Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously, at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Active, Kidz Station Branch, Pondok Indah Mall, South Jakarta. This quantitative study involves employees at PT Mitra Adiperkasa Active, Kidz Station Branch, Pondok Indah Mall, South Jakarta, using a saturated sampling technique distributed to 57 respondents. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and hypothesis testing with SPSS 26 software. The findings indicate a significant influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance. The t-test value for the work discipline variable is 4.326, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.004, with a significance value of 0.0 < 0.05, indicating a significant influence of work discipline on performance. Similarly, the t-test value for the motivation variable is 5.576, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.004, with a significance value of 0.0 < 0.05, indicating a significant influence of motivation on performance. The simultaneous influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance is confirmed by the regression equation Y = 1.502 + 0.444(X1) + 0.530(X2), with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.849, indicating a strong relationship. The determination coefficient value shows F-calculated > F-table (152.042 > 2.780), further supported by a significance value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that influence late payments in the financial management of BMT Muamalah Syariah Tebuireng. Late payments can be caused by various complex factors in the context of sharia financial management. According to the literature, several main factors that can influence late payments include a lack of understanding and awareness of the obligation to pay on time, economic instability which causes low liquidity, and less effective risk management. In addition, internal factors such as complex internal processes and lack of coordination between units within BMT can also contribute to payment delays. Observations of practices at BMT Muamalah Syariah Tebuireng show that although sharia principles are emphasized, challenges such as compliance with administrative procedures and regulations are often factors that slow down payments. By understanding these factors through literature studies and observations, more effective strategies in financial management can be identified to reduce late payments in the context of BMT Muamalah Syariah Tebuireng.

Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain information on the extent to which good organisational management will be able to encourage independence for student organisations at STIE Kalpataru. A strong and resilient organisation will also indirectly encourage the independence of students who are members and administrators of the student organisation. So that with more quality and capacity that is owned in addition to the academic ability produced by the students concerned. The research was conducted using the literacy study method with the development of information and data from field studies.

Abstract

MSMEs have a significant role in the Indonesian economy. Ineffective finance management is simply one of the numerous challenges that MSME owners encounter. SAK EMKM anticipates MSME players being able to compile and submit financial reports. The goal of this project is to improve MSME actors' comprehension and capacity to generate organized and standardized financial reports. This study employs a descriptive methodology in conjunction with a qualitative approach. The data were gathered mostly through interviews and direct observation of Igulali MSME participants in Jelidro Indah II No. 06, Sambikerep District, Surabaya City. According to the research findings, MSMEs preserve basic records, such as entering and exiting monies. This is due to their lack of awareness of how to compile financial accounts in line with SAK EMKM, which causes them to just document income in general rather than going into further depth.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and the physical work environment on the performance of PT employees. Tunas Lima Warna, South Tangerang. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, score measurement and documentation. The population in this research is all employees of PT. Tunas Lima Warna, South Tangerang, namely 64 employees, the sampling technique used saturated sampling, so all employees of PT. Tunas Lima Warna, South Tangerang was used as a sample for this research, namely 64 employees. The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, as well as t test and F test using SPSS version 26 tools. The results of this study show that There is an influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Tunas Lima Warna, South Tangerang, this can be seen from the results of the t test with a value of tcount > ttable (13.212 > 1.999), this is also proven by the significance of 0.000 < 0.5. Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, then there is also an influence between the Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Tunas Lima Warna South Tangerang, this can be seen from the results of the t test with a value of tcount > ttable (11.520 > 1.999), this is also proven by a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, and thirdly there is an influence between Work Discipline (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Tunas Lima Warna South Tangerang, this can be seen from the results of the F test with a value of Fcount > Ftable or (102.245 > 3.15), this is also reinforced by Sig < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), thus Ho3 rejected and Ha3 accepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the extent of the application of financial reporting by coffee shop entrepreneurs in the city of Bogor. In general, coffee shop entrepreneurs in Bogor city have conducted financial records, with the use of digital media and tools. But in accounting, almost most of them have not done financial reporting to the fullest, which is based on the reason that the business they are doing is still relatively small and also on the basis of business ownership is still under a private name. These problems often become obstacles in efforts to develop the business in a bigger direction due to external partners as capital providers or investors who cannot support due to the absence of accurate financial information data. The research used descriptive qualitative methods, data extraction was carried out by literacy studies and direct examination in the field at coffee shop businesses in Bogor City.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the extent of the application of management accounting information systems by online entrepreneurs in the city of Bogor in encouraging the creation of good managerial performance. In general, onlone entrepreneurs in the city of Bogor who have used the concept of management financial information systems, on average, are ready to face global competition in this disruptive era. They realise that challenges and competition occur not only among fellow online entrepreneurs, but will also continue to compete with conventional entrepreneurs. So with the core they are fully aware of the managerial performance that they must develop and improve every time. The research used descriptive qualitative methods, data extraction was carried out by literacy studies and direct examination in the field on online entrepreneurs in Bogor City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Altrak 1978 Bintaro. The method used in this research is quantitative and the data is collected by questionnaires distributed via google form. The number of samples in this study were 72 respondents and the data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression linear analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the study obtained that Work Discipline (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 5.789 + 0.852 X1. the results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a tcount value of 15.319> t table 1.666 and a significant 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Work Discipline and Employee Performance. Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 9.588 + 0.757 X2. The results of the hypothesis test (t test) obtained a tcount value of 12.415> t table 1.666 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between Motivation on Employee Performance. Work Discipline (X1) and Motivation (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 4.982 + 0.620 X1 + 0.252 X2. The results of the hypothesis test (F test) obtained an Fhitung value of 129.124> Ftable 3.13 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be decided that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of Work Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Altrak 1978 Bintaro

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the South Jakarta City Administration Fire and Rescue Sub-dept. both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. This research took a sample and population of 233 respondents with a sample of 70 respondents using sample sampling. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Partially testing the hypothesis for the work discipline variable obtained tcount > ttable or (4.073 > 1.99601). This was also confirmed by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between work discipline and employee performance. Partially testing the hypothesis for work environment variables obtained tcount > ttable or (5.396 > 1.99601). This is also confirmed by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained Fcount > Ftable or (21.830 > 3.103). This was also confirmed by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work discipline and work environment on employee performance. The coefficient of determination obtained by the R-square value is 0.395, so it can be concluded that the work discipline and work environment variables influence employee performance variables by 39.5% while the remaining 60.5% is influenced by other factors not explained in this research such as leadership, compensation, work stress, etc

the added value of textile materials into finished clothes according to customer desires and businesses in the fashion sector carried out by several people or in bulk. This research aims to find out how the sharia marketing strategy of sewing business in increasing people's income in Kaluppang Hamlet, Massewae Village. This research uses a qualitative approach in collecting data used interview method. The results of the study show that: 1) The strategies used by tailors in Kaluppang Hamlet, Massewae Village have several strategies that are almost the same, then from the results of research found in the field the tailors mostly choose word of mouth promotion rather than using social media, 2) The increase in income of some tailors in Kaluppang Hamlet, Massewae Village has increased income, some tailors revealed that in addition to earning from this sewing they can increase capital for business and buy valuable assets, 3) Sharia analysis of sewing business strategies in Kaluppang Hamlet, related to the determination and quality of stitches, researchers did not find elements that contain usury or gharar. dalam bahasa Inggris merupakan terjemahan dari abstrak dalam bahasa Indonesia, ditulis antara 100-150 kata. Usaha jasa jahit baju merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha dalam sektor jasa yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dari bahan tekstil menjadi pakaian jadi sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan dan usaha dalam bidang busana yang dilakukan oleh beberapa orang atau secara massal. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran syariah usaha jahit dalam meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat yang ada di Dusun Kaluppang Desa Massewae. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dalam mengumpulkan data digunakan metode wawancara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa :1) Strategi yang digunakan oleh para penjahit di Dusun Kaluppang Desa Massewae memiliki beberapa strategi yang hampir sama, kemudian dari hasil penelitian yang ditemukan dilapangan para penjahit kebanyakan memilih promosi word of mouth dibanding menggunakan sosial media, 2) Peningkatan pendapatan dari beberapa penjahit yang ada di Dusun Kaluppang Desa Massewae mengalami peningkatan pendapatan, beberapa penjahit mengungkapkan bahwa selain mendapatan dari hasil menjahit inilah mereka dapat menambah modal untuk usaha dan membeli aset berharga, 3) Analisis syariah strategi usaha jahit yang ada di Dusun kaluppang, terkait dengan penetapan dan kualitas jahitan, peneliti tidak menemukan unsur-unsur yang mengandung riba atau gharar.
