Abstract

Dengan ukuran perusahaan yang bertindak sebagai variabel moderasi, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan dan menyelidiki dampak Penerimaan Dana ZISWAF, ROE, dan Persyaratan Cadangan terhadap Piutang Murabahah. Perusahaan-perusahaan di industri keuangan, khususnya perbankan syariah pada tahun 2018–2023, menjadi sampel penelitian. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan sampel terdiri dari lima perusahaan selama periode lima tahun. Dengan menggunakan program Eviews 12, analisis regresi data panel dan analisis regresi termoderasi (MRA) adalah pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan dampak Penerimaan Dana ZISWAF terhadap Piutang Murabahah. Demikian pula, ROE menunjukkan dampak pada Piutang dari Murabahah. Piutang Murabahah tidak terpengaruh oleh Rekening Giro Wajib Minimum, sementara itu. Selanjutnya, dalam konteks moderasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the concept of transformational leadership through Jenderal Achmad Yani style and the implementation challenges face by Jenderal Achmad Yani University Yogyakarta to achieve superior accreditation. The study utilizes qualitative research. The sampling technique uses purpose sampling. Data analysis comprises four concurrent activities: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The result indicate that Jenderal Achmad Yani University implements transformational leadeship characterized by Jenderal Achmad Yani’s fighting values as role model for lecturers and educational staff. These fighting values are Nationalist, Patriotic, and Heroic. Transformational leadership through Jenderal Achmad Yani style wants to create an academic community that reflects Aditya Mahatma Dhaksa, namely a figure who is clever and wise, big-hearted, capable and expert. The challengers encountered in implementing Jenderal Achmad Yani’s version of transformational leadership include finding ways to internalize Jenderal Achmad Yani’s transformational leadership and transforming his struggle values to the employees of Jenderal Achmad Yani University Yogyakarta. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Kepemimpinan Berbasis Kekuatan dan Self-Efficacy dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Tugas melalui Keterikatan Kerja Dosen di UniversitasIslam Sultan Agung Semarang (UNISSULA). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatifdengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive sampling melibatkan dosen tetap yang telahbekerja lebih dari satu tahun. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 51 Dosen. Teknikpengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 point yang disebarkansecara fisik dan online. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Partial LeastSquare-Structural Equation Modeling (Smart PLS-SEM 3.0). Analisis data dilakukan untukmenguji wpengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis kekuatan dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja tugasbaik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung (mediasi) melalui Keterikatan kerja. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berbasis kekuatan tidak berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap Kinerja Tugas baik secara langsung maupun melalui Keterikatan kerja.Sedangkan Self – Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tugas baik secaralangsung maupun melalui Keterikatan Kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untukmemperkaya literatur mengenai hubungan antara kepemimpinan berbasis kekuatan, self-efficacy, keterikatan kerja, dan kinerja tugas, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi diIndonesia. Secara praktis, temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi institusi sepertiUNISSULA untuk mengembangkan program peningkatan self-efficacy dan keterikatan kerjadosen. Beberapa program yang disarankan seperti melalui pelatihan, pengembangan karir, danlingkungan kerja yang mendukung, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dosen.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influencing factors of Repurchase Intention on Iphone with Generation Z users in Kudus Regency. The determining factors considered are Brand Image and Perceived Value which are reinforced by the Customer Satisfaction variable. This study used quantitative research methods with non-probability sample (purposive sampling) technique that is by distributing digital questionnaires with respondents having certain categories, namely Generation Z in Kudus Regency who have purchased Iphone as much as 100 respondents. This research uses structural model analysis techniques using the Smart-PLS version 3 test tool. The results of data analysis show that Brand Image has a significant effect on Repurchase Intention, Perceived Value has a significant effect on Repurchase Intention, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Repurchase Intention, Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence between Brand Image and Repurchase Intention, and Customer Satisfaction is also able to mediate the influence between Perceived Value and Repurchase Intention. Thus, these findings contribute to Smartphone companies, especially Iphone.
