Proses penyusunan skripsi pada mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi ini sering diiringi oleh tingkat stres yang tinggi, karena mahasiswa dihadapkan pada tuntutan akademik yang ketat. Salah satu faktor yang berpotensi membantu mahasiswa mengatasi stres dengan meningkatkan kebahagiaan. Tingkat stres yang tinggi dapat berdampak negatif pada kebahagiaan secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat memitigasi dampak negatif. Data menunjukan bahwa kondisi ketidakbahagiaan marak terjadi dikalangan mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran kebahagiaan mahasiswa FIP UNP yang sedang menyusun skripsi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Responden penelitian adalah mahasiswa FIP UNP yang sedang menyusun skripsi semester januari-juni 2023 sebanyak 291 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan skala kebahgaiaan mahasiswa yang disusun berpedoman pada model skala likert. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kebahagiaan mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun skripsi berada pada kategori tinggi. Artinya, mahasiswa FIP UNP yang sedang menyusun skripsi memiliki kondisi kebhagiaan yang baik. Pembahasan fokus pada aspek-aspek kebahagiaan dan implikasi terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling.

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in the field where the lack of good cooperation between parents and the school is evident in some parents only fully giving up the responsibility of educating or studying their children to the school, parents are busy working outside the home due to economic limitations. This study aims to reveal the collaboration between parents and teachers in overcoming the difficulties of students learning online during the Covid-19 period. This type of research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were 81 parents of students of SMA Negeri 2 Tilatang Kamang. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale model using percentile analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the collaboration between parents and teachers is in the good category with an average percentage of 72.84%. Details of each aspect (1) The meeting between parents and teachers during Covid was in the quite good category. (2) School communication with parents is in good category. (3) improving children's learning outcomes is in the good category. (4) Home visits are in the good category. (5) School visits are in good category. (6) Providing data to each other is in the good category. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that counselors increase parent-teacher collaboration by compiling a counseling program related to parent-teacher collaboration in overcoming student learning difficulties online.

This research is motivated by the existence of adolescents who view themselves negatively so that adolescents have low self-esteem. One of the factors thought to influence self-esteem is the social support of peers. This study aims to: (1) describe the self-esteem of adolescents in SMA Negeri 1 Kubung, (2) describe the social support of adolescent peers in SMA Negeri 1 Kubung, (3) test whether there is a relationship between peer social support with self-esteem adolescents in SMA Negeri 1 Kubung. The type of research used is correlational descriptive quantitative. The research sample consisted of 289 teenagers at SMA Negeri 1 Kubung using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used are the Likert Scale and Guttman Scale models. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and Pearson Product Moment. The results of the study revealed that: (1) peer social support for teenagers in SMA Negeri 1 Kubung was in the medium category, (2) self-esteem for teenagers in SMA Negeri 1 Kubung was in the low category, (3) there was a positive relationship significant relationship between peer social support and adolescent self-esteem at SMA Negeri 1 Kubung with r = 0.415

Cases of bullying still often occur in schools, victims of bullying come from people who are considered weak. Victims of bullying at school need to get social support from peers. Peer social support is a form of care, comfort, appreciation, or help that a person receives from another person or group. Support from peers is the most proactive way to prevent negative actions from the impact of bullying on its victims so that children who are victims of bullying do not feel alone and have the strength to fight helplessness and independence due to bullying. This study aims to describe peer social support for students who are victims of bullying in terms of aspects, namely: 1) Emotional support 2) Reward support) 3) Instrumental Support 4) Informational support) 5) Network Support. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 45 students of SMA Negeri 1 Hiliran Gumanti. The instrument used a peer social support questionnaire that had been tested for reliability with Cronbach's alpha of 0.947. The data analysis used is descriptive. The results of this study showed that peer social support for students victims of bullying as a whole was in the low category with a percentage of 42.22%. Furthermore, when viewed from each aspect, namely: 1) Emotional support is in the medium category with a percentage of 48.89% 2) Award support is in the low category with a percentage of 48.89% 3) Instrumental support is in the low category with a percentage of 55.56% 4) Informational support is in a low category with a percentage of 33.33% 5) Network support is in the medium category with a percentage of 42.22%. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the relationship between peer conformity and hedonic lifestyle in students. The type of research used is a descriptive and correlational quantitative approach. The sample in this study was SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari, which consisted of 170 students. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and pearson product moment correlation analysis with the help of the JASP version 16.3 program. the results of the study revealed that peer conformity among students was generally in the moderate category, and the hedonic lifestyle of students was in the moderate category, and there was a significant relationship between peer conformity and the hedonic lifestyle of students.

Bullying is behavior or actions that hurt someone both physically and psychologically which indicate a lack or weakness of power between the bully and the bully. Bullying is becoming more frequent due to the lack of response from various parties to these actions. The impact of bullying behavior can affect all aspects of the self, one of which can reduce students' self-confidence. This research aims to describe the self-confidence of students who are victims of bullying at MTsN 5 Agam. This research uses a quantitative approach and applies descriptive methods. Sampling was carried out using total sampling technique. The subjects in this research were 61 students who were victims of bullying at MTsN 5 Agam. The data collection instrument was a student self-confidence questionnaire using a Likert scale model. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The results showed that the self-confidence of students who were victims of bullying at MTsN 5 Agam was in the low category with a percentage of 43%, 19 students were in the medium category with a percentage of 31%, 13 students were in the high category with a percentage of 21%, and 3 students were in the very low category with a percentage of 5%. Based on these findings, guidance and counseling teachers in schools as one of the educators responsible for students can provide guidance and counseling services so that students who are victims of bullying can increase their self-confidence. Services that guidance and counseling teachers can provide to increase students' self-confidence include individual counseling services, information services, group guidance services and group counseling services.

Adolescent social interactions benefit greatly from prosocial behavior. Adolescent prosocial behavior, such as being egocentric and unconcerned with their friends, decreased during the new normal era.Empathy is one of the elements that affect prosocial behavior. The three objectives of this study are to (1) describe a picture of student empathy, (2) describe a description of students' prosocial behavior, and (3) determine whether there is a significant relationship between empathy and prosocial behavior among high school students in the new normal era. A quantitative research methodology using a descriptive and correlational approach was used. The population of the study consisted of all 214 students enrolled in SMAN 2 Ranah Pesisir, with 139 students representing as the sample using stratified random sampling. The Likert scale model and the empathy questionnaire were used to collect data on students' prosocial behavior. Percentage and correlation methods utilizing Pearson Correlation Product Moment are used in data analysis. According to the study's findings, student prosocial behavior was in the high category with a percentage of 54.0%, while student empathy was in the high category with a percentage of 68.3%. Additionally, there was a significant positive correlation between these two behaviors, with a correlation coefficient of 0.647 and a significant value of 0.000.

Children with special needs are children who need the same education and services as other children, so that they can realize that every human being must have advantages. One of the problems of children with special needs is their low self-esteem. Therefore, the problem to be studied in this research is, "Analysis self-esteem of children with special needs in Padang and its implications in guidance counseling". This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were 4 children with special needs and 8 informants. The research instruments used in this study were interview guidelines, observation and documentation. The results showed that, self-esteem of children with special needs in the aspect of self-liking was in the low category and the self-esteem in the self-competence aspect is in the medium category. The concluded is every child with special needs has a different self-esteem.

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still students who are unsure and confused about themselves in making decisions, especially on career choices. Confusion and uncertainty make it difficult for students to determine careers. This study aims to describe: (1) students' advanced career choices after graduating from high school to choose further education or work, (2) the level of self-efficacy of students who will complete high school to go to further education or work, and (3) find a relationship between self-efficacy with high school student career choices. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research type. The population of this study were students of class XII SMAN 14 Padang and the sample was 150 students. The instrument used was a scaled questionnaire which was analyzed using the percentage scale technique and the relationship between the two variables was analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique. The results showed that (1) the level of self-efficacy of students in the high category with an average percentage achievement score of 78.4%, (2) the career choice ability of students are in the high category with an average percentage score of 79%, (3) there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and career choices of students with a correlation value of 0.446 at the 99% significance level. Thus it can be interpreted that the higher the student's self-efficacy, the higher the career choice ability for students and vice versa. Based on the research results, it is suggested that counselors at SMAN 14 Padang can provide assistance to students to increase self-efficacy with provide counseling guidance in the field of career guidance with material on the types of work available in the community, regarding the gradation of positions within the scope of a position, regarding the requirements for the stage and type of education, regarding the position classification system, regarding future prospects related to the real needs of society for types of features or specific job.

This research is motivated by the existence of a phenomenon that occurs in many students of SMP Negeri 22 Padang who are victims of bullying. The purpose of this study is to describe how assertive behavior is viewed from the aspect of conveying something directly, assertively, positively and persistently, fairness in human relations, acting based on self-interest, being able to defend oneself, exercising personal rights, respecting the rights of others. the rights of others, to express feelings honestly and comfortably. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with descriptive methods. The sample in this study were 62 students of SMP N 22 who were victims of bullying. The data were obtained by giving instruments in the form of questionnaires to students. The results showed that the level of assertive behavior of students who were victims of bullying at SMP N 22 Padang had assertive behavior in general in the medium category, while the assertive behavior of students who were victims of bullying was based on the aspect of conveying something directly, assertively. , positive and persistent are generally in the medium category.
