Abstract

Customer loyalty is one of the foundations for assessing bank performance; loyal customers reflect loyalty to continue using bank products and services. In order to achieve customer loyalty, it is necessary to analyze several things, including customer relationship management, price perception, and customer satisfaction. The population used is PT BPR BKK Blora (Perseroda). The number of samples in this study includes 100 respondents taken using the Slovin formula. In this study, several tests were used, namely the description of respondents and variables, instrument tests on validity tests (KMO> 0.5 and component matrix> 0.4), and reliability tests (Cronbach alpha> 0.7), then in the regression test using the coefficient of determination test, F test (sig <0.05) and t test (sig <0.5). In the mediation test, the Sobel test was used (sig <0.05). Based on the results of the data analysis, a positive and significant influence was obtained between variables with a sig value <0.05 on: 1) CRM on satisfaction. 2) Price perception on satisfaction. 3) CRM on loyalty, 4) Price perception on loyalty, and 5) satisfaction on loyalty. The Sobel test also shows a similar result, with a sig value of <0.05, indicating that satisfaction mediates the influence of CRM and price perception on loyalty.

Abstract

Employee performance over the past three years has been all over the place, therefore something needs to be done about it. With employee job satisfaction serving as a moderating variable, this study seeks to further analyse the effects of participatory leadership, organisational culture, and training on employee performance. The researchers in this study drew their 100-person sample using the Slovin technique. The hypothesis test found that there was a positive and statistically significant relationship between employee performance and factors such as participative leadership, organisational culture, and job satisfaction. The impact of training on employee performance was unfavourable but not statistically significant. Employee Job Satisfaction was found to moderate the association between Organisational Culture and Employee Performance, according to the results of the moderation test.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial performance on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the manufacturing sector in Yogyakarta. Financial performance in this study was measured using Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio), Solvency (Debt to Equity Ratio), Activity (Total Asset Turnover), and Profitability (Return on Assets). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research sample consists of 50 active manufacturing MSMEs selected purposively during the period 2022 to 2024. Data is collected through questionnaires and financial statement documentation. The results of the study show that the ratio of activity and profitability has a significant effect on business growth, while the ratio of liquidity and solvency has no significant effect. These findings show that operational efficiency and profit-generating ability are key factors in driving MSME growth. This research contributes to MSME actors in improving financial management, as well as being the basis for local governments in designing sustainable financial training programs.

Abstract

It is challenging to envision a situation where the level of grit among industrial company workers remains unidentified and unmeasured especially considering that these individuals belong to the millennial generation, which is widely regarded as difficult to manage. Moreover, it remains unclear whether grit influences job-hopping behavior or vice versa. In this sector, job-hopping appears to be both a reflection and a determinant of worker grit. A strong association exists between employee grit and job-hopping, which in turn is linked to improvements in management outcomes. This study employed a quantitative method, distributing 100 questionnaires among a population of 328,673 workers in the industrial sector located in Purwakarta Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The findings suggest that higher grit levels among workers contribute to increased job-hopping behavior, and there is a significant correlation between grit and positive developments in job-hopping patterns. It is recommended that company management adopt a persuasive policy approach to strategically manage worker grit, ensuring that job-hopping remains under control. One of the biggest challenges for management is to handle the constantly shifting work behavior of millennial employees an inconsistency that is likely to persist due to the unique characteristics of this generation in the workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of fish farmer empowerment strategies implemented by the Fish Farmer Group (Pokdakan) in Lumajang Regency, with a focus on strengthening human resources (HR) and applying appropriate fish farming technology. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Informants include the Head of the Fisheries Department, fisheries extension officers, and active members of the Pokdakan. The research findings indicate that empowerment strategies through technical training, continuous mentoring, and the utilization of innovative technologies such as circular ponds, aerators, and probiotics have a positive impact on enhancing HR capacity, cost efficiency, and business productivity. The application of appropriate aquaculture techniques has also successfully promoted technical independence among farmers and strengthened the institutional framework of the group. Additionally, market access and social networks among members have expanded, indicating improved competitiveness of aquaculture businesses. In conclusion, the empowerment strategies implemented are effective and have the potential to serve as a model for other regions, although equitable access to training and financial support for all groups remains necessary. Recommendations are provided to ensure future empowerment programs are more inclusive and sustainable

Abstract

Technology has advanced with the use of AI, but human resources, as the primary asset in achieving company goals, remain irreplaceable. The current performance problem is low employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, compensation on employee engagement, the work environment on employee performance, the work environment on employee engagement, and employee engagement on employee performance. The number of respondents was 200 respondents. The research sample was determined using stratified random sampling. Data analysis in this study used SEM PLS to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The SEM PLS analysis results indicate that compensation affects employee engagement, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, and employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance. However, compensation hurts employee performance, while the work environment does not affect employee engagement. The AHP analysis results indicate that compensation is the primary factor in improving employee performance. The conclusion of the study states that although compensation has a negative effect on employee performance, if it is not fulfilled it will cause job dissatisfaction, therefore employee compensation must be considered and increased by employees in order to create a bond between employees and the company which will improve employee performance in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing cybersecurity awareness and behavior among students of IPB University by integrating the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Data were collected through an online survey involving 255 students and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that behavioral intention and awareness significantly influence cybersecurity behavior. Variables such as attitude, subjective norms, response efficacy, and perceived severity contribute significantly to shaping intention and awareness, whereas perceived vulnerability and self-efficacy do not directly affect intention. These results reinforce the validity of integrating PMT and TPB in explaining cybersecurity behavior determinants and offer practical implications for developing evidence-based cybersecurity literacy programs in academic settings.
