Abstract

The advancement of technology has made access to information easier and faster. With the development of technology, social media has emerged as a quick and easily accessible platform for conveying information. Social media can be used to access a wide range of content. This research investigates the role of social media in conveying the aspirations of the public using a qualitative descriptive research method. Data sources were derived from interviews and a literature review of relevant regulations, journals, and other sources. This study examines how social media plays a role in conveying the aspirations of the public. The findings indicate that in the management of a democratic government, social media can be used to voice aspirations. Social media users can express their aspirations through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and other social media outlets. The public has the ability to express their aspirations through videos or other formats shared on social media. Information from the public can quickly disseminate and be accessed by various individuals. Trending information typically receives a rapid response from authorities, who then work to provide solutions and address those aspirations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the impact of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Sriharjo Preneur Village community. The analysis will focus on the relationship between trust and OCB. Leadership style is a complex phenomenon consisting of three components, namely followers, leaders, and situations. How leadership is exercised is an essential factor in the growth and success of an organization. This research uses a quantitative approach, and PLS-SEM analyzes the relationship between different variables. Data was collected using a technique called simple random sampling. During the data collection stage, 92 respondents were collected, all administrators and members of Sriharjo Preneur Village. After that, the questionnaire, the research instrument, was distributed to respondents. This study found that transformational leadership had a positive and significant influence on trust, and the same results were also found for the force between transformational leadership and OCB.

Abstract

The financial sector depends on banking as a source of the country's economy. Suppose healthy banking conditions and intermediation functions are maintained well. In that case, the money circulation process and monetary policy transmission mechanisms in the economy, mainly through the banking system, will also run well. This research aims to analyze the influence of banking performance and macroeconomic factors on banking stability in Indonesia during 2017-2022. Banking performance factors are LDR, NPL, and CAR, while GDP, inflation, and BI7DRR are macroeconomic factors. This research uses STATA version 17 software, and data is collected using static panel and dynamic panel data. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained 24 regional development banks. This research found that NPL and LDR did not influence banking stability in Indonesia. In contrast, CAR and inflation had a positive and significant impact, and the BI7DRR and GDP variables had a negative and significant influence on banking stability.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of the use of the communicative approach in learning to speak Indonesian at SMPN 3 Pantai Cermin, Solok Regency, in terms of (1) the use of the communicative approach in learning Indonesian, (2) the obstacles found by Indonesian language teachers in learning to speak Indonesian, (3) solutions carried out by teachers to overcome the obstacles that exist in implementing learning to speak Indonesian. Obtained using interview techniques, observation, recording, and documentation studies. This research is classified as descriptive research. The results of the research reveal that (1) Indonesian language teachers at SMPN 3 Pantai Cermin understand the communicative approach quite well and have used it in the learning process, and (2) the obstacles faced by Indonesian language teachers in learning to speak still exist. But, it can be overcome by using this approach. Communicative, (3) the solutions taken to overcome the obstacles faced by the informants vary, to make the obstacles faced as motivation for students who are reluctant and do not want to appear in front of the class to speak.

Abstract

This research analyzes the authority of the Commercial Court in resolving bankruptcy cases of Sharia business institutions with a focus on Supreme Court Decision No. 1016 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2016 highlights legal protection for policyholders and considers Sharia principles in handling these cases. This research uses normative research methods with qualitative analysis. The result of this research is that the Sharia Economic Bankruptcy Settlement Law regulates financial issues in the Sharia economy using Islamic law principles. The process includes handling debts, religious courts, debt restructuring, and protecting creditor rights. This law ensures bankruptcy resolution per Sharia principles, protects creditors' rights, and fulfills financial obligations. Religious courts have jurisdiction, but more explicit regulations regarding handling sharia insurance bankruptcy are still needed. Commercial Court decision regarding the PT case. Mubarakah Sharia Insurance is based on the law, and the bankruptcy requirements are met. Policyholders and legal protection for them are also essential concerns, requiring better supervision, considering the principles of sharia law and justice.

Abstract

This research analyzes in depth the complex relationship between ethics, norms and law in the context of implementing Sharia Economic Law. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis studies through library literature where study sources include books, journals and the internet that are relevant to the research object. Through structured research methods, this research investigates how understanding Islamic ethics influences the norms that apply in Islamic financial practices and the important role of law in ensuring compliance with Sharia principles in every transaction and economic activity. The results of this research are that, in this domain, the main elements that form the basis of Islamic Economic Law are ethics, norms and law. Islamic ethics, which emphasizes integrity, justice, and social responsibility as core values, provides a moral foundation for action in economic activities. On the contrary, social and cultural norms, including the prohibition of usury and the principle of caution in investment, have an important role in guiding Islamic economic behavior. Law, in this context, is the formal framework that regulates and ensures compliance with Sharia principles. This includes regulations implemented by authorized institutions and enforced through the judicial system.

Abstract

This research analyzes how society views and behaves towards Islamic financial products from a sociological and anthropological perspective, which is a hot topic. The Sharia Finance Industry is at the core of the global financial map with the characteristics of Islamic moral and ethical principles. The author uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews, participant observation, and content analysis of narratives of users of Islamic financial products used in this research's qualitative methodology with sociological and anthropological approaches. The results of this research highlight how social, cultural and religious factors shape people's perceptions and behavior towards Islamic financial products. In this context, the findings show that the level of religious understanding influences positive views towards Islamic finance. Apart from that, people's financial decisions are also influenced by economic stability, social influence from family, and recommendations from their social circle. Cultural factors and the social environment are also the main determinants in the adoption of sharia finance. The implications of this research include the importance of appropriate marketing and financial education that encourages a better understanding of sharia financial principles for the community.
