Muhammad Baha'udin Nursalim, Gus Baha' was named the Da'i of The Year 2020. During the Covid19 pandemic, the pattern and study of his da'wah communication also enlivened social media. How does Gus Baha' convey the message of da'wah on social media so that it attracts mad'u's attention? How does Mad'u respond to Gus Baha's da'wah style through social media? The author revealed the question by analyzing it through a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The author collects several data and fact findings from Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook which officially and authentically package their da'wah. The results of the study show that: First, Gus Baha' in preaching tends to be humorous, full of 'jokes' but full of Islamic scientific treasures. Comprehensive da'wah message with logic and scientific argumentation. He is Hafidz as well as mufassirin, making Gus Baha 'more flexible in conveying messages. Second, netizens or mad'u responded to Gus Baha's study with positive comments. Although, some mad'u often repeat the content in order to understand.

This study aims to describe the behavior of social media consumption, find the positive and negative impacts of using social media on students at Madrasah Aliyah in Bangka Regency and find out the role and school policies on the use of social media in students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with in-depth interviews with students, teachers and madrasah principals in three madrasas, namely Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bangka, Madrasah Aliyah Kemuja and Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ihsan as informants. Based on the results of interviews, it was found that: 1) the social media consumption behavior of students has reached the technopoly stage, where the whole series of their lives have been heavily influenced by technology, especially social media, 2) social media can facilitate the learning process, facilitate interaction, add insight and support learning materials, but addiction, laziness, exposure to pornography and disturbing concentration are negative impacts of using social media, 3) prohibiting the use of smartphones in the classroom during learning.

As a humanitarian agency, Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) utilizes social media to promote its activities as well as invite the audience to be involved by donating or volunteering. This research focuses on the social media content displayed so that the public can help each other. By using qualitative descriptive methods and using Norman Fairclough's theory of Critical Discourse Analysis, the results of this study suggest that the display of text, images, and discourses narrated by Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) on social media is filled with experiential values, relational values, expressive values, and collective values with strong Islamic nuances. The public's interpretation of texts and images is also reflected in the largest source of donations i.e. from the public.

Digital era has influenced most local television to retreat in media and also factors such as human resources and production financing are thing that hinder growth of local television in entering digital system. However, since the issuance of Law no. 32 of 2002 about Broadcasting, ownership of local television station in Indonesia is increasing. This law can be a rule as well as a protector for diversity of content and ownership of local television station in maintaining their existence. Local television existences have an important role in changing function of mainstream media, especially in raising local issues. The presence of local television expected to display regional culture, local event, or region identity, as well as live of surrounding public. Thus, local television can represent overall local cultural identity based on local wisdom while still existing with digital.

Religion that is global and dramatic in people's lives creates pluralism. Religious militancy in the public sphere is required to be mutually transparent and inclusive. Multiculturalism has given rise to religious movements with various applied sciences. The emergence of religious groups in the community in an area sometimes creates a variant of perception. These dynamics follow the rhythm of the frictions of the reality of life. This striking symbol and different characteristics have created a flurry of perception from groups who are not as Kufu. In the city of Kediri, there is a place of worship that is thought to be the center of a different and exclusive group. Positive and negative stigma emerges from several public perceptions of this phenomenon. The mixed fanfare was motivated by several factors. For that we need understanding from each individual or group. Because every individual has a variety of differences in ideological views. This can be influenced by religious understanding, educational background, and experience of each person. Thus, extensive knowledge is needed to address and assess in order to avoid misunderstandings and social inequality. Some of the areas studied by the researcher are about the symbols and various essential motives hidden behind the presence of militant groups. Therefore, the researcher dissects this sensitive phenomenon using perception theory from the perspective of Roland Barthes' semiotica.

This article aims to describe communication ethics using Analysis, Objectivity and Creativity (AOK) as a solution to discrimination on social media using an Islamic perspective. Analysis is an investigation related to problems in order to find out the existing reality by drawing tentative assumptions through study and seeking the truth. In an Islamic perspective, the importance of analyzing information has been explained in Q.S Al-Hujarat (49) verse 6. Objectivity which contains the connection of language and logic in studying something so that it can be viewed openly and tested for truth is mentioned in Q.S At-Taubah (9) paragraph 119 which classifies honesty is not just an attitude, but a virtue of nobility that must be upheld. While creativity is about the ability to come up with an idea or modify something that already exists into a new idea concept through aspects of analysis and objectivity in solving a problem as seen from Q.S Ar-Ra'ad (13) verse 11.

The State of Indonesia is currently facing a "Narcotics Emergency". The prevalence rate for the past year regarding drug abuse has increased from 1.80 percent in 2019 to 1.95 percent in 2021. This means that 180 out of 10,000 Indonesian residents aged 15-64 years have been exposed to drug use in the past year. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to increase understanding of the dangers of narcotics and various regulations for dealing with narcotics in Indonesia. This article aims to explain the various media regulations in building a "shining" drug-clean generation. In this case the author uses a descriptive study by telling a phenomenon that clearly describes the problem of drug abuse that has occurred in Indonesia. Furthermore, it is analyzed to obtain results that are used in order to understand phenomena about what is happening in our country which tends to have an impact on life subjects such as behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions and others. The results of this paper show that there is an introduction strategy that the media builds our picture and understanding of the social world. The media has become our story tellers about the social world, the media are also our entertainers and in particular the media has an impact on us. The concept of "media literacy" is an alternative to empowering the community in the midst of a massive onslaught of news from the media on the dangers of drugs.

The condition of social media is now able to fully encourage social interaction and all community activities. The influence of mass communication (cognitive, affective, and behavioral) for users or social media audiences where their behavior has been positively and negatively influenced. This condition is very concerning because the socio-culture of teenagers has been influenced by the mass media which seems to have become the basic need of teenagers. The mass media should be consumed according to need, in fact now the mass media has become a basic need that has been able to fulfill and assist all daily activities. However, as a teenager in his time, he should still be controlled and need supervision. This study focuses on how the influence/effect of mass communication on audiences who use social media on teenagers in the 5.0 era of society. Adolescence is the start of the change between childhood and adulthood, which is still influenced by the mass media in this 5.0 era of society. Researchers used library research methods using various library sources or previously written works. From the results of this study, the greatest effect of social media on adolescents is a change in attitudes and behavior in the social and cultural sphere. Therefore, the social effects of mass communication on teenagers are like 2 sides of a coin that have good and bad effects, so due to the mass media today, everything that teenagers do sometimes cannot be controlled and still cannot be considered good or bad for themselves.

The Subuhan Pangkalpinang Bikers Community is a forum for youth or bikers who want to study Islam together and participate in the morning prayer in congregation to enliven the existing mosques by persuading others. This type of research is qualitative description, using data collection techniques, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the subuhan Pangkalpinang biker community used persuasive communication strategies, namely psychodynamics, socio-cultural and meaning construction. In the psychodynamic strategy, namely through an approach that touches the emotional aspect through Islamic traps, studies, other activities to strengthen friendship, after that the Subuhan biker community provides motivations, understandings in order to influence people's cognitive. As for the socio-cultural strategy, the management of the Subuhan Pangkalpinang biker community utilizes the environment and culture to persuade people to a better and positive direction. In the meaning construction strategy, Subuhan bikers use social media as a forum to convey information related to the activities that have been carried out.

Dakwah merupakan aktivitas untuk menyampaikan ajaran Islam kepada seluruh kaum muslim untuk lebih bertakwa kepada Allah Swt. Saat ini perkembangan dakwah cukup pesat hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin berkembangnya channel dari TV dakwah itu sendiri khususnya lembaga penyiaran TV dakwah yang ada di Indonesia. Lembaga penyiaran TV ini diantaranya memberikan identitas nama ataupun program yang memang sarat dengan nilai Islami sehingga visi dari nilai dakwah jelas terlihat. Keberadaan TV dakwah tentunya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemaslahatan dan harus didukung dengan program-program yang dapat merubah umat muslim kearah lebih baik. Hanya yang menjadi pertanyaan seberapa besar awareness publik tentang TV dakwah dan program yang ditayangkan, Artikel ini membahas tentang opini mahasiwa program studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam IAIN SAS tentang eksistensi dan program TV Dakwah,Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini keberadaan TV dakwah ternyata belum begitu populer serta minat mereka untuk mengakses TV dakwah masih kurang dikarenakan mereka berkeinginan program TV dakwah dapat disajikan lebih variatif dan menyesuaikan dengan karakter audien.
