Abstract

Offline merchants who experience a decline in turnover due to competition with online sales may face significant challenges. This research explores how legal protection is for Tanah Abang traders who have minimal visitors because the products they sell are unable to compete with e-commerce by offering cheaper prices. One of the aspects studied in this journal is related to default where traders do not fulfill tax payments. This research also discusses legal protection for traders with government solutions to emphasize e-commerce parties in regulating sales algorithms. Abstract

Currently, franchise business schemes are being widely used in society. Franchising, as a form of business investment, requires clear regulations to protect the rights and obligations of the parties involved. The main aim of this research is to provide a more comprehensive view of the legal implications in the franchise business model. The method used is normative juridical. The results of this research found that the importance of understanding Article 1320 of the Civil Code is fundamental in upholding the validity of franchise agreements, where conformity with the law is the main basis. Regulations such as PP Number 42 of 2007 and Minister of Trade Regulation Number 12/M-Dag/Per/3/2006 provide more detailed guidance regarding procedures, rights, obligations and procedures for registering franchise businesses.

Abstract

The background to this research is the low quality of learning outcomes for class IV students at UPTD SDN 3 Cangko regarding the material for writing Indonesian narrative texts. Thematic is a subject that emphasizes students to find out and discover their own knowledge. Activities in thematic learning at UPTD SDN 3 Cangko are dominated by teachers, students tend to be passive, teachers do not involve students so that students' understanding is less than satisfactory. This classroom action research aims to improve student learning outcomes. One alternative that can be used is to apply a learning method that helps students' activity and creativity, namely the Giving Questions and Getting Answers method. This research is classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of this research were 10 students in class IV UPTD SDN 3 Cangko. The object of the research is the application of the Giving Questions and Getting Answers method to improve student learning outcomes in learning to write Indonesian narratives in class IV. This research consisted of 2 cycles. Research data obtained from observations during learning and documentation activities. The data analysis technique used is the qualitative description method. Meanwhile, to calculate the results using quantitative methods. Student learning outcomes in pre-cycle learning reached an average score of 57, while cycle 1 test results achieved an average score of 70.2 from pre-cycle. As for cycle two, students achieved an average score of 75.6.

Abstract

This final project is the result of the author's work aimed at fulfilling the requirements for the Field Work Practice 2 course at Class I Medan Penitentiary. The author conducted observations and actively participated in the Griya Abhipraya program organized by Class 1 Medan Penitentiary. In its implementation, clients were given the freedom to choose between participating in the Griya Abhipraya activities or adhering to mandatory reporting activities while seeking their own sources of income. The author worked with a group of clients with diverse criminal cases, applying the stages of social group work from preparation (engagement, intake, and contract) to termination. The research method used was Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The final result of this project indicates that clients are confident in participating in the Griya Abhipraya program organized by Class 1 Medan Penitentiary as their shelter.

Abstract

In communication, of course, there must be an interaction carried out by several parties concerned. Communication interactions today are not only done directly or face-to-face. With the development of technology, it also brings progress to the existence of social media. Current interactions can also be done online or online using social media that comes with a wide scope in a very fast time. Apart from having a negative impact, social media also comes with a positive impact. However, as technology advances people begin to lose their sense of sensitivity to their surroundings. Now there is an increase in the number of people with mental disorders in the world. Mental illness is one of the things that is very difficult to overcome because this disease is related to a person's mentality that physically they may look healthy so it is difficult to detect if not with special treatment. Many mental disorders make teenagers their victims. This is usually triggered by a lack of support and feeling alone. And with the existence of social media, it helps teenagers to interact with many people without fear of their identity being spread.

Abstract

Research was conducted to determine marketing communication strategies regarding product purchasing decisions. The ease of marketing products today is due to the increasing development of technology, making online shopping increasingly popular with consumers. Due to its effectiveness in shopping without having to meet face to face, convenience in time, fast transactions, access to selecting the items you want and need are all easy. Abstract

This journal examines the legal position of couriers in the cash on delivery system in the Shopee online shopping application. The formulation of this problem involves the legal position of cash on delivery couriers in delivering to customers. Research methods include normative juridical methods by examining library materials or secondary sources, namely statutory regulations, books and legal research. The discussion includes legal protection for couriers who suffer losses in the cash on delivery transaction process. In this context, this research aims to provide recommendations to strengthen legal protection for couriers in the cash on delivery system, thereby creating a fair and safe environment for all parties involved in the online shopping distribution chain.

Abstract

Bullying, which comes from English with the root word "bully", refers to the act of bullying or disturbing. In the context of psychology, bullying is defined as repeated negative behavior aimed at causing discomfort or suffering to someone who is unable to resist it. Some definitions describe bullying as aggressive behavior that is characterized by being destructive, repeated over a period of time, and involving an imbalance of power. Bullying is no longer limited to the school environment, but also extends to the workplace. This phenomenon causes serious problems, including intimidation, psychological pressure, discrimination, unfair treatment, verbal and non-verbal harassment, and cyberbullying. In an organizational context, bullying not only involves individuals but also has broad impacts, including reducing employee psychological well-being and decreasing productivity. Joint efforts from management and employees are needed to overcome the problem of bullying in the workplace. This includes intensive education on the concept of bullying, implementation of clear policies, and promotion of an inclusive work culture. By better understanding the negative impacts of bullying, it is hoped that awareness and response to this problem can be increased, creating a healthy and productive work environment for all members of the organization.

Abstract

Children are the nation's next generation who are expected to have good character and morals. But unfortunately, as time goes by many children have less good character. This can be a problem because it can cause moral decay for the nation's future generations. Through Field Work Practicum Activities II, the author observes and designs programs for character development that will be applied to children, especially toddlers. Remembering that early childhood is a golden period where the process of growth and development is rapid in all aspects of life. This activity was carried out at UPTD. Medan Social Services for Toddlers, North Sumatra Province Social Service. The implementation of this program uses the social groupwork method to determine student development, including (1) Preparation, (2) Intake and contract, (3) Assessment, (4) Planning, (5) Intervention, (6) Evaluation, and (7) ) Termination.

Abstract

Human are legal subjects who often carry out legal acts in their daily lives, so that human can give birth to legal consequenses from what tehay have done in their lives. Apart from that,because humans are social creatures, it is natural that in their lives they often come into direct contect. With the people around them,both directly and indirectly. As social creatures, humans cannot be separated from agreements/bonds between one another,whether it is a sale and purchase agreement,borrowing and borrowing goods or other transaction. Making an agreements which is then often made by a notary becomes a necessity for someone to carry out large transaction, whether it is buying and selling land, company sheres and the like. So this article will try to present a normative review regarding the existence of an agreement. An agreement made by a notary,but there are terms of the agreement which are not implemented in the agreement,so this paper tries to normatively examine the validity or legality of such an agreement.
