Abstract

Gender inequality in the context of criminal law is a problem that requires in-depth understanding and concrete solutions. This research aims to identify abstract forms of gender inequality in criminal law, evaluate their impact on society, and present solutions that can provide a foundation for more inclusive reform. This study uses a legal and gender analysis approach to reveal forms of gender inequality, including disparities in the definition of crime and the application of sanctions. The results of the analysis show that there are gender stereotypical views that influence the judicial process. The impact of gender inequality in criminal law can be seen through unequal access to justice, limited fulfillment of human rights, and limited participation of women in the legal system. In this context, this research strengthens the urgency of change to create a criminal law system that is fairer and more equal. The proposed solution involves legislative reform to eliminate inequalities in the definition of crimes and the application of sanctions. In addition, training for legal actors is expected to reduce inequality in the judicial process. Community advocacy and women's empowerment are also considered crucial in overcoming gender stereotypical views. This article concludes that a deeper understanding of gender inequality in criminal law is an important first step. By responding holistically to its impacts, including through changes in legislation and changes in societal attitudes, we can build the foundations for a criminal justice system that is fairer, more equitable and meets human rights principles.

Abstract

The aim of this research is that the researcher wants to know intimately about the personality structure of the Id, Ego, Superego of the character Restu in the novel entitled "Secreet Obsession" by Anggarani using qualitative research methods. The problem formulation of this research is, What is the personality structure of the character? Blessings to the novel entitled "Secreet Obsession" by Anggarani. In this research, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method as a data collection method with the technique of reading and then recording important information related to the research. This research used a literary psychology approach with a theoretical basis of psychoanalysis from Sigmund Freud. The results of this research show that the Id personality structure has positive results. Dominant compared to other personality structures, the Id structure of Restu's character is shown through his ambition to take revenge on the perpetrator of his mother's murder and there are also several impulsive behaviors that arise from impulses that arise from Restu's Id personality structure. However, the Superego structure still contained within Restu, Restu's superego was shown when there was an allegation that Restu was the real perpetrator of the murder case of his mother, from this incident his moral values emerged in the form of his thinking that he could not possibly carry out such a reckless action as killing his mother.

Abstract

This study examines the application of problem-based learning (PBL) models in order to improve students' reasoning and critical thinking. Teachers are required to continue to develop themselves, especially in the learning process. This study uses a literature and qualitative approach to understand students' critical thinking analysis in completing learning using PBL. Critical thinking involves the ability to see an issue from multiple perspectives without prejudice. PBL requires u students.

Abstract

Companies engaged in the production of PVC ceilings experience 6.5% defects per day, so it is necessary to control quality. Problem solving using Six Sigma method with DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) stages by using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) concept. Found 5 types of defects in the PVC ceiling production process in the defined stage. The measure stage obtained all types of defects are above the control limit based on the P-Chart diagram and the DPMO calculation obtained an average value of 12,995 with a sigma level of 3.73 which shows the sigma value is below the international industry sigma standard value. The analyze stage found that 50.3% of defects occurred in sticker defects less adhesive based on the Pareto diagram. The improve stage obtained the highest RPN value of 240 on the burnt or charred defect, using the 5W + 1H approach, the improvement plan that can be done is to create a production process SOP and employee training in using the machine. Abstract

UMKM XYZ is one of the developing MSMEs in the food sector with the main product of fried bananas. This company still has not made improvements to inventory management on banana raw materials. Banana raw materials often experience excess every week, causing waste. The rest of the banana raw materials are not reused because the bananas will experience spoilage after passing their expiration date. The importance of controlling raw material inventory in the bussines to reduce the total cost of inventory. Optimal inventory management needs to be a concern for UMKM XYZ because it affects the total cost of inventory. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method which considers the expiration period and provides discounts is one way to solve inventory control problems in a business, by determining the quantity of raw materials that must be bought per order and the budget that must be spent to purchase raw materials, with this a company can reduce the cost of storing raw materials. The findings of studies carried out with the EOQ technique, which considers expiration dates and discounts, show the ideal amount for each order, which is 1,572.78 kg. Therefore, the total inventory cost incurred by UMKM XYZ in one year is IDR 663,301,461 and before using the EOQ method, there is a difference in the total inventory cost of (IDR 764,442,000 - IDR 663,301,461) = IDR 101,140,539. Thus, the EOQ method will be more effective for managing raw material inventory in terms of total inventory costs if applied.

Abstract

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) have become a very effective tool in supporting various fields, including mapping the number of unemployed and job vacancies for the community. This research aims to provide information so that equality can occur in Central Java and as a means for the community to obtain information about areas that have more job vacancies. This research method involves collecting spatial and attribute data from areas involved in the Desa Siaga program. Data on the number of unemployed and job vacancies are taken from data from the Central Statistics Agency. GIS technology is used to map the distribution of the number of unemployed in districts and analyze the correlation with job vacancies in each region of Central Java.

Abstract

Along with the increasingly rapid development of the world of business and technology in Indonesia, the need for labor is also increasing. Many companies practice outsourcing, in order to reduce the number of workers and gain greater profits by handing over the responsibility of supporting work to other companies. Outsourcing is the procurement of labor services carried out by a company. Technically, a company provides workers with certain competencies to be employed in other companies. With the aim of carrying out tasks that are not related to core work. Outsourced workers are part of the workforce that is regulated and protected through Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. Regulations regarding outsourcing have been stipulated in the Employment Law Article 64, Article 65 and Article 66, Constitutional Court Decision No.27/PUU-IX/2011. Problems that often occur in the outsourcing system are unilateral termination of employment, the rights of outsourced workers are not guaranteed, and there is no guarantee of continuity of work provided by the company. Based on this reality, the general aim of this research is to find out problems regarding the implementation of legal protection given to outsourced workers in Indonesia. The type of research is normative juridical. The approach method used is a statutory and conceptual approach. The data source used is secondary data. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively. The research results show that the weak legal system in Indonesia and lack of supervision from the government has resulted in many companies violating the rights of workers or outsourced workers, especially regarding legal protection. Because for them, protection is really needed for workers or outsourced workers

Abstract

Promiscuity is a form of deviant behavior where "free" means crossing the boundaries of existing norms. We often hear about the problem of promiscuity both in the environment and in the mass media. Teenagers are individuals or groups whose emotions are very vulnerable, minimal knowledge and the invitation of friends who socialize freely means that the potential of the younger generation in the advancement of the times is increasingly reduced. Free association is one of the life needs of social creatures who in their daily lives need other people and relationships between humans through social interactions. Association is every individual's human right and it must be liberated, so that every human being should not be restricted in social relations, let alone discrimination, because this violates human rights. So, human interaction should be free in positive terms, and still comply with legal norms, religious norms, culture and social norms, so if medically speaking, if the association is free but not regular or not limited by the rules and norms of human life, of course it will not cause access to free association like today. Teenagers are the next generation who will build the nation in a better direction who have far-sighted thinking and activities that can benefit themselves, their families and the surrounding environment. Therefore, society, especially teenagers, must receive special attention, both from themselves, their parents and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of cyber crime on the decline in ethics of the younger generation in Indonesia. The main objective is to analyze how cyber attacks affect ethical values among teenagers and students. The research method involves qualitative data analysis to understand the perceptions and experiences of the younger generation towards cyber threats. Data collected includes responses to cyberbullying, online fraud and digital exploitation. Results show that cybercrime undermines moral integrity and triggers ethical decline in online and offline behavior. In responding to this problem, there needs to be a collaborative effort between the government, educators and society to increase digital awareness and education to protect the ethical integrity of the younger generation. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the need for holistic preventive and educational measures to overcome the negative impact of cybercrime on adolescent ethics in Indonesia.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "THE INFLUENCE OF MEDIA EXPLOSION BOX ON STUDENTS' CRITICAL THINKING ABILITIES IN THE SUBJECT OF Social Sciences CLASS V MIN 5 LABUHANBATU" which is motivated by the fact that students' critical thinking abilities in Social Sciences subjects are quite worrying because students are less interested and consider science lessons Social Knowledge is a boring and unpleasant subject, and activities that take place in face-to-face classes are limited to listening and lecturing only. In fact, the curriculum demands that the skills to be achieved are high-level thinking such as conducting analysis.Explosion box is a learning media in the form of a cube shaped surprise box, which contains games, games and learning materials which are arranged in each layout to attract student attention in learning and improve students critical thinking skills in social studies subject.The research methodology uses a quasi-experimental design approach with a control class and an experimental class. The research population is MIN 5 LABUHANBATU students with a sample size of 33 control group students and 33 experimental group students. The research aims to determine the effect of students' critical thinking abilities who are taught using Explosion Box media with students who are not taught using Explosion Box media. Based on research conducted in class V MIN 5 LABUHANBATU, it shows that there is a significant influence from the application of Explosion Box media on students' critical thinking abilities in social studies subjects. This can be seen based on the average of students' critical thinking abilities using Explosion Box media, namely 87.27. Meanwhile, the average critical thinking ability of students without using Explosion Box media is 72.64. Based on the results of the t test which was obtained in 2017 > 1692.
