Abstract

Lifestyle is a description of a person behaviour or attitude which is shown through how he carries out activities in accordance with his thoughts about himself which ultimately distinguishes his social status. This study aims to determine the effect of pocket money and the social environment partially or simultaneously on lifestyle. In this study, there was a population of college students in DIY. A total of 60 respondents using a questionnaire. Using a purposive sampling technique, meaning that the sampling method is based on certain considerations that are adjusted to the criteria determined by the researcher which is done randomly. The data analysis technique used is descriptive method and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study prove that pocket money has a positive and not significant effect on student lifestyle. While the social environment has a positive and significant effect on lifestyle. Thus when there is an increase in pocket money, it is more rational in choosing a social environment so as not to get carried away with lifestyle patterns.

Abstract

This study is a descriptive study using SPSS version 2.2. to analyze the Effect of Price and Promotion on Consumers Buying Interest Through Shopee E-Commerce (Study on People in Yogyakarta). This study aims to analyze the effect of prices and promotions on consumers buying interest through Shopee E-Commerce. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire measured by a likert scale. In this study, there were 37 respondents in Yogyakarta who used Shopee E-Commerce in shopping. The analytical methods used in this study are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determinant coefficient test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: 1). Price has a positive effect on consumers buying interest through Shopee E-Commerce, 2). Promotions do not have a positive effect on consumers buying interest through Shopee E-Commerce. So, it can be concluded that price affects consumers buying interest through Shopee e-commerce, but promotions do not affect consumers buying interest through Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether regional original revenue, regional expenditure and special allocation funds affect the human development index in regencies/cities in North Sumatera province in 2018-2020. This study used panel data regression analysis techniques with samples consisting of 25 regencies and 8 cities located in North Sumatra Province. This study conducted a chow test, a hausman test and a lagrange multiplier test in choosing a panel data regression estimation model. Based on the results of the selection test, the selected estimation model is a fixed effect model. The results of the analysis show that regional original revenue, regional expenditure and special allocation funds have a positive and significant effect on the human development index in North Sumatera Province.Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a review related to regional financial management of North Sumatra Province to focus more on areas that are still not developed, so that there is no disparity in each district and city area that still has uneven development index achievements.

Abstract

Helmets are a mandatory safety device that must be used by every motorbike rider in Indonesia. Most students in Indonesia use motorbikes as a mode of transportation to support their mobility. So it can be concluded that students are a large group of helmet users in Indonesia. In this study we tried to find out how much influence price, product quality, brand image and the influence of SNI helmets had on the decision to purchase helmets for students in Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine: the effect of price on purchasing decisions of helmet products, the effect of product quality on consumer decisions in purchasing helmet products, the effect of brand image on consumer purchasing decisions on helmet products, and the influence of SNI helmets on consumer purchasing decisions. The population in this study is students in Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The sample consisted of all students in Yogyakarta with 70 observations, which was carried out by purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that product quality, price, and brand image are stated to have a partial positive effect on purchasing decisions for SNI helmets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Profit Margin, Price Earning Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Inventory Turnover on Share Price in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period either simultaneously or partially. The data used is secondary data. By using the purposive sampling method, a total sample of 59 companies was obtained from 70 companies, then only 10 companies were selected. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that simultaneously, Re Profit Margin, Price Earning Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Inventory Turnover affect the stock price of companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. But partially, only Operating Profit Margin and Debt to Equity have an effect on Stock Price. Meanwhile, the Price Earning Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Inventory Turnover have no effect on stock price for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the standard of Geopark management as a National Geopark or UNESCO Global Geopark, identify the non-optimal management of Geoparks in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), and identify the strategy of the DIY Regional Government to optimize Geopark management in DIY. This study measures the strategic management process in Geopark management in DIY using three stages, namely formulation, implementation, and evaluation, as well as using user perception analysis of the formulation, comparative analysis between Geopark management in DIY and other Geopark management, and comparative analysis between Geopark management formulations in DIY. with other Geoparks, as well as analysis of the projected performance of the management model formulation of Geopark management strategies in DIY. The results of this study indicate that (1) the standard for managing Geoparks on a national scale is the National Geopark Candidate Self-Assessment Document, while the Global Geopark is Document A UNESCO Global Geopark. (2) the causes of the non-optimal management of Geoparks in DIY, namely the strategic formula has not provided components that support optimal implementation, and the lack of clarity of the Geosite management network is the main cause of the non-optimal management. (3) the strategic management process since 2015 until now is a form of accountability for regional potentials and facilities for the welfare of the people in DIY. The depth of strategy formulations that have been published or those that have just been formulated can become an instrument for managing a UNESCO Global Geopark.

Abstract

Investment is essential to a country growth and economic development. This study examines the effect of investment knowledge, technological convenience, and financial ability on investment interest in the capital market. The population in this study were active students of the undergraduate accounting study program at university in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling or a purposive sample. The samples obtained according to the criteria were 92 respondents of 120 respondents. The data collection method used an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, and interaction tests. The results of this study indicate that: Investment knowledge does not affect students interest in investing in the capital market. The ease of technology affects students interest in investing in the capital market. Financial ability affects students interest in investing in the capital market. Investment knowledge balanced with financial ability will increase student investment interest. Student investment interest will be higher if the high financial ability and ease of use of technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Nilu Kopi Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling. The population in this study is all customers at Nilu Kopi Yogyakarta. Respondents were 30 people and used the questionnaire collection method. Data analysis techniques are: 1. Instrument test with Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Classical Assumption Test, 3. Multiple Regression Analysis, 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test (F test), 5. Coefficient Analysis Determination (R2). Test results and analysis show: 1) Product quality has a significant effect on Nilu Kopi customer satisfaction because the significant value (0.001) is below 0.05 and the tcount value (3.343) greather than ttable value (2.052) with the form of the influence is positive because the regression coefficient value of service quality positive value, namely 0.218. 2) Price has a significant effect on Nilu Kopi customer satisfaction because the significant value (0.000) is below 0.05 and the tcount value (7.080) greather than ttable value (2.052) with the form of the influence being positive because the value of the price regression coefficient is positive, namely 0.420. 3) Product quality (X1) and service quality (X2), have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction (Y) because the significant value (0.000) is below 0.05 and the Fcount value (168.289) greather than Ftable value (3.35) with the magnitude of the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on Nilu Kopi customer satisfaction of 92.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect that influence the irrational buying decision of album and merchandise Exo group by fans on Twitter 2022. The research is testing by directly are fandom and consumptive behaviour on irrational buying decision, and through intervening variables are irrational buying interest as mediation and willingness to pay as moderation. The population of this research is followers of @aeribase account twitter which is the fan base of Indonesian Exo group fans. By using purposive sampling technique, obtained 100 accounts twitter as research samples. Based on the result of study, there are effect of consumptive behaviour directly or through by irrational buying interest on irrational buying decision. Other variable is fandom has effect indirectly by irrational buying interest on irrational buying decision. The research also proves that there is a moderation effect of willingness to pay from irrational buying interest on irrational buying decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop and design an aquaponic extracurricular as an additional choice for students at Minggir 1 Public Middle School in accordance with the advantages of the school (local wisdom and content) and the environment. This research is included in qualitative research. The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data. Qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, comparative (simple) descriptive analysis and formulative descriptive analysis as well as benchmarking were used in this study. It was explained that the Scout extracurricular is a mandatory extracurricular for all schools. As for non-obligatory extracurriculars, there are various extracurriculars. In the context of applied research and based on several considerations, a new productive extracurricular was chosen, namely aquaponics based on recycling ablution water at Minggir 1 Middle School. In the aquaponic cultivation process, a mental attitude is instilled to turn waste (threats) into blessings (opportunities). The process of mental evolution is carried out by junior high school students, in the family context, the weak are turned into strength. In this case, each (weak) student is able to become the strength of the family organization to improve family nutrition. Meanwhile, to ensure the implementation and continuity of new productive extracurriculars, the school issues a decree regarding the formation of institutions including human resources, organizational units, and their duties and functions. In the long term, the process of aquaponic cultivation is a process of continuous mental evolution (continuous quality improvement) to develop the mental attitude of novice green social entrepreneurs.
