Abstract

The article examines the role of social media and digital content in promoting the indonesian language to a global audience. Social media, as an essential element of the digital era, plays a dual role: on the one hand, it expands the reach of indonesian worldwide, while on the other hand, it encourages linguistik shifts through the use of slang, abbreviation, and foreign language mixtures. This study applies a library research method by reviewing literature related to language development, social media, and globalization. The finding indicate that social media serves as an effectives medium to introduce indonesian to young generations and foreign learnes, as well as a tool for cultural preservation. Nevertheless, digital language literacy is required to ensure that indonesian remains used correctly and in accordance with formal standards.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a major impact on accounting information systems (AIS), especially in terms of information security. In the digital age, cybercrime threats such as phishing and data manipulation are on the rise as the internet is increasingly used for financial transactions (Kumala Sari, 2023). To address these risks, various modern accounting technologies have been implemented. Blockchain technology is considered capable of improving the reliability of financial reports by providing transaction records that are immutable and verified in real time (Fajriyah, n.d.). In addition, the use of cloud computing allows flexible data access and supports rapid decision-making, although it still presents challenges in the form of data leaks and cyber attacks (Lubis & Firdaus, 2024). The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has also been proven to improve integration, efficiency, and financial transparency within organizations (Andine Sekar Kinanti et al., 2024; Mujahidah et al., 2025).This study uses a qualitative method through a literature review of ten scientific articles published in 2023–2025 that are relevant to the theme of information security in SIA. The results of the study show that the successful implementation of SIA in the digital era depends not only on technological sophistication but also on the readiness of human resources, regulations, and adequate governance policies (Fertyno Situmeang et al., n.d.; Novida, 2025). Thus, strengthening information security in SIA requires a combination of technological strategies, increased digital literacy, and comprehensive regulatory protection.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the doctrine of humanity and sin from a theological perspective, particularly in the context of the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. Humans were created by God in His image and likeness, with the purpose of living in a loving relationship and obedience to Him. However, humans fell into sin, which led to total corruption in various aspects, such as spiritual, moral, and social. As a result, humans are unable to save themselves, and only through God's grace can humans be freed. This study uses a literature study method to analyze the views of theologians such as Augustine, Louis Berkhof, Stephen Tong, and John Calvin, as well as relevant academic sources. The results show that sin is not merely an act of breaking rules, but an existential condition that separates humans from God. The redemption accomplished by Jesus Christ through His death on the cross is the only way to restoration and forgiveness for humans. Correctly understanding the doctrine of humanity and sin helps believers live in an attitude of repentance, receive grace, and carry out ethical responsibilities amidst a world full of sin and moral crisis. Thus, this doctrine becomes the basis for the formation of true Christian character and encourages believers to bring God's love and justice into their daily lives.

Abstract

Pain is a problem that often occurs in cancer patients. Pain can be caused by the cancer itself, the tumor can press or irritate other organs and nerves so that it can cause pain. Pain is also caused by cancer treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy. The constant pain felt by patients with this terminal illness can reduce the quality of life and physical function, increase the level of fatigue and interfere with daily and social activities. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of giving lemon aroma therapy in reducing pain in Colon Cancer patients undergoing end-cycle chemotherapy at Murni Teguh Hospital. The research design used in this study was a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest – posttest design. The population in this study were all Colon Cancer patients who visited Murni Teguh Hospital in March - June as many as 250 people. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type, namely determining the sample with certain considerations according to the inclusion criteria determined by the total sample of 38 people. The instruments used were observation sheets and a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) with the Wilcoxon hypothesis test. The results of the study obtained a p value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is effectiveness of giving lemon aromatherapy to reducing pain in Colon Cancer patients undergoing end-cycle chemotherapy at Murni Teguh Hospital. Suggestions for the future are expected to be able to develop research with other non-pharmacological therapies that can reduce pain intensity in colon cancer patients such as Benson relaxation therapy, imagery guides and the need to pay attention to environmental conditions that support therapy, one of which is a calm and comfortable environment. In addition, future researchers can use a control group and can be compared with other aromatherapy.

Abstract

Colorectal cancer is the growth of malignant cells in the body on the surface of the intestine, starting from the growth of non-malignant cells, commonly called abenomas, which in their early stages form polyps (cells that grow very quickly). Chemotherapy treatment is one way to do chemotherapy. This treatment can cause anxiety in patients who will undergo it. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the knowledge of colon cancer patients and the level of anxiety in undergoing chemotherapy. This type of research uses correlation techniques (correlation study), with a total sample technique and the number of respondents is 64 respondents. data analysis using spearman test. The results of this study used the spearmen test and obtained the results. There is a significant relationship between knowledge of anxiety in patients undergoing chemotherapy in colon cancer patients in the Gb3a Inpatient Room, Murni Teguh Hospital, Medan, with the spearmen test results obtained 0.001 <0.005, meaning there is a significant relationship. to future researchers to make more samples and add other independent variables.

Abstract

Background: Cancer is a non-communicable disease characterized by malignant abnormal cells or tissue that quickly get out of control and can spread to other parts of the sufferer's body. Chemotherapy therapy has side effects that significantly impact patients both physically and psychologically, so it can affect the compliance of colorectal cancer patients in undergoing chemotherapy. Various factors can influence the management of colorectal cancer patients receiving chemotherapy, such as family support and poor patient knowledge. Objective: To determine the factors that influence the level of compliance in carrying out chemotherapy in colorectal cancer patients in Room GB3A, Murni Teguh Hospital, Medan, in 2023, mainly family support and knowledge. Method: This research is quantitative research with a retrospective method. A chi-square test was used in this study. The independent variables in this research are family support and knowledge, which is seen based on the questionnaire. The dependent variable is the compliance of colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy, as seen from the amount of chemotherapy received by the patient. Results: This study shows a significant effect of family support and knowledge, namely 0.000 (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Some factors influence family support and knowledge factors on colorectal cancer patients' compliance with chemotherapy in the GB3A Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital Medan room.

Abstract

Background: The nursing problem that will arise in post colostomy surgery patients is pain. The management of post colostomy pain care that can be carried out by nurses for colostomy patients is by using non-pharmacological techniques such as Mozart classical music therapy and pop instrumental music. Purpose: To analyze the comparison of the effectiveness of Mozart classical music therapy with pop instrumental music therapy on pain intensity in postcolostomy surgery patients. Methods: This research is a quasi experiment with a two group pretest posttest design. The research was conducted at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. Total population of 79 patients and samples obtained as many as 28 people who were divided into 2 groups of 14 people each. Withdrawal of samples by purposive sampling. Analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. Results: There were differences in pain levels before and after giving Mozart classical music therapy to colostomy postoperative patients at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital, p = 0.000 <0.05. There were differences in pain intensity in post colostomy surgery patients before (pretest) and after (pretest) given pop instrumental music therapy, p = 0.000 <0.05. There is a difference between Mozart classical music therapy and pop instrumental music therapy in reducing pain in post colostomy patients, p = 0.015 <0.05. Conclusion: Mozart's classical music therapy is more effective in reducing post colostomy pain than pop instrumental music therapy. Suggestion: It is suggested to Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital to make a policy through Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) regarding the provision of Mozart classical music therapy to postoperative patients.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that holds significant socio-economic functions, serving not only as an individual act of worship but also as an instrument of wealth redistribution to reduce social inequality. Its practice has undergone various dynamics in line with social, economic, and institutional transformations. In the context of Banjarwaru Village, which has been designated as a Kampung Zakat (Zakat Village), this phenomenon reflects a notable transformation in community behavior regarding zakat payment. This study aims to: (1) analyze the behavioral patterns of the community and the factors influencing their zakat payment practices before and after the establishment of the Kampung Zakat; (2) examine the roles of religious leaders and local government in encouraging behavioral change; and (3) analyze the transformation of zakat-paying behavior in Banjarwaru through the perspectives of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Diffusion of Innovations, and Role Theory.This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with religious leaders, local government officials, and community members, while secondary data were collected from literature, regulations, and institutional documents of the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ). Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, consisting of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing.The study concludes three main findings. First, the zakat-paying behavior of Banjarwaru’s community has shifted from a traditional, personal pattern toward an institutionalized system through the UPZ, driven by growing religious awareness, institutional trust, and the tangible benefits of productive zakat for village welfare. Second, religious leaders play a moral role in strengthening religious legitimacy, while local government acts as a structural facilitator through regulations, support, and the integration of zakat into village development programs. Third, analysis using TPB, Diffusion of Innovations, and Role Theory demonstrates that this transformation results from the integration of individual attitude changes, diffusion of innovation through social networks, and consistent role enactment, leading zakat payment in Banjarwaru to develop into a sustainable collective practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the TANYA BPMP service in supporting digital transformation at the Integrated Service Unit (ULT) of the Education Quality Assurance Agency (BPMP) in Central Kalimantan Province. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and document studies related to the implementation of the website-based service directly integrated with the Zoom application. The results show that the TANYA BPMP service plays an important role as an interactive communication medium that accelerates service processes, improves digital literacy in the community, and expands access to educational services even in remote areas. Furthermore, this service promotes bureaucratic efficiency, transparency, and accountability through integrated digital documentation. However, limitations in internet connectivity and digital competence of staff remain major obstacles to optimizing service implementation. Overall, TANYA BPMP represents a concrete example of an innovative and adaptive digital transformation of public services in the regional education sector.

Abstract

This article examines the signs of the Antichrist's presence from a biblical eschatological perspective. Using a theological approach and literature review, this study outlines the concept of the Antichrist as a manifestation of rebellion and misguidance against Christ. This study shows that the Antichrist is a symbol of resistance against God that will emerge before Christ's second coming to deceive believers. Through an analysis of biblical texts, particularly from 1 John, 2 Thessalonians, and Revelation, this study concludes that the presence of the Antichrist serves as a warning for believers to remain faithful, vigilant, and strong in their faith. The implications of this study encourage Christians to strengthen their faith and live according to the truth of God's word while awaiting Christ's return.
