Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred in the Protocol Section at the Regional Secretariat of Pasangkayu Regency, has been going well but there are still several things that are not optimal, namely delays in work attendance so that in implementing performance in the areas of coordination, coaching, policy formulation, program planning, evaluation and reporting on the implementation of Public Relations and Protocol activities related to reporting, documentation and protocols. It can be seen that performance is hampered or hampered. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of the Protocol Section at the Pasangkayu Regency Regional Secretariat, which is studied based on the performance theory model according to Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara (2019: 67), namely: Work quantity, work quality, work discipline, work initiative, responsibility. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive with purposive sampling of informants. The results of research on the performance of the protocol section at the Pasangkayu Regency Regional Secretariat can be concluded as follows: The results of the research show that performance in terms of quantity and quality has gone well, this shows that employees are capable of achieving performance. Performance in terms of discipline means that there is implementation of work discipline starting from the level of electronic attendance, morning roll call and use of official uniforms, there are still employees who commit violations of work discipline, especially during working hours where they are not optimally carrying out their obligations with indicators of complying with working hours provisions, p. This can be seen from the fact that there are still employees who do not comply with working hours provisions, such as employees often not coming to work, entering and leaving the agency not in accordance with regulations and often entering the office late. Performance in terms of initiative means that in carrying out their duties, employees always help each other with colleagues in completing tasks without any orders from superiors. Performance in terms of responsibility means that employees are able to complete tasks well in accordance with the specified time, however, in terms of discipline, employee performance is still not optimal. The obstacles to the performance of the Protocol Section at the Regional Secretariat of Pasangkayu Regency are the lack of employees so that the work carried out by employees is overwhelmed and they have difficulty carrying out superiors' orders, in addition to the reduction in the number of employees and the lack of optimal support for employee work in the form of facilities and infrastructure, namely an internet network that is too slow resulting in work employees are hindered in carrying out their duties so that employees' work is neglected.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine Integrated Administrative Services in Pasangkayu District, Pasangkayu Regency, which is studied based on the work motivation theory model according to Parasuraman (1988: 69). Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsiveness), Assurance (Guarantee), Empathy (Empathy), Tangible (Direct evidence), The type of research used is qualitative descriptive with purposive selection of informants and the number of informants selected is 5 people using data collection techniques, 1). Observation, 2). Interview, 3) Documentation. By analyzing all the interview results. Results of Research on Integrated Administrative Services in Pasangkayu District, Pasangkayu Regency, Based on the results of the discussion using 5 (Five) Service Quality indicators for integrated administrative services at the Pasangkayu District Office, Pasangkayu Regency, the author can draw the conclusion that the results of the research conducted by the author in the Pasangkayu District Office, Pasangkayu Regency through observation and the results of direct interviews with several informants, from five dimensions/aspects of assessment of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible (direct evidence). The author concludes that the implementation of government public services in the Pasangkayu District office, Pasangkayu Regency, is measured from the five indicators, which are assessed as indicators/dimensions of Reliability,Responsiveness,Empathy,Tangible (Direct Evidence), whereas in Assurance indicators/dimensions whose results are still not working well

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the work motivation of state civil servants in improving performance at the Pasangkayu Regency Food Security Service, which was studied based on the work motivation theory model according to David Mc Clelland (Siagian, 2004: 167). 1). The need for achievement, 2). The need for power, 3). The need for affiliation, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative with purposive selection of informants and the number of selected informants is 5 people using data collection techniques, 1). Observation, 2). Interview, 3) Documentation. By analyzing all the interview results. The data was analyzed using several steps according to the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014), namely analyzing the data in three steps: data condensation, presenting the data (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). The results of research on work motivation for state civil servants in improving performance at the Pasangkayu Regency Food Security Service showed that the need for achievement requires the work enthusiasm of officials to develop creativity and direct all their abilities in order to achieve work performance, so it is necessary to increase abilities both technically, conceptually and human relations. Meanwhile, the research results were obtained from the need for power, the work spirit of an employee so that he mobilizes all his abilities in order to achieve the best power/position in the organization, with the hope of being promoted to occupy a position. And the need for affiliation has the desire to create and maintain friendship and warm relationships with other people. Collaboration between teams also continues to be improved. Overall, employee work motivation can be said to be good, but it needs to be improved further so that the Vision and Mission of the Food Security Service can be achieved.

Abstract

This research is a type of classroom action research (action research) to improve the learning outcomes of Al-Quran Hadith students in class XII IPS 3 MAN 2 Makassar 2019/2020 by using discovery learning. This research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. These two cycles are a series of interrelated activities. The research subjects were 37 students in class XII IPS 3. The data obtained, namely student activities and learning outcomes, were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that activity in the positive aspects increased significantly from cycle 1 to cycle II, and the negative aspects decreased. Based on the learning results in cycle 1, it was proven that 78.3% had not yet completed and 21.6% had not yet completed. Based on the percentage of completeness, it has not reached 90% completeness, so the basis for continuing cycle II, cycle II is to perfect the reflection treatment from cycle I, while activities that measure character values have increased by 100% and learning outcomes in cycle II have reached 100% completeness. Shows that the application of discovery learning Matari, positive optimistic thinking, patiently facing tests and trials with a smile can improve the learning outcomes of students in class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kebijakan dividen yang diproksikan dengan divident payout Rassio (DPR) dan kebijakan hutang yang diproksikan dengan dept of assets rassio (DAR) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Tobin’s Q dengan profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan return on asset (ROA) pada perusahaan subsektor perbankan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausalitas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor perbankan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan porposive sampling yang emmeperoleh jumlah 11 sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis menggunakan MRA dengan bantuan Eviews versi 12.Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan pengujian maka mendapatkan hasil: (1) kebijakan dividen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) profitabilitas dapat memberikan pengaruh negatif kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. (4) profitabilitas memberikan pengaruh negatif kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low creativity of teachers today. This is seen from the reality in the field. This study aims to find out how the teacher's creativity in using YouTube media in PAI learning at SDN 100790 Situmbaga, North Padang Lawas district. This research is a research using qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the teacher's creativity in creating new ideas is only developing videos from YouTube, and in developing new concepts is by making videos or learning content and when finding something new is looking for references from other accounts and in producing something new it can make students understand more about learning and the obstacles faced by teachers are the lack of learning infrastructure in schools, such as laptops, frequent power outages, making the network slower.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the legal protection efforts specifically provided to children who are victims of pornography crimes. Indonesian positive law in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection has provided special forms of protection for children which are oriented towards realizing the best interests of the child. This article was written using normative legal research methods with a statutory approach. Collection of legal materials is carried out by literature study of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of this research are that a special form of protection for child victims of pornography crimes is to provide recovery, especially in psychological aspects based on restorative justice. The aim and purpose of this recovery is so that children can live their lives as before without the trauma and pressure of being victims of pornographic crimes.

Abstract

. PT. IGP Internasional Bantul is a company engaged in manufacturing. This company produces several custom barbies. Product production level at PT. IGP International Bantul is very high. The problem is that the company has not achieved the production targets that have been set. In 2022 to 2023, in several months, namely August 2022, the target number was 4,454,588 pcs for a month, but 4,333,029 pcs were produced. This research aims to determine the level of productivity measurement at PT. IGP International Bantul uses the OMAX method and identifies factors that can influence productivity in the production of Barbie clothes at PT. IGP International Bantul using the RCA method. The data processing stage is carried out at PT. IGP International Bantul by identifying types of problems using the Objective Matrix (OMAX), Root Cause Analysis with weighting based on the Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) method. So the largest productivity value was obtained in July 2022, namely 135%, while the lowest productivity index was in February and April 2023, namely -35%. Then to find the root of the problem in the company using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method. The tools to find the root of the problem used in the RCA method are the 5-why and fishbone diagrams which produce two main problems, namely lack of training for operators and lack of maintenance on machines.

Abstract

Problems that often arise as a result of divorce between married couples who already have children are related to child custody. Each husband and wife has the right to apply for custody of their child by submitting an application to the court. This research will answer problems related to child custody regulations after the parents divorce and the legal consequences for children whose parents divorce. This article was written using normative legal research with a legislative approach. The results of this research are that child custody is adjusted to the condition of the child or father or mother and the one that is most beneficial for the child's welfare is chosen, and the legal consequences for children whose parents are divorced are that the parents' obligation to educate their children is not lost.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of human resource development carried out by the Central Sulawesi Province Manpower and Transmigration Office. The type of research currently being carried out is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study were determined using a purposive technique with a total of 7 informants. This research uses qualitative data, while the data sources in this research are primary data obtained from observations and interviews, as well as secondary data. Analyzing data uses James Spradley's thinking which is known as a gradual forward flow, divided into four types, namely making domain analysis, making taxonomic analysis, making component analysis, and finding cultural themes. The results of the research show that the implementation of HR development for the Manpower and Transmigration Department of Central Sulawesi Province has been carried out but has not run optimally, this is because development through learning activities has been carried out but has not been effective. Because encouragement to direct employees to be motivated to learn independently is still rarely carried out by the Central Sulawesi Province Manpower and Transmigration Office, so it still needs to be improved. Apart from that, development through edication (education) activities has also been implemented but has not been effective because there are still many employees with civil servant status who currently still have secondary education and are not yet motivated to take part in development programs through study assignments. Meanwhile, the other two aspects, namely training, have been carried out and the implementation is going well, where the agency always assigns its employees to every training activity and seminar held by competent institutions at both regional and central levels. Then the development aspect has also been carried out and the implementation has gone well, namely developing employee competency through mentoring activities, employee involvement in special or strategic programs, and giving additional tasks has been carried out quite well by the Central Sulawesi Province Manpower and Transmigration Office.
