Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the preparation of learning programs, attitudes toward the teaching profession towards teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. The method used in this study is the explanatory survey method. The subjects in this study were level IV students of the Siliwangi University Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP). The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling (proportional random sample). The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 23.0 statistical tool to determine the effect of the preparation of learning programs, attitudes toward the teaching profession towards teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. Based on the results of the study, simultaneous preparation of learning programs and attitudes towards the teaching profession has a positive influence on teaching efficacy. That is, if there is an increase in the preparation of learning programs and attitudes towards the teaching profession simultaneously, it will improve the teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. Partially the preparation of learning programs has a significant effect on teaching efficacy of 0.271. That is, if there is an increase in the preparation of the learning program by 0.271 units then teaching efficacy will increase by 0.271 units, and attitudes towards the teaching profession have a significant influence on teaching efficacy of 0.459. This means that if there is an increase in attitudes towards the teaching profession by 0.459 then teaching efficacy increases by 0.459 units.Keywords: Factors Affecting Teachers' Teaching Efficacy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang mendapatkan perlakuan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning) dan metode pembelajaran pemecahan masalah (problem solving) pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen, dengan subyek penelitian terdiri dari tiga kelas yaitu kelas X.4 (kelas problem solving), X.5 (kelas PBL) dan X.6 (kelas kontrol). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes tertulis, observasi, dan kuesioner yang diberikan guru kepada siswa. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji t (paired-sample t-test) dan independent sample t-test menggunakan aplikasi program SPSS. 21. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem based learning/PBL) sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada kelas yang menggunakan metode pemecahan masalah (problem solving) sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem based learning/PBL) dan metode pembelajaran konvensional sesudah perlakuan (treatment). Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran penyelesaian masalah (problem solving) dan metode pembelajaran konvensional sesudah perlakuan (treatment). Akan tetapi, tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem based learning) dan metode pembelajaran penyelesaian masalah (problem solving) sesudah perlakuan (treatment).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the influence of economic literacy on student consumptive behavior Department of Economic Education Siliwangi University. The method used in this research is a descriptive method. The population in this study are students of the Department of Economic Education Siliwangi University. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with 251 respondents. Data collection techniques in the form of tests, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is a simple linear regression, where the independent variable (X) is economic literacy and the dependent variable (Y) is consumptive behavior. The results show that economic literacy has a significant influence on student consumptive behavior. This means that if there is an increase in economic literacy, the more rational student consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Academic cheating behavior has become a natural and common thing to happen even though this behavior has serious harm or adverse effects for the perpetrators. So, the importance of this research is to find out what things can affect academic cheating behavior. So that later when they know the cause, students can take preventive actions or can choose the best alternative efforts as a form of preventing cheating. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, academic procrastination, and academic achievement on students' academic cheating behavior partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a survey method with an explanatory design. The population in this study were students of the 2018 and 2019 Economics Education Department, totaling 219 students. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling which is calculated using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a negative and significant effect between self-efficacy on student academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0.004, 2) There was a positive and significant influence between academic procrastination on student academic cheating behavior with a significance value of 0.000. 3) There is no significant effect between academic achievement on student academic cheating behavior.wi and 4) There is a significant influence between self efficacy, academic procrastination, and academic achievement on student academic cheating behavior

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the learning outcomes of students are quite low. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on student learning outcomes and to determine the differences between intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and learning outcomes between male and female students. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach, and uses an explanatory research design. The population of this research is class XI SMA Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya for the Academic Year 2020/2021 with 335 students. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling, so 182 samples were obtained. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression and Independent Sample T Test. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test, the equation Y`= 36,068 + 0,519 X_1+0,268 X_2 means that intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a positive effect on learning outcomes, from simultaneous testing that intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence affect visible learning outcomes from the acquisition of F count 208,355 F table 3,046. Then the results of the Independent Sample T Test that there are no differences in intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and student learning outcomes between men and women as seen from the t-count value of each variable 0.200, 0.525, 1.893 t table 1.973.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of greed, opportunity, need and exposure on student academic cheating behavior. This research uses a quantitative survey research method with an explanatory research design. The population in this study were active students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Siliwangi University class of 2020, totaling 1289 students. The sample collection technique used Proportional Random Sampling, and the sample size was 305 respondents. Data collection methods use questionnaires and data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that greedy did not have a significant effect on students' academic cheating behavior. Opportunity has a significant effect on academic cheating behavior. Need has a significant effect on academic cheating behavior. Exposure has no effect on academic cheating behavior. Then greedy, opportunity, need and exposure have a significant effect on students' academic cheating behavior.

Abstract

This research discusses the readiness to become a teacher that must be formed from college, through choosing an education major that suits your talents and interests, in order to prepare for a career as an educator. This research aims to examine the influence of students' teaching skills and self-esteem on their interests and implications for readiness to become teachers. Survey of economic education students class of 2020. The research method used is quantitative research. Implemented and supported by survey design using an explanatory survey approach. The sample in this study was non-probability sampling with a total of 110 students. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the path analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 0.195 X1 + 0.000 X2 +0.748 e1 and Z = 0.049 The results of the path analysis show that there is a direct influence between the Teaching Skills and Self-Esteem variables on Interest, the Self-Esteem variable on Readiness to Become a Teacher. And there is an indirect influence between the Teaching Skills variable on Readiness to Become a Teacher.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of hedonism lifestyle among students and indicated the occurrence of dramaturgy addressed through their real world and social media. This refers to activities carried out to achieve a pleasure and direct satisfaction both in terms of physical and emotional. The purpose of this study is to find out what dramaturgy is done by students to achieve this satisfaction and form the desired self-image so that it can be validated by others. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation with triangulation data validity techniques, as well as purposive sampling analysis techniques. The research sample was three informants of economics education students class of 2020 who worked part-time, freelance and did not work. The results of the study found several facts that in real life and social media the three informants tended to carry out almost the same dramaturgical activities with different satisfaction goals so that it was easier to pour into social identity theory.

Abstract

Students have the same academic burden and demands but with different pressures and expectations, especially when they have to face the situation and conditions of the transfer of theaching and learning mobility that causes students to experience the learning saturation of the reaserch aims to find out the level of burnout academic experienced by students and the extent to which self regulated learning and self efficacy affects this. This research was conducted on Economic Education Students at Siliwangi University class of 2019, 2020 and 2021 both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative survey research method with an explanatory survey research design. The population in this research is economics education students at Siliwangi University class of 2019, 2020 and 2021. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling with a total of 282 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used is multiple limear regression analysis. The research results show that 1) self regulated learning has a significant effect on academic burnout with a significance value of 0.003 2) self efficacy has a significant effect on academic burnout with a significance value of 0.015 3) self regulated learning and self efficacy have a significant effect on academic burnout with a significance value of 0.001.

Abstract

Academic cheating behavior has become normal and common, even though this behavior has serious negative impacts on the perpetrators. So, the importance of conducting this research is to find out what things can influence academic cheating behavior. This research is quantitative research using a survey method with an explanatory design. The population in this study was class XI students at SMA Negeri 8 Tasikmalaya, totaling 404 students. The sampling technique is probability sampling using simple random sampling. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS Version 25 application. The results of the research show 1) There is an influence between self-efficacy on academic cheating behavior with a sig value of 0.000 or <0.005 2) There is a relationship between learning discipline and cheating behavior. student academics with a sig score of 0.000 or <0.005. 3) There is an influence between self-efficacy and learning discipline on academic cheating behavior.
