Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on service users at PT. Pawnshop Sharia Sarolangun short market. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection methods namely interviews, observation and documentation and using data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Informants in this study are employees and customers who are involved. The results of this study indicate that the covid-19 pandemic has had little impact on service users at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun, this is because during the covid-19 pandemic many people were less stable in the economy which was caused by several policies set by the government in order to eradicate the spread of the covid-19 virus. PT. Pegadaian Syariah Pasar Singkut Sarolangun provides the best possible effort to provide good service and in accordance with health procedures that have been established during the Covid-19 pandemic. This can be seen from the several dimensions that have been described, namely security, service quality, guarantees provided and employee responsiveness which is always paid attention to by PT. Sharia Pegadaian Pasar Singkut Sarolangun.

Abstract

This research examines the analysis of frontliner service quality on customer satisfaction with transaction at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Marelan Raya. This research aims to understand the quality of frontliner service on customer satisfaction, as well as analyze the ompact on customer and what is more about this sharia bank. The method in this research is qualitative which also involves documentation analysis and interviews with the bank. The results of the research show that Bank Sumut Syariah has provided a very good level of service but still needs to improve sevice to customer to minimize risk that may aris in the future. It also needs to be avoided so that analyzing customer complaints should not be done alone to avoid the emergence of non-objective assessments of customer.

Abstract

In life in the world of work there are bound to be things that contradict employees' performance of their work. Of course, there are still odd things found while working that do not immediately support the values ​​of a job, with this, human resources have a very important role and need to be given serious attention. Employees or employees are human resources who are very vital in improving the performance or even progress of an organization. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the extent of the influence of human resource development on employee performance in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch. The results of research carried out in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, which used an interview method with office employees, the researchers obtained results, which turned out to be by all means and development of human resources in this office such as training, evaluating and improving performance makes human resources in this office better. By using qualitative methods through interview techniques with employees in the business support section of PT Sucofindo Medan Branch, it is hoped that the data received will be data that can be trusted and has good value. Apart from that, the researcher also refined it by looking for several references from previous studies so that the content of the results produced would be even better.

Abstract

This research focuses on identifying and analyzing risks that can affect the implementation of housing construction projects in response to increasing population. A survey method using a questionnaire was used to collect data from stakeholders regarding housing construction projects. The results of risk identification based on events and consequences show that K3L and bureaucratic, natural and information aspects are high risks based on events, while social and location, external, planning and implementation management aspects are significant risks based on events. Based on consequences, natural aspects and government policies are considered high risk, while social, location and internal aspects are considered significant risk. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) confirmed these findings. The implications of the results of this research include the need to adopt proactive strategies in risk management, strengthening capacity in dealing with critical risks, government involvement in addressing policy and natural risks, as well as emphasizing social and location aspects in planning and implementing housing construction projects. These findings can serve as a basis for improving risk management in the context of uncertainty in the implementation of residential construction projects and the development of more effective industrial policies.

Abstract

The implementation of the internship program which took place on 16 January-16 February 2022 at the housing and residential areas and land services of Deli Serdang district was packaged with the concept of 1) problem solving by students taking part in the internship program after carrying out the problem identification stage and 2) implementing a series of training activities by the housing and residential areas and defense services for students taking part in the internship program. The methods used in this internship program are summarized in three stages, namely 1) preparation stage, 2) implementation stage, and 3) evaluation stage which includes making a final report. This skills internship program is effective as a place for students to practice the knowledge they have absorbed in lectures directly in the workplace, increase students' insight and experience, improve students' skills and competencies in certain areas of expertise through various training, and equip students with skills that can be utilized. after graduating from college. Through the implementation of this skills internship program, students are not only required to do work practice at partner companies where they do internships. Students are also trained to be able to work and collaborate in teams and be effective in improving skills and competencies in certain areas of expertise.

Abstract

This research aims to find out housing policies and residential areas, the legal framework for housing facilities, public institutions and services, the provision of housing facilities, public institutions and services such as laws and procedures for providing public housing, housing work. and work. The research method used is very good, while the source of information is the staff of the Deli Serdang Regency Housing and Development Office. Abstract

The study investigates the effects of digital transformation on business electronics on the efficiency of sharia bank operations in Indonesia. Shariah banks in Indonesia are seeking to improve their operational efficiency through investments in digital transformation in the light of rapid technological change. Surveys, interviews, and data analysis from the leading sharia bank in Indonesia are used to conduct research. Studies show that implementing digital transformation into the sharia bank's business electronics system has helped improve operational efficiency, including reducing operating costs, providing better service to customers, and improving accessibility. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of budget realization and financial performance at the personnel and Human Resource Development Agency of Pematang Siantar. The data used in this study is secondary data pbtained from the BKPSDM budget realization report data analysis the data used is quantitative analysis by calculating the efficiency ratio and growth ratio of budget realization in 2020-2022. The results of the study show that the performance of the budget realization Office of the personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Pematang Siantar from 2020-2022 can be seen from the analysis of the spending efficiency ratio with an average of 87.30% which reflects a fairly efficient, where the realization of spending is smaller than the budget. Then the analysis of spending variants Bkpsdm Pematang Siantar as a whole for 3 years showed good financial performance. Where from 2020-2022 Bkpsdm Pematang Siantar uses less than the budgeted amount.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Company Value. This research uses a sample of automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 using the purposive sampling method. The data used are the financial statements of automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2022 and there are 12 companies that meet the criteria. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 25. The results of testing this hypothesis show that there is a significant influence between Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Company Value, while Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin has no effect on Company Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of management style on work motivation and the influence of leadership on organizational behavior. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of this research show that every manager can determine the direction of an organization. Its limitations are the reason for the formation of organizational or work motivation, the influence of differences in management styles used in management. One of the impacts of this leadership style is that it can influence someone. This effect applies to any workplace or organization.
