Abstract

The authenticity of the Hadith of the Prophet p.b.u.h. no doubt about his belief among Muslims. However, the study of the authenticity of this hadith is a topic that is always discussed. Especially the orientalists are looking for errors or mistakes from the hadith. Mustafa al-Sibai explains in the book al-Sunnah wa Makanatuha fi al-Tasyri’ al-Islami, two of which are the primary triggers for these orientalists. First, there is a reason for blind fanaticism and spreading falsehoods about Islamic teachings. Second, the factor of political colonialism and imperialism occurred after knowing about the natural wealth and products of eastern culture, thus creating a sense of wanting to seize and rule over them. This is in line with the controversial opinions that have been put forward by Ignaz Goldziher and Joseph Schacht on hadith. This study aims to compare the thoughts or views of two orientalist figures, namely Ignaz Goldziher and Joseph Schacht. This study uses qualitative methods with library research. From the results of this comparative study, we get the similarities and differences from the analysis of these two orientalist figures, which conclude: first, that both of them doubt the authenticity of the hadith because the hadith is nothing but a product of the tabīn who are often accused of being the source of the hadith and the opposite of their belief. Muslims that the hadith comes from the Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. second, Joseph Schacht further developed Ignaz Goldziher’s thinking so that he focused more on criticizing hadith through legal traditions so that he did not look at the original hadith books, but Goldziher did not. Third, both of them have not studied the hadith's depth, especially in the study of Usul al-Hadith, so that many theories or opinions do not follow the Muslims’ beliefs.

Abstract

Based on survey data released by the Association of Indonesian Internet Service Providers (APJII), it is stated that, in 2018, out of 171.17 million people who have used the internet, 60.8% of them are children aged 5 to 19 years. The irony of the use of the internet has reached children who incidentally are still shallow on the issue of the negative impact and the positive impact of the internet. Departing from the harmful effects and positive effects caused by the internet, the author wants to do a study of digital parenting for children. This research is a qualitative study and is library research. The required data comes from books, journals, and articles. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed and analyzed inductively and deductively and is linked and compared (comparative). This study aims to prevent children from accessing harmful content so that children tend to access only positive content. The analysis result shows that good parenting in the digital era is an authoritative parenting style (contextual) and authoritative parenting style (democratic), where this parenting style is a parenting style suitable for children in the digital age.

Abstract

In Indonesia, family law is well regulated in law or government regulations. In this case, with the increasingly complex family law issues supported by divorce rates, which reached 398,245 in 2015, then in 2017, it increased to 415,898, and with the development of science and technology, so many problems arise both in terms of muamalah or family law itself. For this reason, structuring is needed through legal reform that makes it follow what is needed by the wider community. Starting from this, this paper will discuss the arrangement of Islamic family law and the dynamics of family law reform in Indonesia. This study aims to provide an overview of the arrangement of Islamic families and Islamic family law reform in Indonesia. This paper uses qualitative research methods that are library researching. The data in this article was obtained from books, journals, articles, magazines related to the structure and dynamics of family law reforms in Indonesia. After the data is collected, the writer analyzes with data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study show that the structure and dynamics of family law in Indonesia, when viewed in the context of Islamic law reform, reveal a unique and problematic portrait of reform. It is said so because Indonesia applies three legal systems, namely customary law, Islamic law, and Western law.

Abstract

Perbayo is a speech delivered at the coronation ceremony of a local village leader that embraces three aspects, namely: the creation of human, the Kerinci’s natural history, and the leadership. As for the third aspect, the values are often analogous to a rooster having six characters: 1) langsing kokok (good crow); 2) sibar ekor (beautiful tail); 3) kembang sayap (wide wings); 4) besar paruh (big beak); 5) lebar dada (big chest); and 6) runcing taji (sharp spur). The six characters are metaphors of the values that a leader of Sungai Tutung Village must have. This study aims to explore the practice of character education among the people of Sungai Tutung Village. Using a semi-ethnographic design, this study found: firstly, the rooster’s six characters symbolize leadership values that have been preserved from generation to generation among the customary leaders of Sungai Tutung Village; secondly, the analogy of the rooster is maintained because apart from being easy to remember, it symbolizes courage, dignity, wisdom, and responsibility. Perbayo merupakan pidato saat penobatan pemuka adat desa yang memiliki penekanan pada tiga aspek, yaitu penciptaan manusia, sejarah alam Kerinci, dan kepemimpinan. Pada aspek ketiga, nilai-nilainya seringkali dianalogikan dengan ayam jago yang memiliki enam karakter: 1) langsing kokok; 2) sibar ekor; 3) kembang sayap; 4) besar paruh; 5) lebar dada; dan 6) runcing taji. Keenam karakter tersebut adalah metafor dari nilai-nilai yang mesti hidup dan tumbuh dalam individu pemuka adat di Desa Sungai Tutung. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat dalam Perbayo Adat Desa Sungai Tutung. Dengan menggunakan desain semi etnografi, studi ini menemukan: pertama, enam karakter ayam jago merupakan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan yang dilestarikan secara turun-temurun oleh pemuka adat Desa Sungai Tutung; kedua, analogi ayam jago dipertahankan karena selain gampang diingat dan disebut, ayam jago menyimbolkan keberanian, kewibawaan, kebijaksanaan, dan bertanggungjawab.

Abstract

The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused the government to implement the PPKM (Public Activity Limitation) policy. The PPKM context set by the government aims to reduce and reduce the number of deaths caused by COVID-19 as explained in the maqashid pillar, namely hifz an-nafs. The determination of PPKM has had a considerable impact in the economic field, one of which is on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This article is qualitative research that is library research. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis technical Miles et al. namely data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The study results indicate that the determination of PPKM policies, including for MSMEs actors, is a form of maqashid sharia, namely hifz an-nafs. Therefore, MSMEs must comply with these regulations because they are related to the protection of life which has a higher position than the protection of assets in maqashid sharia. However, one must still see the slight difference between the two.Mewabahnya covid-19 menyebabkan pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan PPKM (Penetapan Pembatasan Kegitan Masyarakat). Konteks PPKM yang ditetapkan pemerintah bertujuan untuk mengurangi dan menurunkan jumlah kematian yang disebabkan oleh covid-19 sebagaimana yang dijelaskana pada pilar maqashid yaitu hifz an-nafs. Penetapan PPKM memberikan dampak yang cukup besar dalam bidang ekonomi, salah satunya pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menegah (UMKM). Artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat studi pustaka (library research). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknis analisis data kualitatif Miles dkk. yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penetapan kebijakan PPKM termasuk bagi pelaku UMKM merupakan bentuk maqashid syariah yaitu hifz an-nafs. Oleh karena itu, UMKM harus mematuhi peraturan tersebut karena terkait dengan penjagaan nyawa yang mana kedudukannya lebih tinggi dari penjagaan harta dalam maqashid syariah. Namun harus tetap melihat kemafsadatan yang sedikit di antara keduanya.

Abstract

Di pundak seorang pendidik, terdapat amanah besar yang dititipkan dalam mencetak generasi yang berkarakter. Keberhasilan proses pendidikan akan bergantung pada subyek pendidikan itu sendiri. Subyek pendidikan merupakan individu yang memberikan bimbingan kepada peserta didik. Berangkat dari tugas-tugas pendidik dalam perspektif Islam, setidaknya terdapat enam karakteristik pendidik yang meliputi tugas pendidik sebagai ustadz, muallim, murabbi, mursyid, mudarris dan muaddib. Salah satu karakteristik yang paling berpengaruh ialah pendidik sebagai mursyid, dimana pendidik memiliki karakteristik sebagai seorang figur yang memberi sikap dan keteladan yang baik kepada para siswa dan siswinya. Pendidik sebagai role model akan berdampak pada perilaku peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mengaju pada pendekatan library research dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik pendidik dalam perspektif Islam dengan berdasarkan dari sumber-sumber al-Quran dan Hadis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik teladan harus dimiliki oleh pendidik. Sebab, pendidik akan menjadi pusat perhatian bagi peserta didik sebagai sosok yang dijadikan patokan, pedoman, dan acuan dalam bersikap.

Abstract

This paper aims to understand the relevance of the education character perspective of the Koran in the shape of generation Qur'anic. The phenomenon found that many students still carry out intolerant actions, brawls, sexual harassment and even acts of radicalism. Character education gets attention and has a strong enough impetus to create a generation of character today. Method research used is study library research. Technique data collection using data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. Results study this show that education character has relevance in the Qur'an. Score education has taken character namely tolerance, religion, love of peace, and love of homeland. Like in QS al - Kafirun: 6 explains suggestion tolerance where the value that can be actualized is by putting forward principle each other value difference, QS Al- Jatsiyah: 22 explains about behaviour religious reflect an awareness that every action will get a reply from God. Surah Al-Anfal: 61 explains to remember God so that one could withhold self from deed zalim and avoid contention. QS Al-Hujurat: 1 3 explains that God created man in diverse, national, and tribal ways that needed unity Among one another. To realize unity, somebody must put forward an attitude of empathy, mutual value and no hostility. With the fourth score character, the Qur'an perspective can become Foundation for shaping the qur'anic generation. The four values ​​of character education are supports that can strengthen the curriculum of Islamic religious education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract:This article discusses the relationship between religion and economic development. Both have in common in achieving a goal, namely the creation of prosperity in human life. It was initiated by the findings of Weber, who observed the behavior of Catholics and Protestants who have differences in carrying out their lives. Protestants who take advantage of the economic side in their lives make them superior to Catholics. So that an initiative emerged to carry out church reform based on the arbitrariness of the Catholic church in carrying out rites that were more used for personal interests. Through a set of rules, Islam allows and even encourages a Muslim to carry out development, especially economic development. Because as a caliph on this earth, humans are obliged to take care of, preserve, and maintain various things in this universe, and it is forbidden to destroy them. In Islamic teachings, five points form the basis of human life to achieve prosperity, namely religion (ad-din), soul (an-nafs), reason (al-aql), offspring (nasb), and property (mal). Economic development in the Islamic point of view is raised, one of which is to achieve prosperity through these five main elements. So, in this case, religion has a close relationship with aspects of economic development, as can be seen from the similarities between the two in achieving the welfare of human life.Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara agama dan pembangunan ekonomi. Keduanya memiliki kesamaan dalam mencapai suatu tujuan, yaitu terciptanya kesejahteraan dalam kehidupan manusia. Hal ini diawali dengan temuan Weber yang mengamati perilaku umat Katolik dan Protestan yang memiliki perbedaan dalam menjalankan kehidupannya. Orang Protestan yang memanfaatkan sisi ekonomi dalam hidupnya menjadikan mereka lebih unggul dari Katolik. Sehingga muncul inisiatif untuk melakukan reformasi gereja berdasarkan kesewenang-wenangan gereja Katolik dalam menjalankan ritus-ritus yang lebih banyak digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi. Melalui seperangkat aturan, Islam membolehkan bahkan mendorong seorang muslim untuk melakukan pembangunan, khususnya pembangunan ekonomi. Karena sebagai khalifah di muka bumi ini, manusia wajib menjaga, memelihara, dan memelihara berbagai hal yang ada di alam semesta ini, dan dilarang untuk dimusnahkan. Dalam ajaran Islam, lima hal yang menjadi landasan hidup manusia untuk mencapai kesejahteraan, yaitu agama (ad-din), jiwa (an-nafs), akal (al-aql), keturunan (nasb), dan harta (mal). Pembangunan ekonomi dalam pandangan Islam dimunculkan, salah satunya untuk mencapai kesejahteraan melalui lima unsur utama tersebut. Jadi, dalam hal ini agama memiliki hubungan yang erat dengan aspek pembangunan ekonomi, terlihat dari persamaan keduanya dalam mencapai kesejahteraan hidup manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of character education in the learning community at Islamic boarding schools in improving the oral skills of students. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The method of data collection and data processing uses literature studies and qualitative analysis, researchers look for data collections from scientific articles in various journals and then analyze them. The results of the study show that learning communities in Indonesia generally use a religious education model to create students' characters who are ready to use, especially in speaking in a pluralistic society, both in terms of language, culture, and religion. Therefore, this learning community is needed to realize a character, religious, and nationalist education. Because with the existence of a learning community, students can find their identity and ability to express themselvesbetter.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the interconnection integration of Quranic Tafsir and Anthropology as an analysis of the value of Islamic education in the Nyadran tradition that developed in Semedo Village, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. Nyadran by the Javanese is carried out to welcome the month of Ramadan. At first, Nyadran was a ritual of worship of ancestral spirits carried out by Hindu-Buddhist. However, as Islam came to the archipelago, this tradition was transformed so that it became a tradition containing local wisdom that synergized with Islamic values. This article uses a qualitative method of field research. Data was obtained by conducting observations, interviews and literature review. Data analysis techniques are condensation, data presentation, and concluding. This study found that the Nyadran tradition conveys many values and messages of Islamic education following the Quran and hadith in its implementation. The educational values are the values of aqidah, shari'ah values and moral values. While the messages conveyed through the Nyadran tradition include invitations to maintain cleanliness, remember death, and be devoted to parents and others.
