This thesis discusses transportation collaboration strategies in export and import activities at PT. XYZ to reduce carbon emissions. The research aims to identify efficient shipping methods that can minimize environmental impact. Through an analysis of various collaboration schemes, this study evaluates the comparison of carbon emissions produced from collaborative and non collaborative shipping. The research findings indicate that non-collaborative shipping generates approximately 1,680,102,896 tons of carbon emissions annually, whereas collaborative shipping has successfully reduced emissions to 699,743tons per year, achieving a total reduction of 58%. The implementation of collaboration strategies not only positively impacts emission reduction but also provides financial benefits to the company, with transportation cost savings of up to 15%. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of green policies in the transportation and logistics industry.

This study aims to examine the impact of shift work systems on burnout among hospital healthcare workers using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the PRISMA method. A total of 55 articles were identified, of which 20 met the inclusion criteria (2021–2025). The review findings indicate that night shifts, long working hours (10–12 hours), and high workloads are the main factors contributing to burnout, characterized by emotional exhaustion, decreased concentration, and physical and mental health disturbances. These conditions not only affect the well-being of healthcare workers but also have implications for the quality of care and patient safety. Therefore, hospital management should design more humane shift policies through regular rotation, limitation of working hours, and organizational support such as counseling services and mental wellness programs.

The Indonesian souvenir industry, especially culinary-based small and medium enterprises, continues to grow in response to rising tourism activity. limited research integrates customer experience, customer engagement, and social media advertising within a single model to explain consumer loyalty, particularly while examining the mediating role of customer satisfaction. This study addresses that gap by investigating how these three marketing variables influence loyalty, customer satisfaction serving as the intervening factor, using Bu Rudy Surabaya as the research context. A quantitative (associative) design was applied, involving 100 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Data were processed using SmartPLS to evaluate both measurement and structural components. The findings reveal that customer experience and customer engagement enhance customer satisfaction, which then mediates their impact on loyalty. Social media advertising does not generate a significant effect on either satisfaction or loyalty. Customer experience emerges as the most influential determinant of consumer responses. The study offers an integrated empirical perspective on consumer behavior in culinary-based small and medium enterprises and provides practical recommendations for improving loyalty through strengthened experiences and meaningful customer engagement.

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a coffee shop business in Lidah Wetan, Lakarsantri District, Surabaya City. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, which focuses on the analysis of three main feasibility indicators: Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), and Return On Investment (ROI). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies from six coffee shops as samples. The results of the study indicate that all business units analyzed are declared feasible to run. This is evidenced by the value of the three financial ratios which are consistently above the feasibility threshold (>1). The average R/C Ratio of 3.98 indicates that every Rp1 of costs incurred generates revenue of Rp3.98. The average B/C Ratio of 2.98 indicates that every Rp1 of costs generates a net profit of Rp2.98. Meanwhile, the average ROI of 2.98% proves that the investment made provides a positive return.

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and technology utilization on smart city acceptance by integrating humanistic aspects as a mediating variable within the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of Jember Regency. The background of this study stems from the Jember Regency Government’s effort to implement the “Jember Kota Pintar” (J-KOPI) application as a digital innovation to realize smart city-based governance. This research employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The population consisted of civil servants (ASN) within Jember Regency’s OPD, with 110 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant effect on the integration of humanistic aspects, technology utilization, and smart city acceptance. Furthermore, technology utilization has a significant positive effect on smart city acceptance. The integration of humanistic aspects mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and smart city acceptance. These findings highlight that the success of smart city implementation is not solely determined by technological readiness, but also by human values and leadership styles that inspire change. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of transformational leadership and human-centered integration in optimizing technology adoption in the public sector, particularly in the implementation of the J-KOPI-based smart city in Jember Regency.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the insights into willingness to pay and environmental factors of attitude-intention on electric vehicle adoption in Indonesia. This research used a quantitative research method in the form of a survey using a purposive sampling technique applied to 220 respondents who planned to use electric vehicles. We used Multivariate Data Analysis, as the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, to analyse the data through SmartPLS Version 4.0. The findings showed that: willingness to pay positively and significantly affects the intention to adopt electric cars; environmental awareness positively but insignificantly affects the intention to adopt electric cars. Environmental cognition negatively influences intention to adopt electric vehicles. In addition, willingness to pay has a significant positive effect on perceived value, while environmental awareness has a negative and insignificant effect, and environmental cognition produces the same results. This study shows that perceived value has a significant positive effect on the intention to adopt electric vehicles and mediates the relationship between willingness to pay and environmental cognition in the intention to adopt. Overall, the data confirms that willingness to pay and environmental awareness reinforced by "perceived value" are significant factors in increasing the intention of Indonesian people to use electric cars.
