discussions, and conducting promotional practices through TikTok accounts. The results of this PkM show that the understanding of financial literacy and interest in entrepreneurship has increased, as evidenced by the results of the post test with a result of 73%.

Abstract

Customer loyalty plays a very significant role in the long-term success of a company. This is important because it can help the company increase sales volume, maintain market share, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. Toserba Yogya, as one of the leading retailers, must understand the factors that influence customer loyalty in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, location, and product completeness on customer loyalty at Toserba Yogya. This research is quantitative in nature and involves a population of customers who have shopped at Toserba Yogya at least twice. The research method used is a survey, with purposive sampling technique, where 100 respondents were selected based on specific criteria. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, location does not have a significant influence on customer loyalty, and product completeness has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether price and promotion affect the purchasing decision at Rumah Kopi +62 in Jl. Raya Kalimulya Cilodong, South Depok, either partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The sample used in this study was a random sample, namely using a portion of the population totaling 100 respondents as a sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of SPSS version 26 data processing, there is an influence between price on purchasing decisions, the value of the regression equation Y = 11,897 + 0.903X1 means that it has a positive effect. The hypothesis test obtained is tcount > ttable or (11,343 > 1.664). Thus H0 is rejected H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant effect between price and purchasing decisions at Rumah Kopi +62 Cilodong, south Depok. While the promotion of purchasing decisions obtained the value of the regression equation Y = 12,421 + 0.882X2 which means it has a positive effect. The hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (12,774 > 1.664). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a partially significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions at Rumah Kopi +62 Cilodong, south Depok. Then, the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions is obtained by the value of the regression equation Y = 9,464 + 0.364X1 + 0.598X2 which means it has a positive effect. The f test obtained fcount > ftable or (90,814 > 3.09). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between price and promotion on purchasing decisions at Rumah Kopi +62.

Pengawasan audit sangat penting untuk memastikan pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui pemantauan dan manajemen yang efektif. Dewan Pengawas berperan penting dalam mengarahkan strategi organisasi dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar audit internal dan eksternal. Mereka bekerja sama dengan auditor internal (SPI) dan eksternal, seperti Akuntan Publik serta lembaga pengawas seperti Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK), guna menjaga akuntabilitas dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan menerapkan sistem pengendalian internal yang sesuai dengan kerangka kerja COSO, dengan fokus pada manajemen risiko, aktivitas pengendalian, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Upaya pencegahan fraud diterapkan melalui budaya organisasi, dengan kepatuhan ketat terhadap kebijakan antikorupsi serta kerja sama dengan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Dengan menerapkan sistem audit yang kuat dan langkah-langkah pencegahan fraud, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan berupaya menjaga kesehatan keuangan dan integritas, serta memastikan pelayanan optimal dan perlindungan bagi pesertanya.
