The ability of the community to use information technology, especially foreign language students and the general public, is still in the passive user order. These are problems that must be resolved because entrepreneurship today is multiplying thanks to information technology. From the aspect of understanding, partners also need to be equipped with skills in using information technology based on E-Commerce to develop entrepreneurial principles. Abstract

Farm-scale input values are still a problem for the community, especially farmers, in providing fertilizers. The existence of livestock waste is one of the problems for breeders in Air Satan Village. The purpose of this service activity is to assist the Village community in increasing the value of farming efficiency by using cattle waste/manure to be processed into organic fertilizer as an additional source of income for the Village community. The method used in this service is counseling and training in making organic fertilizer for breeders in Air Satan Village. The results of this activity provide significant benefits for the people of Air Satan Village, who still need to familiarize themselves with the reuse of livestock waste into organic fertilizer, where the waste from cow manure is just thrown away without any further processing. The processing of this organic fertilizer is made faster by adding IMR as a bioactivator. The organic fertilizer produced can help improve soil fertility in Air Satan Village and its surroundings. Using organic fertilizers from livestock waste can increase the efficiency of fertilizers in farming so that they can be developed and used as a source of income for the community.

Abstract

The growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) can only be seen in their quantity, while quality and development are still unsatisfactory. In general, one of the weaknesses, especially in the financial aspect, is that only a few MSMEs have experienced development in their financial performance. This is due to the lack of awareness of MSMEs actors regarding the importance of financial management in the company.Financial management is one of the essential aspects of the company’s progress, especially MSMEs. This is because the actors are faced with human resource problems. Financial management can be done through accounting, even though the standards are basic and straightforward. Accounting is a systematic process to generate financial information that can be used for decision-making by users. As long as MSMEs still use money as their transaction tool, accounting is greatly needed by MSMEs. The existence of financial/accounting reports will provide several benefits for MSMEs actors.

Abstract

The proliferation of technological advancements in the contemporary digital era has significantly broadened the reach and influence of smartphone electronic media among adolescents. Smartphones primarily serve as a means of facilitating long-distance communication and accessing information through the internet. In addition to this, it has been observed that the proliferation of smartphones among adolescents who are now enrolled in educational institutions has not only yielded beneficial effects for the enhancement of their academic achievements, but also harbours the possibility of engendering a range of adverse consequences. As a consequence of this issue, the process of socialisation in the Gumukmas community has been primarily centred on the adverse effects associated with the utilisation of smartphones. This initiative seeks to provide educational resources to parents with children, enabling them to acquire knowledge on effective strategies for mitigating the potential negative effects of cellphones on their adolescent offspring.
