Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze Liquidity, Leverage, and Good Corporate Governance on the Company Value of food and beverage sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used in this research are Liquidity, Leverage, and Good Corporate Governance as independent variables and Company Value as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples used in the research was 11 manufacturing companies. The sample selection method used is non-probability, namely purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria determined by the researcher. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing in the research show that liquidity has a significant effect on company value, while Leverage does not have a significant effect on company value, and Good Corporate Governance has a significant effect on company value in consumer goods companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

In general, this research aims to analyze the quality of health services at the Dental and Oral Polyclinic, Technical Implementation Unit, Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is qualitative research, namely research on data collected and expressed in the form of words and images, the words are arranged in sentences, for example sentences resulting from interviews between researchers and informants regarding a condition of the quality of health services at the Dental and Oral Polyclinic Unit. Technical Implementer of the Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. The basis of the research is qualitative to obtain more accurate data regarding phenomena regarding health services at the Dental and Oral Polyclinic. The theory used to determine service quality is the theory of Zeithaml, Parassuraman and Berry (Muninjaya, 2011) which includes five indicators, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The results of the research show that the quality of health services at the Dental and Oral Polyclinic of the Technical Implementation Unit of the Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province is quite good, which can be seen from several interviews with 5 patients and 1 person in charge of the Polyclinic which has been run well. The indicators that have not been maximized are Tangibles, Reliability, and Assurance.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to determine the implementation of print and digital collection services for users at UPA. Tadulako University Library. In addition, to find out the factors that cause the lack of optimal collection. This research was conducted based on Parasuraman theory about the dimensions of service quality, that is tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty. The results of research show that the dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and empathy have been running well, but the Tangible dimension is still not running optimally, this is due to the number of librarians who have not met the national standards of university libraries and the lack of library promotion activities. The conclusion of this study is that the service of printing and digital collections at UPA Library has not run optimally.

Abstract

This study evaluates transdisciplinary learning methods and challenges in Social Sciences (IPS) learning in the 2013 Curriculum and the Independent Curriculum. This method emphasizes the integration of concepts from different social science disciplines, applied holistically. The challenge of implementing this method in both curricula, involves teacher readiness, availability of resources, and student understanding. The 2013 curriculum emphasizes cross-subject integration, while the Merdeka Curriculum provides flexibility for teachers. Qualitative research involves analysis of documents, literature, and interviews with social studies teachers. The research findings provide insight into the potential and barriers of transdisciplinary methods in both curricula, with implications for teacher skills development, resource improvement, and better understanding to improve social studies learning effectiveness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the magnitude of the partial and simultaneous influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Central Sulawesi Province Regional Development Planning Agency. This type of research is explanatory or explanatory research. The technique for determining the number of samples was using the Slovin formula, and the number of samples used was 115 respondents, and the technique for determining the sample in this research was through the Purposive Sampling technique. For data collection techniques through observation, library research (Library Research), and field studies (Field Research). Data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The research results show that partially work motivation through the dimensions of need for achievement, need for affiliation, and need for power have a significant effect on the performance of Bappeda employees of Central Sulawesi Province. where the resulting coefficient for the need for achievement dimension is 1.163, the need for affiliation is 0.654, and the need for power is 0.843. Apart from that, simultaneously work motivation through the dimensions of need for achievement, need for affiliation, and need for power also have a significant influence on the performance of Central Sulawesi Province Bappeda employees, where the results of the determinant coefficient analysis (R2) show that work motivation has an influence of 86.12%, while the remaining 13.88% is influenced by other factors, of course this result shows that the influence of work motivation on the performance of Central Sulawesi Province Bappeda employees is at a very strong level of influence.

Abstract

In a knowledge-based economy, employees' perceptions of psychological safety in their work units are critical to group conflict This study aims to test and analyze how the influence of organization trust, epowering leadership, psychological safety and group conflict as mediating variables in retail companies in Jakarta The population in this study is employees or employees in retail companies consisting of staff consignment levels, as many as 150 respondents who come from employees or employees of permanent worker status and employees or employees of contract status with a service period of more than one year. Measurement techniques that use data collection tools in the form of questionnaires with online dissemination methods. Data analysis method using SEM (Structural Equitation Model). which is operated through the Smarts (Partial Least Square) program. The results showed that the variable of organization trust in psychological safety through group conflict showed that the value wssas positive. situations where psychological safety is well created in the workplace. Team members feel comfortable talking openly about the issues they're facing and asking questions when they need help. Leaders tend to create strong relationships with their team members, getting to know them as individuals, especially their work style, preferred working hours, strengths, areas of development and important commitments outside of work.

Abstract

The Jojor Lutung Jenuk Baris Dance, which originates from Selulung Village, Kintamani, Bali, has become a symbol of cultural heritage that is rich in values ​​and character education. This research aims to think in depth about the values ​​of character education contained in the process of inheriting this dance in Selulung Village. Qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach are the main basis for exploring detailed data through literature studies, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results illustrate essential values ​​such as honesty, discipline, cooperation, loyalty, courage and creativity which are reflected in every aspect of this dance. The inheritance of these values ​​occurs through the ulu apad customary system, which builds awareness of responsibility and order in society regarding each person's role. This dance is not only a representation of art, but also a medium for in-depth character formation. The conclusion of this research shows that the Jojor Lutung Jenuk Baris Dance not only maintains the richness of cultural heritage, but also becomes a moral and ethical foundation for the people of Selulung Village. A deep understanding of these values ​​helps communities strengthen their identity in a context of harmony and tolerance, and plays a role in maintaining the continuity of a very valuable cultural heritage.

Abstract

Christian Surya Tandigala, Stambuk Number B102 22 054, with the research title Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Motor Vehicle Tax Penalty Administration Sanctions Elimination Program at the Samsat Sigi Technical Implementation Unit, supervised by Ahmad Sinala and Ani Susanti. This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Motor Vehicle Tax Penalty Administration Sanctions Elimination Program at the Samsat Sigi Technical Implementation Unit. This study used a method with qualitative descriptive data. The research location is located at the Samsat Sigi Technical Implementation Unit Office. The theory used in this study is the theory proposed by Dunncan. The informants in this study amounted to 5 (five) people. The data obtained in this study are from observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis methods are Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing / Verification The results of this study show that the implementation of the Motor Vehicle Tax Penalty Administration Sanctions Elimination Program at the Samsat Sigi Technical Implementation Unit has not been effective as a whole, this is due to the non-achievement of the Integration indicator from the results of the study it is known that from the aspect of internal and external coordination has not been effective, the Adaptation indicator consisting of aspects of Tax Collector Officer Resources, not yet adequate. Second, Tax Collection Facilities, especially those related to the Application, The computerized system has not been optimal so that the management of tax revenue data and information has not been effective.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze employee performance in the Research and Development Division of BAPPEDA Litbang Pasangkayu District. A qualitative approach was utilized to deeply analyze the topic and gain an accurate understanding of the research objectives. The grand theory employed in this research is based on Robbins' theory, focusing on five main aspects: Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Effectiveness, and Independence. The research findings indicate that employee performance in carrying out tasks and functions in the research and development field at BAPPEDA Pasangkayu District is effective. However, constraints related to the number of employees remain a significant issue affecting performance quantity. Effective time management strategies are required to address excessive workloads, while prudent budget allocation and human resource management are key to achieving research and development objectives. Additionally, findings regarding independence indicators suggest that some employees still tend to delegate their tasks to honorary staff. Therefore, efforts are needed to provide training and capacity building for civil servant employees to enhance their independence in task completion. It is hoped that the implementation of these strategies will optimize employee performance in the research and development field and ensure the success of planned programs
