Abstract

In the context of higher education, lecturers' capacity to engage in innovative work behavior is critical to institutional development and academic excellence. This study investigates the role of knowledge sharing and perceived organizational support in enhancing creative self-efficacy and their combined influence on innovative work behavior among university faculty members. This study aimed to develop and test a mediation model in which creative self-efficacy acts as a psychological mechanism linking social-organizational factors to innovation outcomes. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 79 lecturers at a state university in Indonesia. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to assess the proposed model. The results show that both knowledge sharing and perceived organizational support significantly predict creative self-efficacy, which in turn directly affects innovative behavior. Furthermore, creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship between the two predictors and innovative behavior. These findings provide theoretical insights into the role of self-efficacy in mediating the social and organizational drivers of innovation. Practically, this study suggests that universities should foster collaborative environments and invest in psychological empowerment to enhance faculty innovation. This study contributes to the advancement of multidimensional innovation models in academic contexts.

Abstract

With social support acting as a moderating factor, this study attempts to ascertain how employee performance is affected by burnout and work-related stress in the food business in Kuningan, Indonesia. Participants were given a standardized questionnaire as part of a quantitative survey approach. A statistical method was used to analyze the data and determine how the variables related to one another. Every participant gave their free and informed permission to participate in the study. Structural equation modeling (SEM) approaches were employed in data analysis to test the hypotheses made in the conceptual framework and assess the intricate relationships among study elements. In the context of the food processing business, empirical research supports a considerable negative link between employee performance and job stress and mental burnout. Additionally, social support effectively moderates the influence's strength, showing that while job stress and burnout have a detrimental impact on performance, social support can lessen those effects. These results highlight how crucial it is for businesses to prioritize the psychological health of their staff members and offer sufficient social support in order to boost worker productivity and performance in the food sector.

Abstract

Intensive nickel mining activities in North Morowali Utara Regency have resulted in severe environmental degradation, including soil damage, biodiversity loss, and water pollution. This study aims to analyze the impact of sustainable integrated farming development as a reclamation strategy for former nickel mining land, and to evaluate the sustainability of this system from economic, ecological, and social perspectives. The research was conducted in Molores and Molino Villages using an exploratory qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, field observations, focus group discussions (FGDs), and Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis based on the Rapfish method. The findings indicate that the implementation of integrated farming combining agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, and organic waste processing can effectively restore soil fertility, increase household income, and enhance community resilience in food and energy. The sustainability index indicated a "moderately sustainable" status, with the highest score observed in the economic dimension. This system also reduces community dependency on the mining sector and promotes active participation in environmental conservation. Sustainable integrated farming has proven to be an effective, community-based reclamation solution and is highly replicable in other post-mining areas.
