Abstract

Indonesia has a significant problem of economic inequality between regions. This can give rise to inequality and social injustice. The government, in its efforts to achieve economic equality between regions in its national development strategy, has provided several policies, however, it also needs a national development strategy with an Islamic perspective to perfect these policies. This study employed a qualitative approach as its research methodology, specifically focusing on library research. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand complex and multidimensional phenomena. In facing the challenges, challenges and failures in the national development strategy in Indonesia in the last 10 years, Islamic Economics can provide alternative solutions that can strengthen the parts that according to Islamic Economics must also be considered in order to strengthen the National Development strategy that can minimize and neutralize, one of which is by paying attention to Sharia Economic Principles in terms of development such as justice, balance and poverty. Therefore, the national development strategy implemented must pay attention to these principles. From the standpoint of Islamic economic development, Indonesia's development focus for the past ten years has been irrelevant. This is a result of the Indonesian government continuing to focused on infrastructure development and is not fully in accordance with sharia principles, and is lacking in improving the aspect of human resources.

Abstract

Use of the Transect method as a participatory planning method in exploring potential and problems visually as well as practice in participatory development planning in the Village Poverty has been a phenomenal problem throughout Indonesia's history as a nation-state. This poverty causes areas to be neglected and isolated. Development inequality appears and has an impact on the increasingly left behind poor villages. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, explains that the Village Government and village communities work together to develop in a spirit of mutual cooperation in the context of utilizing natural resources to achieve improvements in the welfare of village communities and their quality of life through sustainable use of natural resources and the environment. These efforts start from planning, implementation, to monitoring and evaluation with the right approach and methods. The question is whether village government officials in Indonesia understand and master planning methods and identify potential and problems in their villages. This article discusses a technique for identifying village potential and problems that can be used in the planning process at the village level. One method that is quite relevant in assessing the conditions of rural areas is the Participatory Planning Method which is considered quite effective for identifying potential, problems and formulating appropriate alternative solutions in a participatory manner.

Abstract

The research results show that investment knowledge (X1) has a significant positive effect on investment interest (Y). This is proven by carrying out statistical tests which produce a significant value of Tcount 5.782 > Ttable 1.662 and a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Technological progress (X2) shows that there is a significant positive influence on investment interest (Y). This is proven by the value of tcount > ttable of 7.988 > 1.662 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Investment knowledge and technological advances together have a significant influence on investment interest. This is known by the significant value for (X1) and (X2) simultaneously having an effect on (Y) of 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of fcount > ftable (99.240 > 3.100). The coefficient of determination shows that the influence of the independent variables (X1) and (X2) on (Y) has an influence of 68.3% and the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other variables outside that were not examined in this research. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that the higher the investment knowledge and technological advances, the higher the student's interest in investing

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are buying and selling activities and providing services to the community with the aim of making a profit, but the empowerment of MSMEs is not due to the fact that there are still many obstacles, such as the difficulty for MSMEs to obtain financing facilities from financial institutions, so they are forced to take out loans from loan sharks whose interest rates are high and suffocating. thus causing businesses to go out of business, to overcome this problem MSMEs need Islamic financial institutions with a profit sharing scheme, namely mudharabah contracts or financing/investments which are usually mudharabah products found in Islamic Cooperatives, Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI), Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). The Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) and the Syirkah Bersama Cooperative (KSBB) are both working together to create a new innovation in the form of Mudharabah Linked Waqf which optimizes and manages cash waqf funds in an organized manner so that it is hoped that it can help MSMEs to develop further.
