Abstract

Organisasi dapat berkembang karena adanya karyawan yang terlibat. Tujuan organisasi akan tercapai jika karyawan mengupayakan dengan baikvisi dan misi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara komunikasi efektif dengan team work pada karyawan di Seven Inc Yogyakarta. Komunikasi efektif merupakan sebuah proses pembentukan, penyampaian, penerimaan, dan pengolahan pesan yang terjadi di dalam diri individu dengan tujuan tertentu. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori dari Morgan pada team work yang telah dimodifikasi berdasarkan Dewa (2018) dan skala yang digunakan untuk meneliti komunikasi efektif adalah skala komunikasi efektif yang telah dimodifikasi berdasarkan Ardyawin (2017) berdasarkan teori dari Tubss dan Moss untuk mengumpulkan data. Subjek penelitian ini adalah laki-laki dan perempuan dengan rentang usia 20 sampai 25 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dengan subjek 100 karyawan yang berlokasi di Seven Inc Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi Spearman rho. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05). Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dan dianalisis hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini dapat diterima, artinya terdapat hubungan positif.

Abstract

Environmental Pollution is one of the main problems faced by people all over the world, especially Indonesia, if there is environmental pollution, the community can complain about it to the competent court. In this study, a problem arose regarding the authority of the State Administrative Court in adjudicating environmental case disputes (DECISION 42/G/LH/2020/PTUN.MDN). The research method used is normative juridical. The findings show that Article 47 of Law Number 5 of 1986 as amended by Law Number 9 of 2004 outlines the absolute competence of the State Administrative Court in the Indonesian justice system, including its role in assessing, deciding and resolving state problems. Administrative disputes in the case of the Medan State Administrative Court certainly have absolute and relative authority in their decisions on these disputes.

Abstract

Remaja perlu dibekali dengan berbagai hal positif untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka menghadapi proses pendewasaan. Namun bagi remaja yang tinggal di panti, banyak tantangan yang diperoleh agar dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Salah satunya adalah kepercayaan diri. Tidak adanya dukungan dari orang tua terkadang membuat anak asuh menjadi tidak percaya diri. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan satu cara untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, yaitu melalui kompetisi. Sebanyak 20 orang remaja yang menghuni Pondok Yayasan X menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Melalui metode kuasi eksperimen, diperoleh peningkatan rasa percaya diri yang signifikan setelah mengikuti intervensi dengan t(19) = -5.76, p<0.001. Intervensi ini dapat memberikan gambaran bagi pengelola panti untuk memberikan stimulus sederhana kepada anak-anak asuh agar rasa percaya diri dapat tumbuh dengan optimal. Kajian lebih lanjut tentang perlunya kompetisi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri perlu dilakukan.

Abstract

PT Jogja Eco Tourism is a tourism company operating in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. They have a number of media owned assets, such as the official website, social media accounts. This research is Field Reseach. There are eleven (11) problems that lie behind the lack of confidentiality to owned media owned by PT. Jogja Eco Tourism due to lack of management in its managerial terms such as, a) Content Planning, b) Content Building, c) SEO optimization, d) Website Management, e) Social Media Management, f) Quality Control, g) Performance Analysis, h) Interaction with Audiences, i) Integration with Marketing Strategy and also j) Compliance with Law and Ethics as well as k) Lack of human resources. A number of steps have been attempted by PT. Jogja Eco Tourism to solve eleven (11) problems on owned media. There are 6 steps that have been taken by P. jogja Eco tourism in solving these problems. The method is to: (a) set goals (b) posting consistency (c) target audiences (d) management or maintenance (e) content selection up to (f) recruitment of new employees to advance online marketing performance. The settlement has not covered legal and ethical compliance issues, considering that P.T. Jogja Eco Tourism Centre is dealing with the law at the moment.

Abstract

The company has components in supporting productivity, human resources are an important component to develop the company. Employees having work engagement can provide inherent energy and attention and give their best to their work. One of the factors of work engagement is job resources related to job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive relationship with work engagement. Employees show a positive level of feelings for the work done. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and work engagement in employees of PT. KI Special Region of Yogyakarta. Respondents from this study were company employees with male and female genders and already had the status of permanent employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection tools using the UWES-9 scale (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) developed by Bakker and Schaufeli, while the second scale uses JSS (Job Satisfaction Survey) developed by Spector. The participating subjects numbered 50 employees. Data analysis using pearson's product moment. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between job satisfaction and work engagement in employees with r = 0.715 and a significance value of p = 0.00 (p<0.05), so it can be said that the hypothesis in this study was accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze inventory control using the Economic order quantity (EOQ) method to increase the cost efficiency of raw material inventory at Maula Hijab Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a comparative method by comparing the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method with the method used by the company to control inventory. The results showed that the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in controlling raw material inventory can minimize the total inventory cost of Rp. 29.713.830 with a total purchase of 84.561 yards each time with a purchase frequency of 6 times. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method shows the number of orders that are more economical and can streamline the cost of raw material inventory than the method used by company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and acceptance of mothers who have children with special needs. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between social support and the acceptance of mothers who have children with special needs. The subjects in this study were housewives who have children with special needs with a total of 30. The measurement tools used were the scale of social support and the scale of parental acceptance. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation from Karl Pearson. The results of the study show that there is a very significant positive relationship between social support and acceptance by mothers of children with special needs with r = 0,770 and p = 0,00 (p<0,05) so that it can be said that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business is increasing from year to year, forcing companies to maintain a competitive advantage. This is important so that its products can survive among emerging competitors. This study examines one of the companies engaged in the food and beverages that are very popular today, namely Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Mixue Ice Cream & Tea was established in 1997 in China and had many outlets in Indonesia, one of which is in Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province. This study aimed to see the effect of brand image, price and product promotion of Mixue Ice Cream & Tea on consumer buying interest. This study uses a quantitative approach with a probability sampling technique. The analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM on 31 consumer students in Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province students. The findings in this study indicate that brand image and promotion variables significantly affect consumer buying interest, while price has no significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The Work from Home method of work is considered a relatively new adaptation for workers in Indonesia. This is because Indonesia only implemented it during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The pandemic period also brought problems to the level of employee productivity, which was moderated by gender roles. Data were collected from 60 employees who work with the Work From Home method. The results of this study indicate that the variable work method Work From Home has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, and gender moderates the relationship between the two, where Work From Home benefits female employees more than male employees.

Abstract

Financial literacy, financial technology, financial behavior, and financial satisfaction are very crucial for young people. This study aims to determine the factors that can produce financial satisfaction for young people. Data were collected by survey technique using online questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that financial literacy influences financial behavior. Then, financial satisfaction for young people can be formed through financial literacy and financial technology. This research provides new findings that financial behavior can mediate between financial literacy and financial technology toward achieving financial satisfaction.
