This research was motivated by low scores in the History of Islamic Culture subject, with learning outcomes still lacking and low. This study aimed to improve student learning outcomes through classroom activities, teacher activities, and student activities. To achieve this, images were chosen as a learning medium, believed to improve student learning outcomes. This study was a classroom action research using observational methods and data collection techniques to assess learning outcomes. This study identified 32 students with low integrity in the History of Islamic Culture subject, with 22 students (69%) achieving or above the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), while 10 students (31%) were still below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). This was due to many students being lazy, not paying attention or not understanding when the teacher explained the material, some appeared unenthusiastic, and others were very busy in class. Although the material presented by the teacher seemed less engaging due to the lack of media, the material presented by the teacher appeared less engaging.

The lecture method is a method that can be called the conventional. Because from the first this method has functioned as an instrument of speech communication between teachers and students in building a correlation in the teaching and learning process. Although this method demands an active role from the teacher rather than the students, this method cannot be completely abandoned in the teaching and learning process. This method is easiest to implement when the teacher has good speaking skills. In the implementation of class IX state MTS 12 Indramayu it went well even though in its implementation there were several obstacles, including students not paying attention to the teacher's explanations, preferring to chat or even play with friends. To see how effective this method is, it can be seen from the way students listen and see the learning outcomes at the end of the lesson. Effective or not this method affects the quality of learning that occurs.

Planned education aims to create a learning environment where students actively develop their religious spirit, character, intelligence, and noble morals. Education plays a crucial role in developing students' character, a distinction slightly different from the character education children receive at home. School education embraces the concept that the teacher is the most influential figure in education, and their role is not only to impart knowledge but also to shape students' character. Therefore, the primary objective of this study is the school's efforts to develop an Islamic religious education curriculum to improve the quality of Islamic religious education learning. The subjects of this study were the front office of SDN 3 Pawidean. The results indicate that the curriculum used for grades I-IV is entirely based on the 2013 KTSP (School Based Curriculum). The challenges faced by teachers stem from the development of the syllabus, which is adapted and integrated with the school's curriculum standards.

The management of Guidance and Counseling (BK) implementation in schools has a strategic role in supporting the optimal development of student potential. This research aims to analyze effective strategies in the management of guidance and counseling implementation based on literature studies from various scientific articles. Using the literature study method, this research examines the concepts, practices, and challenges in the management of guidance and counseling in schools. The results show that effective BK management involves optimizing all resources, such as educators, infrastructure, funds, and information systems, by referring to the POAC principle (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) as stipulated in Permendikbud Number 111 of 2014. The competence of counseling teachers is an important element to ensure that counseling services are relevant to students' needs, while inter-stakeholder collaboration and the fulfillment of adequate infrastructure are key to the success of the counseling program. Continuous evaluation is also needed to improve the effectiveness of counseling services. This study concludes that the implementation of planned and systematic management strategies can support the implementation of more effective counseling, thus making a significant contribution to the development of students' character, achievement and skills. Thus, counseling services can be an important pillar in achieving national education goals.

E-learning has revolutionized the world of education by offering greater flexibility and accessibility through the use of technology. This method allows students to learn independently anytime and anywhere, integrating a variety of engaging learning media. However, its implementation faces challenges, including uneven internet access and the need for high levels of self-discipline from students. However, with technological advances such as AI, VR, and AR, e-learning has great potential to become more personalized, immersive, and adaptive. The implementation of e-learning in educational institutions such as schools and universities shows similarities in the use of technology and material management, but differs in the level of independence required by students and the context in which it is used. This research highlights that e-learning has advantages such as flexibility in time, broad access to materials, and personalization, but also disadvantages such as limited social interaction and infrastructure issues. Overall, e-learning continues to transform into an inclusive and effective educational solution, opening up new opportunities for lifelong learning.

E-learning has become a significant innovation in education, leveraging information and communication technology to provide flexible learning that transcends time and space. Its evolution has ranged from simple teaching machines in the 19th century to today's sophisticated digital platforms, supported by advances in the internet, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and AI technology. The implementation of e-learning in schools and universities shares similarities in the use of technology and accessibility of materials, but differs in the level of student independence and the complexity of the materials. While e-learning offers advantages such as flexibility, cost-efficiency, and access to extensive learning resources, it faces significant challenges such as limited access to technology, lack of social interaction, and the need for high levels of self-discipline. This study analyzes the historical development of e-learning, its implementation at various levels of education, and identifies its strengths and weaknesses as a foundation for more effective and inclusive educational transformation in the future.
