Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan insentif terhadap kinerja karywan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI KSO Langsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 266 karyawan pelaksana dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel meggunakan rumus slovin dengan taraf tingkat kesalahan 5% atau 0,05 dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 160 responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data menggunakan regrsi linear berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Y = 4,219 + 0,152 X₁ + 0,234 X₂. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi memiliki nilai t sig 0,004 < 0,05 yang artinya komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI KSO Langsa dan insentif memiliki nilai 0,007 < 0,05 yang artinya insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI KSO Langsa. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan insentif memiliki nilai F sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya komunikasi dan insentif secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional VI KSO Langsa. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,284 atau 28,4%.

Abstract

The era of artificial intelligence (AI) has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the world of education. Amidst these changes, the role of teachers as the main agents in learning becomes very crucial. In order to optimally utilize the potential of AI, teachers need to develop their abilities in mastering technology, especially those related to AI. This journal discusses the importance of training and developing teacher abilities in mastering technology in the AI ​​era, with a focus on efforts that can be made to improve digital skills and teacher adaptation to new technologies. Through a workshop-based training approach, distance learning, and collaboration between educational institutions and technology developers, teachers can be more effective in utilizing AI to create more innovative, personalized, and effective learning experiences for students. Although challenges such as lack of time, limited access to technology, and resistance to change still exist, appropriate solutions can help teachers overcome these obstacles. This study provides recommendations for continuously improving the quality of teacher training, providing supportive infrastructure, and increasing teacher motivation in integrating AI into their learning practices. Thus, training and developing teacher abilities in the era of artificial intelligence are key to creating more advanced and relevant education in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of effective performance management in increasing productivity and motivation in government agencies. In particular, the implementation of performance management at the Hutagodang Village Office, Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra is a strategic step to increase the effectiveness of employee work and public services. This study aims to analyze the performance management system implemented, as well as the factors that affect its success. Drawing on regulatory frameworks such as the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), the study highlights the importance of clear performance planning, systematic measurement and evaluation, and a supportive organizational culture.However, challenges such as lack of internal communication, limited human resources, and problems with facilities and infrastructure are still obstacles in the implementation of this system. The results of the study show that improvement efforts in these aspects can significantly improve employee performance, thereby contributing to improving the quality of public services at the Hutagodang Village Office, Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Thus, effective performance management can be an important tool in achieving better government goals and being responsive to the needs of the community.

Abstract

Coastal processed food is one of the attractions of tourism in Demak, Demak Regency has several traditional culinary delights that have existed since royal times and must be preserved. The current of globalization causes development in an area, the culinary field is also an affected part. Culinary tourism is one of the drivers of tourists or visitors to explore a destination. In addition, culinary is also a supporting factor in reviving environmentally friendly tourism in Demak. Based on this, this study will discuss (1) How culinary tourism develops (2) Factors that influence the existence of culinary tourism with a culinary business profile in Demak (3) The function of culinary tourism in the development of economic in Demak. This research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews with various parties. The theories used include the theory of the five factors that influence culinary tourism and the philosophy of visitor experience. The findings of this study are (1) Demak culinary tourism is growing and diverse, namely there are several places to eat that serve Demak culinary. (2) Food processing and improve marketing can provide benefits to the surrounding economy.)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of big data on strategic decision-making based on Management Information Systems (SIM). In this digital era, data is one of the most important things for organizations. Through qualitative research and content analysis of relevant literature, this study identified many ways big data can improve the effectiveness of strategic decision-making. All of this suggests that the integration of big data in a SIM can improve the accuracy and relevance of information used in decision development, which in turn can help organizations achieve success.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengubah cara perusahaan beroperasi, terutama melalui peran teknologi internet dalam mendukung e-bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran teknologi internet dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperluas jangkauan pasar e-bisnis, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui analisis literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa teknologi internet, seperti big data dan cloud computing, dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Namun, tantangan seperti risiko keamanan data dan kebutuhan keterampilan digital baru menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital yang terencana memungkinkan perusahaan untuk beradaptasi di pasar yang kompetitif dan memanfaatkan peluang transformasi digital.

Abstract

Manajemen risiko adalah fungsi vital dalam sektor finansial yang berperan dalam menjaga stabilitas dan keberlanjutan institusi keuangan. Dalam konteks saat ini, sektor ini dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan yang semakin kompleks, seperti perkembangan teknologi yang cepat, ketidakpastian ekonomi global, regulasi yang ketat, serta peningkatan risiko terkait perubahan iklim. Penggunaan teknologi digital, meskipun memberikan efisiensi dan kecepatan dalam transaksi, juga membawa risiko baru seperti ancaman siber yang dapat merusak integritas data dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Ketidakpastian di pasar global, yang dipicu oleh faktor ekonomi, geopolitik, dan kesehatan masyarakat, menambah lapisan ketidakpastian yang harus dikelola oleh institusi keuangan. Regulasi yang lebih ketat setelah krisis finansial global menuntut institusi keuangan untuk memenuhi standar yang lebih tinggi dalam praktik manajemen risiko. Meskipun bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, regulasi ini sering kali dapat membatasi inovasi dan meningkatkan beban biaya bagi lembaga. Selain itu, risiko lingkungan yang muncul dari perubahan iklim dan isu keberlanjutan semakin menjadi perhatian utama.

Abstract

Mineral downstreaming is a strategic policy designed to enhance the added value of mineral products and optimize the utilization of natural resources. This policy aims to reduce the export of raw ore and increase the production of finished goods domestically, which has significant potential to secure the country's foreign exchange reserves and strengthen Indonesia's competitiveness in the global market. This study aims to analyze the implications and effects of mineral downstreaming policies on Indonesia's economy. The methodology employed is a literature review using a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings indicate that by promoting further processing and innovation in technology development, nickel downstreaming not only yields positive economic impacts through increased revenue in the non-oil and gas sector and corporate contributions to state revenues but also significantly aids in maintaining environmental sustainability. The development of the nickel downstream industry not only creates new job opportunities and reduces unemployment rates but also stimulates growth in related industries while increasing the demand for domestic technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Government towards the Economic Activities of the Nebura Hamlet Community of Koja Gete Village. Qualitative research can show research on community life, history, behavior, or kinship relationships. This research took place in Nebura hamlet, Koja Gete village, East Alok sub-district, Sikka district, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) province. This research was conducted in February 10, 2023 - March 10, 2023. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis can be interpreted as an activity of discussing and understanding data in order to find meaning, interpretation and certain conclusions from all data in the research. In Koja Gete Village, the government's attention has not been maximized for the community. The government has not prepared equipment and supplies for farming activities. For example: mills, tractors, and so on. Many problems are faced by the community in agricultural activities, especially problems with pests in plants, waterways, and also the income of farm laborers who do not meet their daily needs so they look for other alternatives to meet their needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya pelatihan guru dalam meningkatkan manajemen kelas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur (library research). Manajemen kelas yang efektif merupakan kunci untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif dan produktif. Pelatihan guru berperan penting dalam memberikan keterampilan dan strategi yang diperlukan untuk mengelola kelas dengan baik, termasuk pengelolaan waktu, pengaturan ruang kelas, dan teknik komunikasi yang efektif. Melalui pelatihan, guru dapat belajar tentang berbagai pendekatan pedagogis yang dapat diterapkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan beragam siswa. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti dampak positif dari pelatihan guru terhadap motivasi siswa, partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan pencapaian akademik. Dengan demikian, investasi dalam pelatihan guru tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi profesional mereka, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pemangku kepentingan pendidikan tentang pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru dalam upaya meningkatkan manajemen kelas.
