Abstract

The discourse on the essence of self and the cosmos represents a fundamental inquiry in intellectual history. In his allegorical masterpiece, Hayy ibn Yaqzhan, Ibn Tufail presents an autodidact’s epistemological journey toward truth achieved through rational inquiry, empirical investigation, and spiritual intuition—all ultimately converging with divine revelation. This comprehensive study examines the synergistic interconnection between philosophy (encompassing ontology, epistemology, and axiology), education, and Islam as manifested in the narrative, employing the framework of integrative epistemology that explores the intersections of aqidah, philosophy, and balaghah. Employing a qualitative descriptive-analytical methodology through extensive literature review, this research establishes philosophy as the foundational framework, education as the transformative mechanism, and Islam as the ultimate truth that shapes the comprehension of reality and human nature. The analysis demonstrates that the narrative transcends mere philosophical allegory; it offers a holistic educational paradigm particularly relevant for resolving the contemporary dichotomy between religious and scientific knowledge and addressing the spiritual crisis in modern education. The study concludes that Hayy’s journey offers a holistic paradigm crucial for resolving the contemporary science-religion dichotomy in modern education. Furthermore, this investigation explores the narrative’s dialectical tensions, its implications for curriculum design, and its significance in confronting secularization and knowledge fragmentation in contemporary Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the moral values instilled by Ustadzah and the strategies used in shaping the students' character at Darussholihat Islamic Boarding School in Andong Boyolali, as well as to evaluate the results of implementing these strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the moral values instilled include honesty, discipline, piety (wara’), responsibility, love for Allah SWT, and acceptance of His decrees. The strategies applied by Ustadzah utilize behavioristic and social constructivist approaches. The behavioristic approach emphasizes reward and punishment, habituation of worship, shaping techniques, and self-reflection. Meanwhile, the social constructivist approach is manifested through peer mentoring, collaborative learning, and discussions on moral values. This strategy has proven effective in shaping students' character to be disciplined, self-aware, and in fostering a learning environment that supports moral development. The intensive role of the Ustadzah as a 24-hour mentor is key to the success of this strategy.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of Work Life Balance (WLB) for teachers and educational staff in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). The boarding system requires educators to be active around the clock, which often leads to stress, emotional exhaustion, and decreased teaching motivation. Findings indicate that implementing welfare-based management—such as work schedule rotation, proportional workload distribution, and social support from leaders—has a positive impact on teachers’ motivation and psychological well-being. Spiritual values such as sincerity (ikhlas) and reliance on God (tawakal) also strengthen their psychological resilience. Therefore, the application of WLB in pesantren should be grounded in humane policies and Islamic values to achieve harmony between work productivity, worship, and personal life. Pesantren can thus serve as a model of holistic human resource management that integrates both worldly and spiritual well-being.

Abstract

Low back pain, also called LBP, is a very common issue that affects people who do a lot of standing or lifting work. One way to treat it without surgery is called TENS, which stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. This treatment uses small electrical impulses to help block pain signals in the body, based on the gate control theory of how pain works.When TENS is used along with stretching exercises, it helps even more with reducing pain and improving movement and function. This research is a review of existing studies. The search looked through PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar for studies published in the last five years. The studies had to be randomized controlled trials, or RCTs, which are a strong type of study. The results show that using TENS and stretching together helps a lot with reducing pain, making the lower back more flexible, improving range of motion, and helping people feel less disabled. Most of the studies had results that were statistically significant, with p values less than 0.05. Using TENS for 20 to 30 minutes, about 3 to 5 times a week, and doing stretching exercises for 4 to 6 weeks, gives the best results for people with So, putting together TENS and stretching is a good way to help reduce pain and make it easier for people to do daily activities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kesehatan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir membawa perubahan besar terhadap praktik keperawatan. Salah satu inovasi tersebut adalah telenursing, yaitu pelayanan keperawatan jarak jauh yang dilakukan melalui media teknologi informasi. Sementara itu, perawatan tradisional berbasis tatap muka masih menjadi standar utama di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan. Jurnal ini meninjau 23 penelitian yang membandingkan efektivitas telenursing dan perawatan tradisional, terutama dalam pengelolaan penyakit kronis, edukasi kesehatan, pemantauan kondisi pasien, serta kepatuhan terapi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa telenursing menawarkan fleksibilitas, kemudahan akses, efisiensi waktu, serta peningkatan kepatuhan pasien, sedangkan perawatan tradisional tetap unggul dalam pemeriksaan fisik langsung dan kualitas hubungan interpersonal. Efektivitas telenursing sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi digital perawat, kualitas sistem informasi, serta kesiapan pengguna. Integrasi keduanya berpotensi menciptakan model pelayanan keperawatan yang lebih komprehensif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Pembelajaran keperawatan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi (TI). Ini sudah teruji dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi seperti virtual reality, simulasi keperawatan virtual, video pendidikan, e- learning, keahlian teknologi informasi serta komunikasi (TIK), dan dokumentasi berbasis komputer membantu mahasiswa lebih kompeten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran keseluruhan mengenai penerapan teknologi terhadap pendidikan keperawatan. Penelitian ini meninjau 8 artikel yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2018-2024 dengan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis bersumber pada prinsip PRISMA 2020. Hasil sintesis tema menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja lulusan keperawatan dan keahlian klinis, pengetahuan, keyakinan diri, dan rasa empati mereka. Analisis sistematik juga menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan teknologi data ke dalam kurikulum adalah komponen penting dari pembelajaran keperawatan kontemporer.

Abstract

istem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) memegang peranan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pengambilan keputusan pada sektor pendidikan. Di tengah arus digitalisasi, SIM menjadi fondasi bagi pengumpulan, pengelolaan, dan analisis data sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan kebijakan yang lebih tepat dan transparan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana SIM, termasuk sistem nasional seperti Dapodik dan EMIS, memperbaiki tata kelola pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa SIM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas data dan efektivitas kebijakan, meskipun pemanfaatannya masih terkendala oleh rendahnya literasi digital, ketimpangan infrastruktur, dan sistem yang belum terintegrasi optimal. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan pentingnya etika Islam, terutama nilai amanah dan keadilan, agar keputusan berbasis data dapat dijalankan secara bertanggung jawab dan berkeadaban.

Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the educational thought and spirit of three prominent figures of Indonesian Islam—KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, KH. Ahmad Dahlan, and KH. Imam Zarkasyi—who represent three educational paradigms: traditional, modern, and integrative. Using a qualitative research method with a library research approach, this study explores their brief biographies, philosophies, values, and the educational spirit, including the philosophical foundations underpinning the systems each figure developed. The analysis shows that the development of Islamic education in Indonesia is the result of dynamic interaction among these three paradigms, which complement and strengthen one another. This research emphasizes the importance of synthesizing their thoughts in formulating a relevant direction for contemporary Islamic education.

Abstract

Leg muscle strength training is one of the important factors in improving breaststroke swimming performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of leg muscle training on 50-meter breaststroke swimming ability at SMK Bina Karya Utama. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach with an experimental method, aimed at determining the effect of a treatment on other variables under controlled conditions. The findings revealed that structured leg muscle training had a positive and significant impact on students' breaststroke swimming ability compared to routine training without a specific focus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the internal control system, risk management, and auditor competency on the effectiveness of audit procedures, as well as assessing how the auditor's experience acts as a moderating variable in this relationship. The results of previous research show that the internal control system, risk management and auditor competency have a positive effect on audit effectiveness, however several studies provide varied results regarding the role of auditor experience. The contribution of this research strengthens the literature regarding risk-based auditing and the quality of audit procedures in modern corporate governance.
