Abstract

Every leader must have a unique character, habits, and personality that makes him different from others through his actions and style. This style and lifestyle will definitely shape his behavior and teaching methods. The leader is used as a role model for his subordinates. Because the leader must be able to set an example to be imitated by his subordinates. Leadership with character is characterized by four main characteristics, namely: honest, farsighted, inspiring, and competent. The combination of these four characteristics creates reliability.

Abstract

Leaders use their leadership characteristics to manage and direct the organization towards achieving predetermined goals. Servant leadership is a leadership style that focuses on the virtues of serving and supporting the needs of others.This journal applies a qualitative descriptive method and adopts a literature review approach to evaluate various sources such as journals and news related to the concept of servant leadership. This study aims to assess the influence of servant leadership on improving the quality of public services.A service-oriented leadership style, or servant leadership, has an indirect relationship with improving the quality of services provided to the public. Leaders who implement servant leadership tend to increase organizational commitment among employees, which in turn can improve their performance. Organizational commitment, which leads to a desire to contribute more and remain part of the organization, can indirectly improve the quality of public services through increased employee commitment and performance. Leaders who embrace this principle seek to maximize their ability to strengthen organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of employee commitment and work motivation on employee performance. The unit of analysis in this study were all employees at the Griya Elderly Santo Yosef Foundation on which operates 60 people. Sampling using saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using statistics with SPSS tool. Based on the results of data analysis using the t test, it is know that partially employee commitment and work motivation have a significant effect on work commitment. Based on the results of data analysis using the F test, it is known that simultaneously employee commitment and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

study aims to find out how the description of asset structure, company size, and capital structure. To determine the effect of asset structure and company size partially and simultaneously on the capital structure of companies listed on the IDX. This research method is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The population in this study were 30 companies. The results showed that the asset structure, company size and capital structure in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange all increased annually. The asset structure and size of the company have no effect on the capital structure of the Company listed on the IDX. The asset structure and size of the company simultaneously have no effect on the capital structure of the Company listed on the IDX.

Abstract

Every business in Indonesia needs to make financial reports at the end of each quarter to be used as a guide in managing expenses. In accordance with Financial Accounting Standards 1 of 2015. For users of financial reports, the speed of completing reports is quite important. The speed at which a business entity publishes its financial reports to the general public and the OJK is a factor that influences how quickly the auditor can complete the audit. The aim of this research is to find out whether auditor switching and audit tenure have anything to do with audit delays in sharia banks operating at OJK from 2018 to 2022. The research target population is all sharia banks operating at OJK from 2018 to 2022. By using purposive sampling technique, thirty (30) data were selected as samples. This research uses quantitative methods using secondary data obtained from the official website of Islamic banks. Data analysis tool with eviews 12. In contrast, the most commonly used data mining technique is panel data regression analysis. Research findings show that audit switching and audit tenure have an effect on audit delay. Meanwhile, audit switching and audit tenure simultaneously influence audit delay. The corrected r-squared coefficient of determination is 0.222967, indicating that all independent variables contribute 22.29% to the explanation of the dependent variable.

Abstract

Leadership is an important aspect of management and is necessary in any organization. Managers organize and manage available resources, but also influence and direct others to achieve the best results. The success of management depends on the management style used and the satisfaction of subordinates.Being a good leader for the current and future generations is a big challenge. As time goes by, many leaders emerge depending on the demands of the environment. Effective management in the millennial generation era will be possible by qualifying leaders as reliable, intellectual, and intellectually talented leaders with a long-term vision. However, a good leader must also have honesty, integrity and honesty for the benefit of the people.Millennial leadership must support the independence and entrepreneurial spirit of the millennial generation. Strengthening the nation requires a spirit of independence and entrepreneurship which is the most important foundation. Abstract

Di era modern, konsep riba masih menjadi topik perdebatan dalam konteks keuangan global. Dalam konteks keuangan Islam, riba dilarang secara tegas dalam Alquran dan menurut para ulama. Selain itu, riba memiliki dampak negatif yaitu menyebabkan eksploitasi peminjam dan ketidaksetaraan ekonomi. Perlunya sebuah pengendalian riba walau terdapat tantangan didalamnya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai tantangan dan prospek dalam pengendalian riba dalam industri perbankan pada praktik pembiayaan konvensional kartu kredit Bank BRI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan tantangan pengendalian riba dalam industri perbankan pada Bank BRI yaitu tingginya suku bunga jika pembayaran tagihan terlambat, nasabah tidak memahami dengan jelas ketentuan dan mekanisme pembayaran kartu kredit dan adanya risiko penyalahgunaan kartu kredit. Sedangkan prospek pengendalian riba nya yaitu dengan meningkatkan transparansi informasi, penerapan program edukasi keuangan, pemahaman tentang pengelolaan utang yang sehat, dan mengaplikasikan program edukasi keuangan. Dan untuk nasabah yaitu dengan membuat anggaran pendapatan dan pengeluaran.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of leadership on team performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (Alfamart). This study is important because leadership is a key factor that determines an organization's success in achieving its goals. Alfamart, as a modern retail company with high business dynamics, requires a solid and high-performing team to face competition and achieve set targets.This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis that relies on literature studies. The research results show that effective leadership has a significant impact on team performance, such as increasing motivation, collaboration, creativity, efficiency and customer service quality. Alfamart realizes the importance of effective leadership and implements various programs and training to develop the leadership abilities of its members. This is done through leadership training programs, performance appraisals, and a culture of appreciation.By implementing effective leadership and developing the leadership abilities of its members, Alfamart can continue to improve its team performance and achieve its business goals more effectively

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the socio-economic conditions of the community are in terms of the aftermath of the earthquake in Nagari Malampah, Tigo Nagari District, Pasaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using proportional random sampling techniques. The sample for this research was the head of a family chosen randomly in each Jorong area that was affected by the earthquake, so the total number of samples in Nagari Malampah was 141 heads of families affected by the earthquake. From the results of research on the social conditions of the community after the earthquake in Nagari Malampah, Tigo Nagari District, Pasaman Regency, it can be concluded that the social conditions of the community in Nagari Malampah, Tigo Nagari District, Pasaman Regency amounted to (57.09%) based on the criteria in the Percentage table included in the category "Poor". "" In general, the community affected by the earthquake is lacking. Meanwhile, the economic condition of the community after the earthquake in Nagari Malampah, Tigo Nagari District, Pasaman Regency, can be concluded that the economic condition of the community in Nagari Malampah, Tigo Nagari District, Pasaman Regency is (59.17%) based on the criteria in the Percentage table, including those in the "Poor" category, in general it is poor. cater to people affected by the earthquake.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan bank. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari sumber artikel atau jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi literatur dengan menggunakan 10 artikel terpilih pada rentan tahun 2014-2024. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA merupakan salah satu indikator kinerja utama dalam mengalirkan kinerja keuangan bank, memberikan gambaran mengenai efisiensi penggunaan aset untuk menghasilkan laba. Implikasi penggunaan ROA dalam pengukuran kinerja keuangan perbankan juga mencakup peran refleksi literatur dalam memberikan pemahaman mendalam, perbandingan rasio antara industri dan pesaing, pengaruh praktis manajerial, dan pengaruh dalam perencanaan keuangan, manajemen risiko, dan interaksi dengan pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan di luar bank.
