Abstract

Film, a performance in which there is meaning and a picture of life through the medium of moving images by utilizing technological sophistication that combines many elements in it. Movies are created from unrest or influence from real life to provide a message. KKN in Desa Penari is a movie that is based on the phenomenon of KKN that occurs in Indonesia. The story set in the countryside does create a horror narrative wrapped in many meanings contained in it both for students and the community itself. The purpose of this research is to find out the information and meaning contained in the KKN Film in Penari Village whose implementation is related to social and culture in society. The method used in this research is the Descriptive Qualitative research method.

Abstract

This research will describe and summarize the professional code of ethics for supreme court judges and constitutional court judges based on the established code of ethics law. A code of ethics is the moral principles inherent in a profession and is systematically organized. A professional code of ethics is a norm established and agreed upon by a professional group, which directs or instructs its members on how to act, and at the same time ensures that the profession is viewed morally by society. Not all professions will adhere to the same principles. Codes of ethics serve to control society and prevent interference from other parties, prevent misunderstandings and conflicts, and ensure that members of professional groups fulfill their obligations.Its purpose is to maintain the dignity of the profession, safeguard and maintain the welfare of members, enhance the devotion of members, improve the quality of the profession and organization, improve services, strengthen the organization, avoid unfair competition, establish a close relationship with members, and set standards. Important for law enforcers are the principles of humanity, justice, propriety, honesty, and the implementation of the code of ethics.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how social constructs can shape the attitude of Male Entitlement within society. With the increasing behavior that tends to prioritize one gender, namely men, this paper seeks to further explore the relationship between social constructs and Male Entitlement itself. The author uses Cho Nam Joo's book, Kim Ji-Yeong Born in 1982, as the research object to understand how the social constructs in the background of the book can encourage Male Entitlement attitudes in the surrounding community. This research is conducted through a literature study using various books, journals, and articles that support the theme and title of the study. Through this research, the author gains perspective on the relationship between social constructs and Male Entitlement and also understands how Male Entitlement in the book Kim Ji-Yeong Born in 1982 is practiced by society through existing social constructs.

Abstract

Abstract. PT Sentosa Jaya is a company that focuses on retailing household needs and food products. An important part of retail operations is the layout arrangement and product display space. We chose PT Sentosa Jaya as a research subject to evaluate if there are uncertainties on activities in stores with limited space. The purpose of this study is to test and verify the existing layout at PT Sentosa Jaya using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods. Based on the ARC results, the display room is prioritized as the main facility because it obtained the highest TCR score, which is 122. So, it is important to position other facilities with high A-value close together to facilitate operations. A strategic layout can improve the efficient use of space, labor, and equipment. By implementing a good layout, retail operations can be smoother and provide satisfaction to consumers in the shopping process. Abstrak. PT. Sentosa Jaya adalah perusahaan yang fokus pada ritel kebutuhan rumah tangga dan produk makanan. Bagian penting dari operasional ritel adalah susunan tata letak dan ruang display produk. Kami memilih PT. Sentosa Jaya sebagai subjek penelitian untuk mengevaluasi jika ada ketidakpastian pada aktivitas di toko dengan ruang terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pengujian dan verifikasi terhadap tata letak yang ada di PT. Sentosa Jaya menggunakan metode Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) dan Total Closeness Rating (TCR). Berdasarkan hasil ARC, ruang display mendapat prioritas sebagai fasilitas utama karena memperoleh skor TCR tertinggi, yakni 122. Maka, penting untuk memposisikan fasilitas lain yang bernilai A tinggi berdekatan untuk memperlancar operasional. Tata letak yang strategis dapat meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan ruang, tenaga kerja, dan peralatan. Dengan menerapkan tata letak yang baik, operasional ritel dapat lebih lancar dan memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen dalam proses belanja.

Abstract

The legal profession has a long and varied history in various societies, initially being created by religious leaders or authorities to maintain social order. Over time, the need for complex law enforcement emerged, resulting in specialized legal professionals. This development is closely related to the evolution of the legal system. Legal professionals apply, interpret, and develop the law, provide legal advice, represent clients in court, and ensure justice and the protection of individual rights. They face the challenges of technology, globalization, legal evolution, and societal demands for justice. The legal profession is governed by ethical standards and codes of conduct, and requires certain education and qualifications such as a bar exam or a practicing license. This research aims to explain the meaning of profession and professionals in the legal field In this research the author used a bibliographic method by taking references from books and journals. Where the author concludes that a profession is a field of work that requires education, special training, and often has ethical standards or codes of behavior that practitioners must follow. In a legal context, the legal profession includes various types of work related to law enforcement, such as advocate, judge, notary, legal advisor, etc. Meanwhile, professional is the subject of the word profession which shows attitudes and behavior of high expertise and competence in their field, having dedication and commitment to their work, having integrity, acting, as well as being responsible and having a high work ethic.

Abstract

Audit is a professional service provided by a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) and carried out by auditors as a form of service to provide adequate confidence in the fairness of financial reports. To maintain the trust of clients and other users of financial reports, public accountants must have adequate competence and comply with the principle of compliance with regulations based on existing standards. However, even though there are many laws and standards, there is still the possibility of auditors committing fraud or defrauding the public.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a nation governed by law, as affirmed in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, mandates respect for legal principles. The prosecution service, as an integral part of the legal system, plays a crucial role in law enforcement and justice. This study explores the ethics in the performance of prosecutorial duties and roles, encompassing personal ethics, task execution ethics, service ethics, and workplace relationship ethics. The aim of this research is to understand various aspects of prosecutorial ethics, including how prosecutors should behave in carrying out their duties and maintaining the integrity of their profession. Additionally, the study discusses the role and responsibility of prosecutorial oversight institutions in enforcing the code of ethics, ensuring that the prosecution service functions independently and fairly. The results indicate that professional ethics serve as the moral foundation for prosecutors in their duties, reflecting integrity, honesty, justice, and responsibility. This ethics framework is expected to maintain public trust in the judicial system and ensure that justice is properly administered. The study also highlights the importance of the code of ethics in preventing conflicts of interest and promoting harmonious cooperation among prosecutorial colleagues. The benefits of this research include providing insights for students and readers about the importance of ethics in the prosecutorial profession and how these ethics contribute to fair and dignified law enforcement in Indonesia. Additionally, this study aims to aid in the development of better policies to support professional and ethical law enforcement.

Abstract

The potential of the green peacock as a symbol of local wisdom can be integrated into Reog performances to increase the attractiveness of traditional art. This article was written with the aim of finding out the benefits of peacock feather conservation which is carried out as a form of preserving regional art, namely Reog Ponorogo. This peacock, which is thought to be extinct, is being preserved by the people of Ponorogo. Apart from conserving peacocks, the people of Ponorogo also preserve their art by producing their own peacock busts. The method for writing this article is to carry out descriptive data analysis by means of literature study. This research discusses the conservation of green peacock feathers in Ponorogo as a means of preserving Reog, so that it can be seen that the two are related to each other. This conservation provides benefits for the Indonesian people because it preserves regional arts, especially Ponorogo.

Abstract

discipline and teacher teaching variations on learning outcomes in social studies subjects for grade IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Tapian Dolok.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with a study population of 112 grade IX students at SMP Negeri 1 Tapian Dolok, and the sample used is all students who are part of the population. The sampling technique used is Non sampling The sampling technique used is non-sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaires (questionnaires). The hypothesis data collection technique uses multiple regression analysis, a partial test (t), a simultaneous test (f), and a coefficient of determination (R2).The results stated that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of learning discipline on student learning outcomes, as seen from the t test, where the calculated value of learning discipline (4.596) > the ttable value (1.981). 2) There is a positive influence of teacher teaching variation on student learning outcomes: This result is seen in the t test, where the calculated value of teacher teaching variation (2.508) > ttable, (1.981), which means that the variable has an effect. 3) Learning discipline and teacher teaching variations together affect learning outcomes, these results can be seen in the F test, where the Fcalculate value (67.432) > the Ftable value (3.08). The R squared coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.553, which means 55.3% of learning discipline variables and teacher teaching variations affect learning outcomes in social studies subjects of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Tapian Dolok. While 44.7% is the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning discipline and teaching variations of teachers have a significant effect on the learning outcomes in social studies subjects of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Tapian Dolok.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning independence and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of grade XI students in economic subjects at Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar Private High School. The variables in this study are learning independence and learning motivation as independent variables and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of all XI social studies students at Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar Private High School and a research sample of XI social studies students of Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar Private High School consisting of 96 students selected using simple random sampling (slovin formula). Data collection techniques using instruments: (1) learning independence questionnaire, (2) learning motivation questionnaire, and (3) learning outcomes in the form of even semester T.A 2023/2024 UTS scores.The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of learning independence on learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning independence (2.377)> ttable value (1.985802) which means that the variable is significant. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, this can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning motivation (2.098)> ttable value (1.985802) which means that the variable is significant. (3) Learning independence and learning motivation together affect learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (5.569)> Ftable value (3.094337). The R Square coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.107, which means that 10.7% of the learning independence and learning motivation variables affect student learning outcomes at the Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar Private High School, and the remaining 80.3% is the influence of variables not examined in this study.
