Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the application of Information Search learning strategies and learning motivation on PAI learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Merbau students as well as the interaction between learning strategies and learning motivation on PAI learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study with a population of as many as all class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Merbau consisting of 6 study groups. Based on the Cluster Random Sampling technique, one is an Information Search learning class and one is an Expository learning class. The instruments of this study are tests and questionnaires. The test of normality of the learning outcomes data is the Liliefors test, and the homogeneity test is the Fisher test and the Bartlett Test. The data analysis technique is a two-path Anava at a significant α = 0.05 followed by the Schiche test. The results showed that there was a shift in the Information Search learning strategy on the learning outcomes of PAI students of SMA Negeri 1 Merbau with high (X̅= 28.6) and Low (X̅=19.6) learning motivations. In this case, the PAI learning outcomes of students with high motivation are higher than those of pai students with low learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the behaviour of adolescents uses social media and to analyze whether there is a relationship between Islamic education and the mental health of adolescents in utilizing social media in Binjai Bakung Village, Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a research design cross-sectional. For the sampling technique use the technique of purposive sampling. The population in this study were all young men and women who attended the National Development Education Foundation (PEMNAS) Binjai Bakung, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency; in the 2022/2023 school year. While the sample is taken from a population of as many as 240 people. The inclusion criteria in this study were junior high school, high school and vocational school youth who attended the PEMNAS, were willing to be respondents and were on the spot. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) by testing the level of validity and reliability as well as conducting univariate tests and chi-square tests. Based on the results of statistical testing chi-square with-values0.248> 0.05. This means there is no relationship between social media use and adolescent mental health. This is because most teenagers prefer to access Islamic content as many as 84 people (35%) from 240 people, while teenagers who are interested in accessing entertainment content as many as 33 people (13.8%) from 240 people.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation on PAI learning achievement, the influence of discipline on PAI learning achievement, and the influence of learning motivation and discipline on PAI learning achievement at SDN 101815 Sidodadi together. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of all classes IV, V, and VI totalling 177 learners and a sample of 66 learners. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, while the data analysis technique uses instrument tests, validity, and reliability tests. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F tests, and efficiency determination. The results revealed that there was a positive and significant influence between learning motivation on PAI learning achievement of 6,076 > 1,999 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, while the influence between discipline on PAI learning achievement was 6,659 > 1,999 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The influence between learning motivation and discipline on PAI learning achievement was jointly obtained by 41,657 > 3,140 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a determination value of R 0.569 (56.9 %) means that 56.9% of PAI learning achievement is influenced by learning motivation and discipline factors. In comparison, 43.1% is influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study, such as family, environmental, economic, facility and other factors.

Abstract

This study was aimed at determining the existence of prophetic learning to improve spiritual intelligence through the tahfidz Al-Qur’an program for grade 8 students at SMPN 1 Deket Lamongan. The method applied was a qualitative method with a natural setting, where the researcher conducted research in the field naturally which then produced several findings. First, the existence of prophetic learning included the values ​​of humanization, liberation, and transcendence, which was the implementation of attitudes to solve students’ moral degradation problem. Second, fostering spiritual intelligence by embedding prophetic characters through memorizing Al-Qur’an. Third, the tahfidzul Qur’an process program used talqin, tasmi’ and muroja’ah methods. Fourth, supporting factors included: competent teachers in the field of tahfidz Al-Qur’an, adequate facilities and infrastructure, motivational support and appreciation from all stakeholders in the school environment and tahfidz graduation. Inhibiting factors included; there were students that were unable to read Al-Qur’an, some never recite at home, some were lack motivation from parents and students’ lack of concentration because they often play online games. Novelty was also found that one of the students was classified as an inclusive student, so the approach in the tahfidz Al-Qur’an program was different from other students. Tahfidz teachers at SMPN 1 Deket never discriminated against their students. Inclusive students needed special attention and approach to repeat their memorization. From the experience of teachers who taught were by using methods of Tikrarul Mahfudz, Kitabul Mahfudz, and Isati’amul Mahfudz methods.

Abstract

The study analyzes disciplinary culture in elementary schools. A discipline is a form of human morality. Discipline is a value related to self-control against the rules that apply in society. Discipline is expected to form good morals and order in society. Students with discipline will be able to have a positive influence on life after they leave the education level and the discipline will grow into provisions in the future. The research used a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques were carried out through; observation, interview, and documentation. Furthermore, the research data is presented in a descriptive narrative form. The results of the study show that setting an example for students by performing the Zuhur and Asr prayers together, motivates students to take part in extracurricular activities to improve skills and train discipline, give advice, carry out class pickets, and provide motivation that is inserted in every lesson. times of opportunity, and provide warnings or punishments.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the learning model of Islamic Religious Education in Islamic boarding schools and reveal its implications for learning Islamic religious education in public schools. The approach of the research is qualitative, and descriptive-analytical is the method. The data in this study were obtained through 1) Observation, 2). Interviews, 3) documentation. The results of this study indicate that this research has implications for three things: developing the concept of learning Islamic Religious Education in public schools, developing the implementation of learning Islamic Religious Education in public schools and developing an evaluation system for learning Islamic Religious Education in public schools. Then the implementation consists of learning in the classroom, habituation inside and outside the classroom and Islamic conditioning life in the school environment.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the professional competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes and interprets objects according to what they are to describe the overall situation or event. The results of the study revealed that Akidah Akhlak Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Medan Model has not fully implemented the professional competency indicators contained in Law Number 14 of 2005. Some of the indicators that have been applied include having knowledge and mastery of the field of study being fostered, indicators of having the right attitude towards oneself, peer schooling, and the field of study being fostered, and indicators of having teaching skills. The findings reveal that indicators that have not been fully implemented are indicators of knowing the learning and behavior of learners.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of game application learning media on Islamic Religious Education materials. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) approach of Brog and Gall mode. The subjects in this study were students of class X MAS al-Washliyah Stabat, while the object of this research was the development of game-based learning media. The data collection instruments used were observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the feasibility level of game application learning media according to material experts was categorized as valid with a score of 86, media experts were categorized as very valid with a score of 91 and linguists were also categorized as valid with a score of 83 so that a cumulative score of 86.7 was obtained with a valid category. The level of practicality of the game application learning media was carried out to 20 students of class X on the learning material of aqidah morals who were experts in the field of Islamic education, the results obtained were responses in the use of media with honest method that was beautiful as a form of application of the commendable nature contained in the moral material obtained a score of 94,2. For the development of effective application-based learning media from the application of this game media, namely, the material presented is easier to understand, teachers from the schools studied also considered this media suitable to be applied because it is more practical.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of loose parts media made from cardboard and sand in learning at the Islamic Children's School TKIT Permata Hati Kartasura Sukoharjo. The research subjects were teachers, informants such as school leaders, and students. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification, namely drawing conclusions and verifying the collected data. The results showed that loose parts media designed in ships and simple musical instruments have successfully stimulated the growth of 6 aspects of child development. Aspects of Moral Religion Values with the introduction of seawater that ships pass as a creation of God. Gross motoric physical aspects such as rowing. Physical aspects of fine motor skills include feeling the smooth and rough parts of the ship. A cognitive aspect with counting the number of doors, windows, and stairs on the boat. A language aspect with mentioning the vowel letters on the ship. Aspects of Social Emotional like patiently waiting for their turn in holding the boat. An aspect of art with hearing, imitating, and singing songs about ships. It is also strengthened by playing a musical instrument from a bottle filled with sand.
