Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of RSUD Sultan Muhammad Jamaludin I using the Balanced Scorecard from the financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth perspectives for the 2021–2024 period based on available financial and operational data. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 patients and employees via Google Forms, while secondary data consisted of financial/operational reports, revenue details, medical records, and staffing data. The research instruments were tested and declared valid and reliable, thus suitable for use as data collection tools. The results show that hospital performance varies across the Balanced Scorecard perspectives. From the financial perspective, performance has not been fully optimal due to an imbalance between expenditure realization and cost efficiency, although revenue achievement was able to exceed the target. From the customer perspective, performance is classified as good, indicated by the ability to retain and attract patients as well as a customer satisfaction index of 83,04% which is in the good category. From the internal business process perspective, the utilization of inpatient facilities has not been optimal and has not met service standards, although clinical quality indicators are relatively good. Meanwhile, the learning and growth perspective shows positive performance reflected in high employee retention, a tendency toward increased productivity, and an employee satisfaction index of 85,9%. These findings confirm that the Balanced Scorecard is able to provide a more comprehensive picture of hospital performance through the integration of financial and non-financial aspects.

Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination analysis, and simultaneous and partial hypothesis testing. The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on teachers’ innovative behavior, both partially and simultaneously. These countries were chosen because of their rapid economic growth, large populations, rapid industrialization process, wealth of natural resources, significant foreign investment flows, ongoing economic reforms and more advanced infrastructure developments. Overall, these countries have an important role in the global economy despite still facing a number of challenges. The data used in this study are secondary data available from the World Bank and the Global Footprint Network. The analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression with the period 2011 – 2023. The results of this study found that renewable energy consumption and internet penetration contribute to reducing the ecological footprint in ASEAN while economic growth still contributes to increasing the ecological footprint.

Abstract

Startup companies enter the market with innovative products or services, operating in dynamic environments with limited resources. Dynamic business environments require organizations to pay attention to human resources, as employees are valuable assets. Startups experience high turnover rates, which disrupt business processes. This study aims to understand the factors and the importance of turnover in the top 10 financial service startups in Indonesia, with a sample of permanent staff with at least 1 year experience. Data collection was obtained through online questionnaires. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to test the research model with a sample size of 138 respondents. The results indicate that managerial support for employees and employees' perception of fairness towards the organization impact civility, known to increase employee job satisfaction, which in turn mediates civility with turnover intention, ultimately increasing affective commitment to reduce turnover intention. The study is limited to focusing on the top 10 financial service startups in Indonesia and does not explore the roles of age, gender, and job type differences, thus the results do not encompass the entire startup environment and its employees' personal factors. Future studies are expected to explore these aspects to provide deeper insights in subsequent research.

Abstract

Polyclinic services act as the frontline in the health system, providing primary and secondary care to the wider community. However, the quality of services in polyclinics often still does not meet patient expectations. Factors such as doctor quality, service quality and Shared Decision Making are interrelated and contribute directly or indirectly to patient satisfaction. Good service quality in each of these aspects creates a more positive experience for patients and builds trust in health services in polyclinics. Conversely, dissatisfaction with one of these aspects can affect patients' perceptions of overall service quality, which ultimately impacts their level of compliance with medical recommendations. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of patient satisfaction on the influence of doctor competence quality, service quality and shared decision making on patient compliance at Eka Bekasi Hospital. This method uses a quantitative cross-sectional method. Using the Non-Probability Sampling Technique, the sample in this study was 89 respondents.Service Quality affects patient compliance and patient satisfaction. And service quality affects patient compliance which is mediated by patient satisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of focusing on improving service quality in efforts to improve patient satisfaction and compliance, indicating that aspects of the patient experience are more important than individual factors such as physician competence or shared decision-making processes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing strategies—namely double date promotions, TikTok Shop live streams, and free shipping—on consumers’ consumptive behavior toward Skintific makeup products. The study is grounded in the context of shifting shopping patterns influenced by the rapid growth of digital technology, particularly in the beauty industry. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative method, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased Skintific products via TikTok Shop. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess both the individual and combined impact of the three promotional variables on consumer behavior. The findings reveal that each of the three strategies, as well as their combined application, significantly influence consumer buying tendencies. These results suggest that the integration of digital promotions with interactive social media platforms plays a crucial role in stimulating purchasing behavior, especially among beauty product consumers. This research is expected to provide valuable insights for businesses in crafting more impactful and sustainable marketing strategies.

Secondary sources, such as documents and literary evaluations, were used to collect the information that was acquired. The population of this study is comprised of businesses that have been designated as IDX ESG Leaders for the period of time spanning from 2020 to 2024. By using a method known as purposive sampling, we were able to choose 17 out of thirty organisations to serve as our sample, which resulted in the collection of 85 data points for the research. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was used for the analysis this time.
