Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of authentic leadership and organizational commitment on the performance of village officials in the Kec.Kedungtuban area. In this study using quantitative methods and data techniques using PLS operated through Smart PLS 3.0 software. The sample selection method uses saturated samples. The respondents in this study were village tools in the Village Government in the Kec Kedungtuban Region with a total of 172 people. Data collection in this study was carried out using an online questionnaire. The online questionnaire was sent to respondents via WhatsApp number. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that authentic leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment and employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment is able to play a mediation between authentic leadership and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether price, product quality, and service quality affect customer satisfaction. The method used in this study using a purposive sampling method. The sample in this study consisted of 50 respondents who are customers of Mool.Spdr. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression and t test. This study shows that there is an influence of price, product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction Mool.SPDR. The results of this study indicate that the better the price, product quality, and service quality, the customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of the product, price, location, and service of Angkringan 37 on the buying interest of STIE Widya Wiwaha students. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this study was taken as much as 15% of the 200 new students of STIE Widya Wiwaha in 2021/2022 and a sample of 32 students was obtained. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The results of the analysis of research data processing show that there is a positive and significant influence between the product, price, location, and service of Angkringan 37 on consumer behavior of STIE Widya Wiwaha students, the higher the quality of Angkringan 37 products, the higher the consumer behavior of students who are interested in buying. for example, the food and beverage products offered have quality and guaranteed cleanliness, and the location of the place provided is a strategic place which is near campus. Not only that, Angkringan 37 has a spacious and comfortable place so that students often do assignments or As well as there is a positive and significant influence between service attitudes on students purchasing power, the higher the influence of Angkringan 37 service attitudes, the higher the purchasing power of students, for example, Angkringan 37 services that prioritize customer satisfaction are able to increase customer satisfaction. inat students to be interested in buying food and beverages that are traded.

Abstract

Mie Nyinyir is one of the popular online and offline culinary in Yogyakarta. Although there are some branches of store, they always full of orders. This study aims to analyse the influence of customer reviews and sales promotions on consumers purchasing decisions. This study used quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires. The samples were 41 respondents of Mie Nyinyir consumers. The analysis method used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that customer reviews and sales promotions have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and product quality on the interest in buying kotagede silver handicrafts. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method by using the distribution of questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The results of the analysis that have been carried out show that there are 48 respondents with the characteristics of respondents aged 15-27 years more interested in shopping for silverware. This is because people are very concerned about silver handicraft products through price and quality at this age. Based on our research, judging from the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, the value of X1 of 0.506 price variables has a positive and significant effect, meaning that the more the price increases, the more buying interest will increase. The value of X2 of 0.193 product quality variables has a positive and significant effect, meaning that if the product quality increases, it will further increase buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the self-confidence, motivation, and skills that affect the interest in entrepreneurship in STIE Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta students. The population in this study were all students of STIE Widya Wiwaha Yogyakarta. With purposive sampling technique, it means that the sampling method is based on certain considerations that are adjusted to the criteria determined by the researcher which is carried out randomly. Methods the data analysis of this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially self-confidence, motivation, and skills have a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship. The conclusion of this research is that if self-confidence, motivation, and skills are high, it will increase interest in entrepreneurship. This study still has many shortcomings and limitations, this study states that it is a purposive sampling study, meaning that the sampling method is based on certain considerations that are adjusted to the criteria determined by the researcher. In addition, time constraints are also one of the incompleteness of the data so that it cannot be used as a research variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of service quality perceived by consumers on customer satisfaction provided by online motorcycle taxis through the dimensions of service quality which include physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The method used in this research is quantitative. While the data collection technique used in this quantitative research is to use a questionnaire, namely by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to users of online motorcycle taxi services. Quisioners (questionnaires) are data collection techniques that are carried out by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to answer (Sugiyono, 2011: 142). In this case the author takes the object of research in 2022. Sampling uses the Random Sampling/Probability sampling method, where the number of samples taken is 38 respondents. The author distributes a questionnaire with 23 questions using the dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and concern. The types of tests used in this study are Instrument Tests, Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Tests, Hypothesis Tests and Coefficient of Determination Tests. Based on the test results, the variables of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and assurance have no positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the empathy variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul Penguatan Kapasitas Kewirausahaan Pada Kelompok Dasawisma Jarak di Perumahaan Minomartani. Penguatan kewirausahaan ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkat potensi ibu-ibu, untuk memperoleh wawasan tambahan dan meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan Ibu-ibu Dasawisma Jarak yang pada akhirnya dapat menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan. Pelatihan kewirausahaan terkait dengan pelatihan meningkatkan motivasi menjadi wirausaha. Metode Pelatihan Ibu Rumah Tangga di Perumahan Minomartani dilakukan dengan memberikan tentang Pelatihan Kewirausahaan dengan metode ceramah untuk pelatihan teori Kewirausahaan dan Pelatihan Praktek Memproduksi Rice Box dan Minuman Sehat yaitu Infused water yang dapat dijual oleh ibu-ibu dasawisma Jarak. Pemilihan Pelatihan Rice Box Sehat dan Minuman Sehat (Infused Water) dikarenakan pola hidup sehat banyak diterapkan oleh Masyarakat belakangan ini. Sehingga kebutuhan dan permintaan masyarakat akan makanan sehat semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berfokus pada mengenalkan model Green Marketing kepada para pelaku bisnis Mie Lethek khususnya yang berada di Kalurahan Trimurti Kecamatan Srandakan Kabupaten Bantul. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat didasari isu sampah plastik yang merupakan isu yang sangat dekat dengan masyarakat. Sifatnya sendiri tidak mudah terurai, proses pengolahannya menimbulkan toksit dan bersifat karsinogenik. Inilah yang akhirnya mempengaruhi masyarakat sehingga lingkungan pemasaran mengalami perubahan. Mengusung isu lingkungan memunculkan konsep green marketing untuk menciptakan produk yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memperkenalkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran pada produk Mie Lethek Bantul dalam upaya mendukung kampanye ramah lingkungan kepada konsumen. Memperhatikan kondisi aktual diatas maka kami akan melaksanakan program pelatihan kepada kelompok pelaku usaha Mie Lethek. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku usaha Mie Lethek agar usahanya semakin dilirik masyarakat di tengah-tengah gempuran produk mie kekinian. Tentunya hal ini bisa dicapai bila para pelaku usaha Mie Lethek Bantul memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan menghasilkan produk yang memiliki kriteria Green Product sehingga akan lebih kuat untuk mendukung program Green Marketing.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu motor penggerak perekonomian rakyat, terutama rakyat menengah ke bawah. Masalah dari sulit berkembangnya UMKM adalah karena daya kreatif dan inovatif yang relatif rendah. Kurangnya kemampuan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan membuat mereka sulit untuk menganalisis kinerja, terutama kinerja keuangan mereka sehingga sulit berkembang. Tujuan program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan kepada para pelaku UMKM di lingkup Masjid Arrasul, Kotagede. Target khusus yaitu memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada UMKM dalam pengembangan usaha melalui pelatihan dan bimbingan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan. Adapun prospek pengembangan UMKM dikaji berdasarkan pada analisa laporan keuangan. Kegiatan program PkM ini adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepada pelaku UMKM, melakukan bimbingan terhadap pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan, melakukan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bidang akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan dengan melakukan diskusi dan tanya jawab dan analisis kasus. Luaran kegiatan PkM ini adalah peningkatan penerapan ilmu akuntansi dasar bagi UMKM, peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan manajemen keuangan, peningkatan kompetensi pengusaha kecil dalam me-manage dan menyusun laporan keuangan.
