Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics and distribution of electric fields in the 275 kV transmission line insulator owned by PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (INALUM) uses a Positron Insulator Tester. The background of this research departs from the importance of insulator maintenance as a vital component in maintaining the reliability of the extra-high voltage transmission system (SUTET). The method used is experimental by taking direct measurements on several randomly selected transmission towers in the field without shutting down the system. The measurement data is analyzed to determine the magnitude of the electric field and detect anomalies in the voltage distribution in each insulator piece. The measurement results showed that the highest electric field value was in the insulator chip closest to the voltage conductor, while the lowest value was found in the chip close to the tower structure. The non-linear distribution pattern of the electric field indicates a potential decline in insulator quality. The results of this study prove that the use of the Positron Insulator Tester is effective in detecting insulator conditions quickly and safely, so that it can be a reference in the preventive maintenance program of high-voltage transmission networks.

Abstract

Konverter DC-DC tipe buck-boost banyak digunakan pada sistem daya karena kemampuannya untuk menaikkan maupun menurunkan tegangan sesuai kebutuhan beban. Namun, pada aplikasi yang membutuhkan rentang pengaturan tegangan yang lebih luas serta stabilitas yang tinggi, konfigurasi satu tahap seringkali tidak mencukupi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengevaluasi respon dinamis konverter cascaded buck-boost tiga unit menggunakan pendekatan simulasi pada MATLAB/Simulink. Setiap unit konverter dihubungkan secara seri untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas pengaturan tegangan keluaran. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengamati perubahan tegangan keluaran terhadap variasi duty cycle dan pembebanan untuk menilai karakteristik transien dan kestabilan sistem. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa konfigurasi cascaded mampu menghasilkan tegangan keluaran yang stabil dengan respon transien yang terkendali, meskipun sensitivitas terhadap variasi duty cycle meningkat seiring bertambahnya jumlah tahap. Dengan demikian, topologi cascaded buck-boost tiga unit dapat diterapkan pada sistem tenaga DC yang membutuhkan pengaturan tegangan adaptif dan luas. Kata kunci: Konverter DC-DC, Buck-Boost, Cascaded Converter, Respon Dinamis, Simulasi MATLAB.

Abstract

This study analyzes the coordination of protection relays against short-circuit faults in a 20 kV distribution system using ETAP software. The research includes system modeling, short-circuit analysis, relay setting determination, and Time Current Characteristic (TCC) simulation. The results show that relay coordination meets IEC 60255 standards with a 0.3–0.5 second time margin, and fault currents are within safe limits according to IEC 60909. The protection system operates quickly, selectively, and reliably in fault isolation.

Abstract

Learning Tajweed plays a crucial role in developing students' spiritual competence and Qur'anic literacy. By understanding the rules of Tajweed, students can read the Qur'an correctly and precisely according to the rules of recitation taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), thereby improving the quality of their reading and understanding of the Qur'an's message. Learning Tajweed not only improves reading skills such as tartil, accuracy, and fluency, but also motivates students to continue reading and deepening their understanding of the Qur'an regularly. This has a positive impact on the development of spiritual competence because students are able to internalize the meaning and values ​​of the Qur'an, which strengthen their faith and piety. Therefore, learning Tajweed is an important foundation in building holistic Qur'anic literacy, encompassing both the technical aspects of reading and the spiritual aspects of students as Muslims. Research shows a significant relationship between mastery of Tajweed and improvements in Qur'anic reading skills and students' spiritual motivation.

Abstract

The digital era has brought a significant transformation in the way people practice and express their religious beliefs. Social media has become a new arena for preaching, theological discussions, and the dissemination of religious teachings. However, alongside these positive developments, numerous ethical challenges have emerged, including the spread of hate speech, interfaith polarization, misuse of religious texts for sectarian purposes, and the rise of extremist and intolerant behavior online. These phenomena indicate a moral crisis in digital religiosity that calls for a new ethical paradigm. In this context, the Islamic value of wasatiyah—which emphasizes moderation, balance, and tolerance—plays a crucial role as an ethical foundation for religious conduct in the digital sphere. This study aims to analyze the role of wasatiyah values in shaping ethical religious behavior on social media. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach through library research, this paper examines relevant academic sources such as journals, books, and Islamic literature. The findings reveal that the principles of wasatiyah provide a strategic framework for developing balanced, rational, and civilized religious behavior online. The principle of moderation prevents extremism and provocation, the principle of balance promotes harmony between faith expression and social responsibility, and the principle of tolerance fosters mutual respect amid diversity.Thus, the application of wasatiyah values serves not only as a theological solution but also as an ethical and social framework for addressing the moral crisis in the digital age. These values offer practical guidance for Muslims to cultivate a culture of civility, peace, and inclusivity in online communication, thereby reinforcing Islam’s essence as a religion of rahmatan lil ‘alamin—a mercy for all creation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Palangkaraya City Education Office in developing elementary schools towards quality education. The background of this study is based on the importance of basic education as a foundation in forming competencies/academics, life skills, and character of students, as well as the challenges in the form of quality disparities between schools in the city center and suburban areas. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The subjects in this study were the Head of the Education Office, Head of the Elementary School Development Division, school supervisors, principals, and teachers. The data validation techniques used were source triangulation and technical triangulation.Data were analyzed through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the Education Office has played a strategic role through teacher distribution, improving the competence of teaching staff, providing infrastructure, and implementing academic and managerial supervision. However, this study found obstacles in the form of budget limitations, uneven teacher distribution, limited supervisors, and unequal access to training. The conclusion of this study confirms that the Palangkaraya City Education Office plays a crucial role in improving the quality of basic education, but innovative strategies and more inclusive policies are needed to optimally achieve educational equality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh persaingan bisnis kuliner yang semakin meningkat sehingga Cafe Muntaz perlu memahami faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, demikian pula kualitas produk yang terbukti menjadi variabel paling dominan. Secara simultan, lokasi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen di Cafe Muntaz.

Abstract

Sharia Banks are banks that carry out their business activities based on Sharia principles and according to their type consist of Sharia Commercial Banks, Sharia Business Units and Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS). Judging from the development side, sharia banks are currently not lagging behind with progress like conventional banks, but there is still one of the problems faced by sharia banks is the low level of public understanding of sharia banking products, especially caused by the dominance of conventional banking so that sharia banking is still underestimated by some people, based on a survey conducted by researchers in Benteng Bawah Village, which is quite large and the majority of the population is Muslim, however their understanding of sharia banking products is very poor, from the results of pre-research conducted by researchers in the field, this is the weakness of the Benteng Bawah Village Community in understanding bank products. sharia, namely lack of knowledge about sharia banks, lack of information relating to sharia bank products, socialization carried out by sharia banks is not optimal, especially socialization for rural communities, and lack of community experience in carrying out financing or other transactions with sharia banks.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of force majeure clauses in sales contracts during the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the case study of PT Hasjrat Multifinance (HMF) Kotamobagu Branch. In this case, the defendants cited the COVID-19 pandemic as a force majeure situation that prevented them from fulfilling their contractual obligations. However, the panel of judges ruled that recognizing the pandemic as a force majeure reason must take into account existing legal provisions and the absence of specific regulations governing pandemics as force majeure in Indonesia at that time. Therefore, this case illustrates the importance of a detailed evaluation of contract clauses and the application of force majeure, taking into account the legal context and facts on the ground. This study also highlights the need for clear and specific force majeure clauses in sales contracts to explicitly regulate extraordinary conditions such as pandemics. Another issue discussed is the possibility of contract renegotiation as a solution when force majeure clauses do not cover pandemic conditions, in order to ensure that the valid execution of contracts can still be realized despite extraordinary obstacles. Thus, this study provides a comprehensive overview of legal issues, practical solutions, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the fulfillment of sales and purchase contracts in Indonesia, particularly through the legal perspective of the Kotamobagu District Court's decision against PT Hasjrat Multifinance.

Abstract

. This Industrial Internship was carried out at PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi Ogan Komering, focusing on the implementation of preventive maintenance on the electrical system, particularly the generator and Power Generation Unit (PGU) panel. The objectives of this activity were to understand the application of preventive maintenance, analyze the condition and performance of the electrical system, and evaluate the effectiveness of the maintenance program in ensuring operational reliability. The method included visual inspections, electrical parameter measurements (voltage, current, temperature, and battery voltage), as well as protection function and cooling system testing. Measurement data collected over 30 days indicated that the system operated within normal limits, with phase-to-phase voltages ranging from 375–389 V, phase currents between 23–26 A, and component temperatures between 26–27°C. The evaluation results showed that preventive maintenance successfully reduced the risk of sudden failures, extended equipment lifespan, and maintained electrical distribution efficiency. The implementation of this program proved effective in enhancing system reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting smooth oil and gas production operations within the company.
