Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran AMDAL dalam menilai kelayakan bisnis pada proyek pembangunan Pabrik Semen Indonesia Aceh dan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi AMDAL dalam pengelolaan dampak lingkungan hidup yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan dan hambatan dalam penerapan AMDAL pada proyek tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis dokumen atau library research. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam penerapan Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL) dalam menilai kelayakan bisnis dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup pada proyek pembangunan Pabrik Semen Indonesia Aceh (SIA). Secara keseluruhan, studi kasus Proyek Pabrik Semen Indonesia Aceh menunjukkan bahwa AMDAL memainkan peran kritikal dalam menilai kelayakan bisnis dan mengelola dampak lingkungan dari pembangunan industri besar. Efektivitas penerapan AMDAL sangat bergantung pada komitmen semua pihak yang terlibat, baik perusahaan, pemerintah, maupun masyarakat, untuk bekerja sama dalam mencapai keseimbangan antara keuntungan ekonomi dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relevance of Ibn Khaldun's economic thought in the modern context. Ibn Khaldun emphasized the importance of wealth redistribution, economic cycles, and the role of the state in achieving economic stability and justice. The analysis reveals that zakat, infak, and sedekah significantly reduce social inequality and enhance societal welfare. Furthermore, Ibn Khaldun's theory of economic cycles highlights the necessity of good governance and productivity as the main pillars of economic growth. In the modern context, his perspectives are relevant for designing more inclusive and sustainable policies. By integrating these principles, Islamic economics can provide solutions to global challenges such as income inequality and economic instability.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has transformed the global marketing landscape, driving businesses to shift from conventional methods to digital strategies. This study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing strategies through the social media platform WhatsApp Business to increase sales at Fit.Me Hijab. Utilizing a qualitative research method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation to evaluate the effectiveness of WhatsApp Business features in supporting marketing activities. The research findings indicate that the use of WhatsApp Business, particularly the product catalog, broadcast messages, and automated responses features, significantly enhances customer interaction and product sales. Prior to using WhatsApp Business, Fit.Me Hijab's sales were around 10 products per month; after adopting the platform, sales increased to 30 products in November and 46 products in December. These findings suggest that WhatsApp Business is an effective marketing tool for SMEs, enabling more personal and efficient interactions with customers. This study provides practical insights for business practitioners to optimize the use of social media as part of their digital marketing strategy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Peran Good Corporate Governance dalam Manajemen Risiko Perbankan di Bank Mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran Good Corporate Governance terhadap pengelolaan risiko di Bank Mandiri dan juga untuk menilai bagaimana prinsip-prinsip GCG, termasuk transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan independensi dalam memengaruhi identifikasi pengukuran, mitigasi, dan pengendalian risiko stabilitas keuangan dan perlindungan pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini juga ditujukan untuk mengetahui peran Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi dalam tugas dan tanggung jawabnya terhadap Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang baik (GCG) dan Pengelolaan Risiko. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Peneliti akan menjabarkan data mengenai penjelasan peran GCG terhadap manajemen risiko di Bank Mandiri. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa GCG merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan perbankan dan memberikan saran-saran GCG di Bank Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Shopee's E-Commerce Facilities (Features) on the consumption patterns of students at Universitas NU Sidoarjo. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire method targeting students of Universitas NU Sidoarjo who actively use the Shopee application, with purposive sampling employed as the sampling technique. To analyze the data, IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 was utilized, employing a simple linear regression method. The findings reveal that Shopee's E-Commerce features significantly impact students' consumptive behavior. This is evidenced by the t-test results showing a tcount value greater than ttable (19.295 > 1.667) and a significance value of 0.000, which is below the 0.05 threshold, indicating a significant relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is an influence between AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) on consumer buying interest at Shopee. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study are Shopee users, while the sample required in this research is 160 Shopee user respondents, with the sampling method being incidental sampling. Next, data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of the t test for the Attention variable (X1) t count are 2.480 > t table 1.975, this is reinforced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, so Attention has a significant effect on buying interest. Interest (X2) t count is 8.909 > t table 1.975 with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, so Interest has a significant effect on buying interest. Desire (X3) has a t count of 1.420 < t table 1.975, with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, so Desire has no significant effect on buying interest. Action (X4) has a calculated t value of 6.267 > t table 1.975, with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, so Desire has a significant effect on buying interest. Based on the f test calculation, the value obtained is 37.426 > from f table 2.43, reinforced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning it is accepted, so it can be concluded that AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) together or Simultaneous influence on buying interest.

Abstract

Transformative leadership and a culture of innovation play an important role in determining company performance in today's digital era. One example of a company that has successfully implemented these two concepts is Gojek, a technology company based in Indonesia that has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2010. This research aims to analyze the role of transformative leadership and innovation culture in improving company performance, with a case study on Gojek . The research method used is descriptive qualitative in the qualitative research process, the emphasis is more on the subject's perspective, while theory is used as a guide by researchers to ensure that the research process is in accordance with the facts found in the field and helps to gain a deeper understanding. Gojek has succeeded in creating an ecosystem that supports collaboration, creativity and continuous technology development, which helps the company stay relevant and competitive in a very dynamic market.

Abstract

Conglomerate diversification is a strategy of business expansion into sectors not directly related to the core business to spread risk and improve financial stability. This research aims to examine the concept, benefits, challenges and implementation of this strategy in supporting corporate growth in the modern era. With a qualitative approach based on literature review and case study analysis, this research uses secondary data from scholarly journals, company reports, and real cases such as General Electric (GE). The results show that conglomerate diversification is effective in creating financial stability, opening up innovation opportunities, and reducing dependence on a single sector. However, this strategy presents challenges such as increased operational complexity, lack of synergy between business units, and the risk of losing focus on the core business. This research emphasizes the importance of careful planning, internal capability evaluation, and managerial innovation to overcome these challenges.

Abstract

The main problem in this research concerns the low learning outcomes of students in economics subjects. The aim of the research is to determine the increase in learning outcomes before and after treatment, as well as to compare the differences in the increase in learning outcomes between the experimental class which uses the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model with Genial.ly media with the snakes and ladders game and the control class which applies the learning model conventional. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Cineam using a quasi-experimental method. The research population included students in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Cineam, with a total of 62 students selected through a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument is a multiple choice test on economics subjects with 30 questions. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS 25 program with paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test, using a significance level of 5% (0.05). The analysis results show the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000, which indicates a significant difference in improving learning outcomes. The experimental class that used the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model using Genial.ly media with the snakes and ladders game showed better learning results than the control class that used conventional learning methods after the treatment was given.

Abstract

The digital era presents significant challenges to traditional parenting, particularly in maintaining a balance between modernity and local values. This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital-era parenting, human resource quality (HRQ) as an intervening variable, and the balance between modernity and local values within the Baduy community. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving 30 respondents from both Baduy Dalam and Baduy Luar. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and documentary studies. The findings reveal that parenting adaptive to technology has a significant impact on improving the quality of Generation Z's human resources. HRQ, in turn, plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between modernity and local values. In the Baduy Luar community, adaptive parenting allows Generation Z to utilize digital technology for productive activities, such as marketing handicrafts, without entirely abandoning cultural values. However, the risk of cultural degradation remains if parenting control over technology usage is not optimized. This study underscores that HRQ is a key factor in bridging tradition and modernity. The practical implications of this research include the need for digital literacy training oriented toward local values, for both parents and Generation Z. As a result, a sustainable balance between modernity and cultural preservation can be achieved.
