Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Question Student Have learning model and learning interest on student learning outcomes in class X1 entrepreneurship subjects of SMK Swasta GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar, which was carried out with statistical tests both partially and simultaneously. This research uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the entire class XI totaling 127 students, with the sample being class XI TBSM-1 with 30 students as an experimental class and TBSM-2 with a total of 30 students as a control class, sample selection using the judgment sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are normality tests, simple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests using multiple linear regression, coefficients of determination, T-tests, and F-tests using the SPSS application version 26.Based on the results of data analysis using hypothesis testing t, calculate for X1 = 2.130 and t-table (at a significant level of 5%) = 2.052 and obtained calculate for X2 = 2.123 and t-table (at a significant level of 5%) = 2.052 means calculate> t-table. According to the criteria, H0 is accepted if tcount < t-table, and H0 is rejected if tcount > t-table. F test results with a sig level of < 0.05 with a value of 9.018 > 3.35 So, it can be concluded that there is an Influence of the Question Student Have Learning Model and learning interest on student learning outcomes in class X1 entrepreneurship subjects of Private Vocational School GKPS 2 Pematangsiantar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interest and learning discipline on the economic learning outcomes of XI social studies class students at Tamansiswa Private High School. the variables in this study are interest and learning discipline as independent variables and economic learning outcomes as the dependent variable.This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach.The research subjects were XI social studies class students at Tamansiswa Private High School Pematangsiantar totaling 127 people.This study used saturated sampling techniques.Data collection techniques using instruments: (1) questionnaire of interest in learning, (2) questionnaire of learning discipline, and (3) learning outcomes in the form of final semester test scores in Economics subjects.The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of interest in learning on learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of interest in learning (4.028) > the t table value (1.97928) which means that the variable is significant. (2) there is a positive and significant effect of learning discipline on learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the t test where the tcount value of learning discipline (3.169) > the ttable value (1.97928) which means that the variable is significant. (3) interest in learning and learning discipline together affect learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (14.955) > than the Ftable value (3.07). The R Square coefficient of determination test is known to be 0.194, which means that 19.4% of the variables of interest in learning and learning discipline affect the economic learning outcomes of XI social studies class students at Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar Private High School and the remaining 80.6% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Work stress is still a problem that is often complained about by workers in various industries. Work stress can adversely affect employee performance and health. This study aims to analyze the causes of work stress by using the PERMENAKER No. 5 2018 questionnaire to 20 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative cross sectional study with validity and reliability tests. The validity test results show that all questionnaire items have a rcount value higher than the rtable. The qualitative load variable has the highest value (6.250), while role confusion variable has the lowest value (3.663). The reliability test results showed good results with an rcount value of 0.85144. The univariate test results show that the stressors associated with job stress are role confusion, role conflict, quantitative burden, qualitative burden, career development, and responsibility for others. The majority of respondents experienced moderate stress (60%), followed by severe stress (35%) and mild stress (5%). The main factor that became the stressor of this condition was role conflict with the largest distribution of 17 people (85%). Based on these results, agencies need to pay more attention to factors that affect job stress and implement programs such as socialization to reduce its impact.

Abstract

Financial statements are reports that describe the financial condition and performance of the company in a certain period. And every business entity in carrying out business activities is required to report its performance in the form of financial reports applicable in Indonesia, whether monthly, quarterly or even annual reports. The financial accounting department is needed in business entities to prepare financial reports. This research concludes that the management of PT Garuda Indonesia has violated business ethics and has harmed the parties responsible for the expected profits. This is due to the agreement made by PT Garuda with PT Mahata not going well. it is known that PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is proven to have violated OJK regulation Number 29 / PJOK.04 / 2016 regarding the annual report of issuers or public companies and is subject to administrative sanctions.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning achievement of students in social studies subjects. This research aims to determine the influence of peers and the learning environment on the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar. The variables in this research are peers and the learning environment as independent variables and learning achievement as the dependent variable.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, with the population being all students in grades VIII-4 to VIII-8 at SMP Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar with a total of 160 students and the research sample taken was 115 students selected through random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, normal distribution test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test.From the results of data analysis using the Excel application, it is known that there is a significant influence between peers on the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar, with the tcount result being 5.3504>ttable 1.658, then, there is a significant influence between the learning environment on learning achievement, This is proven by the value of tcount of 5.7081>ttable 1.658, and it is concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that peer variables and the learning environment have an influence on the learning achievement of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar. Then there is a simultaneous or joint influence between peers and the learning environment on learning achievement, this can be seen from the Fcount value of 45.816 > Ftable 3.077. The R Square coefficient of determination test was found to be 0.449, which means that 44.9% of peer variables and the learning environment influence student achievement at SMP Negeri 7 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study concerns how the influence of the family environment on student learning motivation, how the influence of student independence on student learning motivation, how the influence of student motivation on learning outcomes, how the influence of the family environment and student independence on student motivation, how the influence of the family environment and independence students on student learning outcomes, the influence of the family environment on student motivation and its implications for learning outcomes, how does student independence affect student motivation and its implications for learning outcomes and the influence of the family environment and student independence on student motivation and the implications for student learning outcomes. The research method used in this study is using descriptive quantitative research methods, with a correlational study type, the sampling process used in this research is the sample. It was concluded that there is a significant influence between the family environment and student independence on learning motivation and the implications for learning outcomes. So overall it shows that there is a relationship and influence between variables and has a significant influence, thus the influence of the family environment and independent learning on student motivation and its implications for student learning outcomes has a significant influence with a strong relationship level, and the correlation is significant.

Abstract

One of the social problems in Indonesia is the high rate of child marriage. In general, Indonesia is ranked 10th in the world, in the category of child marriage. Early marriage is defined in Law no. 16 of 2019 amendments to Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, the minimum limit for marriages held by minors is 19 years for women and 21 years for men, This study aims to describe and analyze the characteristics of stress in children, the factors that influence children's stress and the parenting patterns of early married couples which cause stress in children. One of the characteristics is irritability, aloofness, changes in attitude, changes in behavior and changes in appetite. And the factors that cause stress in children are the age of the couple, lack of mental and emotional readiness, parental conflict and quarrels and financial limitations.This research uses qualitative field research methods, with an empirical normative approach, the author uses 3 techniques in this research, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The author also uses data analysis techniques in the form of objective interpretations.This research resulted in the finding that the occurrence of early marriage in Godean Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency was caused by several factors including educational, economic and cultural factors. And then this marriage has an impact on children's stress due to the immature parenting style of early married couples in dealing with household problems.It is hoped that related parties such as the KUA, local religious leaders and village officials involved will provide education to the community and especially to teenagers, about the impact of early marriage in order to prevent unwanted marriages from occurring in Godean Village, Loceret District, Nganjuk Regency. And to parents to pay attention and provide adequate education, especially general science and religion.

Abstract

Professional ethics is an ethical attitude as an integral part of one's attitude towards living one's life as a professional. Only the professional in question himself can or knows best whether his behavior in carrying out his profession meets the ethical demands of his profession or not.The relationship between ethics and the legal profession, that professional ethics is an attitude to life, in the form of a willingness to provide professional services in the legal field to the community with full involvement and expertise as a service in order to carry out duties in the form of obligations to the community who need legal services accompanied by in-depth reflection.The types of work carried out by humans in ancient times and today are very different. The work of people in the past mostly only focused on energy or physical work, but in the current era of digitalization, human work is easier with the help of machines or robots and digital access.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (i) the internet use of class VIII at UPTD SMP NEGERI 2 Pematangsiantar (ii) the level of learning motivation of students in class VIII at UPTD SMP NEGERI 2 Pematangsiantar (iii) how much influence internet addiction has on student motivation in class VIII at UPTD SMP NEGERI 2 Pematangsiantar. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires for data collection. The results of the research show: (i) internet addiction to students is said to be good with an average value of 3.50, which means students answer disagree with negative statements (ii) the level of student motivation is said to be good with an average value of 3.80(iii) there is an effect of internet addiction on students' learning motivation by 20.3%. Suggestions submitted by researchers to: (i) students, are expected to be able to use the internet properly and wisely so that it can be used as a source for learning and it is hoped that with the internet students can increase their learning motivation (ii) teachers, are expected to pay more attention to students in using the internet so that they are not abused and motivate students to be more active in learning (iii) further researchers are expected to be used as reference material in the future in the hope of developing deeper so that they get better results again.

Abstract

This research focuses on the use of the NHT learning model on the learning outcomes of grade X students in Economics subjects. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in students by applying the NHT cooperative learning model and comparing the effect of learning outcomes using the NHT cooperative learning model with the learning outcomes of students using lecture learning.The research method used was a quasi-experimental design method using descriptive statistics. The data collection method was carried out using one experimental group and one control group, the experimental group was given a pre-test and treatment with learning using the NHT model, after which a post-test was given. Then with a different class, the control group was given a pre-test and treatment with learning using the lecture method, after which a post-test was given. The participants in this study were two classes, including the experimental class in class X1 and the control class in class X3.The results showed that there was an effect of student learning outcomes, on the learning model used in the teaching and learning process can be seen in the learning outcomes of students who used the NHT model, had a completeness value of 75.5 and in the control class that used the lecture method of 60.4.
