<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the function of communication in a mosque management which is very important in managing mosque management. In the management of the mosque, of course, there are problems that arise both within the administrators and the relationship between the congregation and the mosque's management. Given the importance of administrator communication in mosque management to achieve mosque prosperity because administrators must be able to manage mosques. The purpose of this research is to find out how the mosque management communicates in the management of the mosque in the mosque. This study used a qualitative research method by collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation on the management of the Baburahmah mosque. The data collection technique that the authors did was interview, observation and documentation with the management of the Baburahmah mosque and the congregation of the Baburahmah Jorong Tiakar mosque. The data analysis technique that the writer uses is the presentation of data and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in mosque management there are two types of management, namely Idarah Binail Maaddiy (physical management) and Idarah Bina Ar-Ruhi (function of the mosque). In the communication of mosque administrators for the management of the Baburah Jorong Tiakar mosque, the function of communication here is very important in carrying out the management of the Baburahmah mosque. From Iarah Binail Maaddiy (physical management) there are three discussions, namely the communication of mosque administrators in creating a large and beautiful mosque, the communication of mosque administrators in creating a clean and healthy mosque and the communication of mosque administrators in secretarial management and administration. From Idah Bina Ar-Ruhi (Functions of the Mosque) there are 2 points, namely: the communication of the mosque management in carrying out the function of the mosque as a place of worship and communicating the mosque as a center for religious education.]]>

<![CDATA[Agencies or companies consider that an organization's success can be achieved only by having employees who have high competence. However, in reality, many highly competent employees cannot work optimally. This can be seen from the lack of employee enthusiasm for working (dedication) and low enthusiasm for completing work (vigor), so employee engagement with the organization is weak. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support and job characteristics on employee engagement. Data collection was carried out using the perceived organizational support scale created by Eisenberg (1986), the Hackman & Oldham (1976) job characteristics scale, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale created by Schaufeli et al. (2003). The results of this research show that perceptions of organizational support and job characteristics simultaneously influence employee engagement of Civil Servants in District X amounted to 61.6%, while changes in employee engagement were caused by other factors amounting to 38.4%.]]>

<![CDATA[One interesting case to examine is when a soldier is suspected of committing the crime of document forgery, which is one of the prerequisites for becoming a TNI soldier before the perpetrator officially becomes a TNI soldier. The objective of this research was to demonstrate the importance of considering the tempus delicti (time of the offense) when determining the jurisdiction of the judiciary. This qualitative research employed a descriptive approach to systematically gather data that were systematic, factual, and expedient in line with the condition when this study was conducted. The findings indicated that when a soldier is suspected of committing the crime of document forgery, a requirement for becoming a TNI soldier before their official enlistment, the jurisdiction of the civilian court system applies.]]>

<![CDATA[The state considers that all forms of violence, especially domestic violence, constitute violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity. The objective of this study was to demonstrate that the integrity and harmony of a household can be disrupted if the quality and self-control cannot be maintained, ultimately leading to domestic violence and causing a sense of insecurity or injustice to those within the household. This qualitative research used a descriptive approach to systematically gather data that were factual and rapid in line with the condition when this study was conducted. The results showed that every individual within a household, in carrying out their rights and responsibilities, must be guided by religion. Such principles need to be nurtured and developed to build the integrity of a household.]]>

<![CDATA[In today's information and technology era, television media has a very important role in shaping opinions and influencing people's views. The existence of da'wah programs on television media is not only about increasing the number of impressions, but also how these programs can really permeate and have a positive impact on society. Therefore, the strategy of da'wah programs in television media requires special attention and in-depth study. The method in this article uses a literature study, which is a method with data collection by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. From the results of the research, an attractive and quality program strategy is very important to increase the existence of da'wah programs on television media. In addition, cooperation with related parties and promotion through social media can also help increase the number of viewers. In the increasingly fierce competition of television media, da'wah programs must continue to innovate and adapt to technological developments and viewers' needs in order to remain effective in delivering da'wah messages. The effectiveness of da'wah programs on television media can be influenced by various factors. Therefore, several strategies can be used in da'wah programs on television media with a focus on how to improve the existence and effectiveness of da'wah messages.]]>

<![CDATA[Arranged marriage is a method of finding a husband/wife partner carried out by a third party, whether parents or others. In this research, it is a case of the influence that occurs as a result of a child being chosen by his parents as a mate which results in divorce. This case was determined by the Stabat Religious Court with case number 345/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Stb. There are two points that are the main focus of this issue, with the aim of finding out the influence of arranged marriages which can result in divorce and then the decision of the Stabat Religious Court regarding divorce due to arranged marriages. This study uses a qualitative method. Data analysis using descriptive methods This type of research is research using a normative legal approach method that examines literature studies, namely research on secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this research is that the wife's petition for divorce was granted by the panel of judges at the Stabat Religious Court and charged all court costs to the Petitioner.]]>

<![CDATA[Activities to minimize a problem or resolve conflicts in the family are a form of family conflict management that is always used in the mediation process at the Religious Court. Mediation is a way of resolving disputes through a negotiation process to obtain an agreement between the parties with the assistance of a mediator according to PERMA No. 1 of 2016. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods and field research with primary data sources, namely covering the results of interviews and observations at the Stabat Class I B Religious Court and secondary data sources from Perma No. 16 of 2016 as well as scientific papers relevant to the title of the researcher's thesis. Data collection techniques by means of direct interviews with judge or non-judge mediators in the Religious Court and documentation. The results showed that the application of family conflict management in mediation at the Stabat Religious Court has been maximally carried out, but because every case registered with the Religious Court is mostly a case that already has an agreement to divorce, the mediator as a third party in the peace process is only able to carry out his duties according to his authority, namely as a neutral party, the rest of all decisions are on the litigants. Therefore, it can be concluded that although family conflict management is always used in mediation, it is still unable to support mediation as an alternative in reducing divorce rates in Langkat Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The Prohibition of Staying at Home for newlyweds is one of the customs in Nagari Sungai Limau which is still maintained today, this cannot be separated from Niniak Mamak's role as a traditional leader who tries to maintain traditions that have been used for generations. Thus, in this modern era, of course, a communication strategy is needed to maintain adat amidst the rise of educated nephews who migrate to various regions. Of course this is one of the obstacles experienced by Niniak Mamak in maintaining the custom of not living in the same house for newlyweds. The type of research used is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection method used is observation by means of which researchers see directly field activities, interviews by appointing several sources needed in data collection, and documentation in the form of files/data obtained from the Guardian's Office Nagari Sungai Limau. The results showed that Niniak Mamak's Communication Strategy in Maintaining the Customary Prohibition of Staying at Home for Newlyweds in Nagari Sungai Limau, can be proven by the habits that are applied at every celebration of Idhul Fitri with the strategy of gathering all the children of nephews at the Nurul Huda Nagari Sungai Limau Mosque, then Niniak Mamak will give directions to her nephews regarding customs including the Prohibition of Staying at Home for Newlyweds, during the event the nephew's children may only listen without being allowed to speak. And also Niniak mamak did the Sitting Mamak activity before holding the marriage contract for her nephew's children to provide directions and information related to the Customary Prohibition of Staying at Home for Newlyweds.]]>

<![CDATA[Online gambling is a gambling game that is widespread among all levels of society. In this research, the impact that occurs due to husbands who are online gambling addicts leads to divorce. <![CDATA[The provision of suspensions and administrative sanctions is intended as an effort to develop personnel and provide a deterrent effect for law violators, and to prevent other TNI soldiers from imitating them. The aim of this research is to show that TNI soldiers are different from civilians who are only bound by general legal rules, TNI soldiers are not only bound by general legal rules but also bound by military legal rules (military disciplinary law and military criminal law), so it can be said that it is not easy. for a TNI soldier when faced with the implementation of legal regulations. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that TNI soldiers who violate the law are subject to suspension and administrative sanctions are two things that are closely related to the legal process and personnel development. This condition causes special burdens for a TNI soldier who violates the law because it impacts his career and income.]]>
