<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the impact of changes in company legal policies on business sustainability issues in the current business environment. The focus of the research is on legal policy aspects related to the company, by identifying the impact of these changes on sustainable business practices. Through document analysis and case studies, this research explores the implementation and impact of new legal policies on business sustainability practices. It is hoped that the research results will provide insight into how legal regulations influence company strategies in managing sustainability issues, including corporate social responsibility and environmental practices. The practical implications can help companies adapt strategies to regulatory changes, strengthening commitment to sustainable business practices amidst the dynamics of an ever-evolving business environment. In conclusion, changes in corporate legal policies can have a significant impact on business sustainability issues, and this research makes an important contribution to the understanding and adjustment of business practices in an era of regulatory change.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstact. The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes seen from the less than optimal final semester exam scores. This research aims to determine the influence of learning attitudes and learning facilities on learning outcomes. The research method used in this research uses a survey method with an explanatory design. The population in this study was class XI IPS students at SMAN 1 Cineam with a total of 91 people. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with a sample size of 91 respondents. Based on the research results, 1) there is a significant influence between learning attitudes on student learning outcomes with (4,551 > 1,987). 2) there is a positive and significant influence on learning facilities on learning outcomes ( 12,347 > 1,987). 3) there is a positive and significant influence on learning attitudes and learning facilities on student learning outcomes with ( 168,918 > 3,10). The conclusion of this research is that learning attitudes and learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Suggestions from researchers are that teachers or educators are expected to better supervise and guide students who still have a learning attitude and are responsive in reporting to the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure when there are damaged learning facilities. This is because the learning process is carried out more effectively and efficiently. Students are expected to be able to improve their learning outcomes, namely by having a good learning attitude and utilizing existing facilities at school to increase their knowledge, especially in economic subjects. This is to obtain optimal learning results.]]>

At the tertiary level, it is a time when a student can freely explore his abilities according to his interests and talents. Every university also definitely has a forum for developing the skills of its students, such as at Trunojoyo Madura University, especially in the Communication Studies Program, which has many communities. This community exists with the aim of helping students support their courses and assist in developing skills that suit their interests and talents. The research carried out by the author aims to find out whether the community attending the Communication Science study program has a role in helping develop students' skills. <![CDATA[YouTube which is a means of mass communication, now has an impact on student self-development. YouTube "One Percent" is a show that contains content about self-development. Students with all the problems of self-development that are not taught at school begin to improve their habits, lifestyle, finance, socializing through the educational show "One Percent". The purpose of this study is how the form of utilization of Youtube "One Percent" as a means of self-development and to find out how the impact of the audience of the YouTube channel "One Percent" as a means of communication in developing themselves. The method used in this research is exploratory qualitative using new media theory and self-development theory. The results in this study are the utilization of YouTube One Percent as a means of mass communication for self-development is considered effective in student self-development, and positive impact on students.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out how the communication process works, how migrants adapt to the local community in Madura. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, the data collection technique used is through observation and interviews. The data sources in this research were obtained from interviews with migrant students and also migrant workers/workers. The results of this research showed that when they first migrated to the island of Madura, they felt shocked by the culture practiced by the Madurese people, but as time went by, the migrants felt normal, because they already understood the culture, interaction patterns, and language. carried out by the Madurese people.]]>

<![CDATA[Minors have mental conditions that are very vulnerable to events that interfere with their psychological condition such as bullying crimes that usually often occur in minors, who bully in general often their peers or schoolmates. Bullying crimes greatly affect the psyche that occurs against minors, this is because children still do not have strong protection in their mental mental condition. Bullying is a frightening scourge for minors because bullying very often occurs in schools and communities. Cases of bullying in Indonesia are also still very high, of course, every element should pay attention to these conditions, because the impact of bullying that occurs on minors is very heavy. Related to the impact of bullying crimes that occur against minors is very serious, from experiencing trauma to some who choose to end their lives. The problem of bullying must immediately take appropriate solution actions, from prevention to improvement, therefore the government must also play a role because bullying crimes have taken many victims, especially minors.]]>

<![CDATA[Advertising is a message or information that is used to promote certain goods or services to an audience or public. Advertising is one way of marketing media and promoting a product and service aimed at potential consumers. The purpose of advertising by companies is to influence or persuade the general public to be interested in the products being promoted. One of the popular social media that has become a promotional tool for marketing and advertising products and services is Instagram. Currently, Instagram has launched an advertising feature known as Instagram ads. So, advertising can build Brand Awareness, increase sales, and convince consumers to use these products and services. Advertising is more focused and aimed at the effectiveness of advertising on Instagram in increasing Brand Awareness. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation. Increasing brand awareness through advertising on Instagram has the aim of getting as much attention as possible from users of the platform with the aim of getting recognition for its existence with the many social interactions that occur during its implementation. The research results show that Instagram advertising has a positive and significant influence on brand awareness. The implication of this research is the importance of using advertising on Instagram as a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the personalities and forms of attitudes and actions carried out by several characters in the short story entitled Pelayatan by D Widya P. The method used in this research is a hermeneutic approach. Data was obtained using reading and note-taking techniques. The results of the research show that there are aspects of id, ego, superego shown by the characters in this short story in social and social life. Id, Ego and Superego are important elements in the structure of human personality. The id, ego, and superego work together to create patterns of human behavior. Where the Id provides natural human needs, the ego connects personal needs with reality, and the superego adds moral value to every human behavior. This third aspect is explained again and proven by a text quote from the novel which states that the Id which is related to the text quote in the novel is the biological aspect in the form of lust and sexual passion and works according to pleasure and satisfaction, Ego is the aspect that works based on needs and desires. . in accordance with the principles of reality in a person, while the superego is a change in action that adapts to moral values or behavior that is in accordance with the norms that apply in society]]>

<![CDATA[Education plays a central role in shaping the character of children, particularly among the coastal children of Simanindo who encounter the unique realities of coastal life and the wisdom of local culture. This article aims to investigate the role of education in preventing bullying among coastal children in Simanindo. Recognizing the cultural richness and proximity to the marine environment, relevant and effective educational strategies become crucial. A literature review approach is employed to delve into a comprehensive understanding of the challenges of bullying and the distinctive context of Simanindo's coastal children. The results emphasize the need for integrating local wisdom into the curriculum, emphasizing the strengthening of moral values, and engaging the community to create an educational environment that supports both learning and bullying prevention. This article contributes to the understanding of the role of education in shaping the character of Simanindo's coastal children and designing educational strategies that align with their social and cultural context.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang dinamika universitas Al-Azhar serta pembaharuan islam di mesir serta pengaruhnya ke dunia islam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) yaitu menjadikan bahan pustaka menjadi bahan utama. Dalam perkembangan Al-Azhar, tidak hanya menjadi tempat untuk memahami ilmu agama atau penampungan bagi orang-orang miskin, tetapi al-Azhar juga menjadi tempat pemersatu umat dalam perjuangan membebaskan Mesir dari penjajahan. Keistimewaan yang dimiliki oleh universitas ini ialah tidak hanya bisa melahirkan ulama-ulama yang berkompeten dalam bidangnya masing-masing, bahkan ia juga membangun peradaban dunia dengan dua cara, yaitu dengan kepribadian yang dipunyai oleh al-Azhar itu sendiri dan melalui lulusa-lulusannya yang memberikan perubahan terhadap masyarakat dunia.]]>
