Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio on the Value of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Company in 2019-2023 in the company PT. Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk., PT. Destinasi Tirta Nusantara Tbk., PT. Pembangunan Graha Lestari Indah Tbk. PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk., PT. Eastparch Hotel Tbk. And PT. Pioneerindo Gourmet Internasional Tbk partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a descriptive verification method. The data used are secondary data obtained from BEI data and/or annual report data for each company which includes data on Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio and Company Value. Statistical tests used in this study are classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS Statistics software program. The 36.5% influence of ROA, ROE, DER, EPS, and PER on company value indicates a significant but not dominant influence. This means that while these factors are important, companies must also consider external factors and non-financial business strategies to increase their company value. Furthermore, investors should consider other factors before making investment decisions.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, businesses must face rapid and complex changes. New technologies, changing consumer behavior, and global challenges require business actors to have sound adaptation strategies. However, many Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukabumi City have not yet optimally utilized digital potential. Many still rely on traditional methods such as word-ofmouth marketing and physical sales. This highlights the digital divide among MSMEs that needs to be addressed through mentoring, digital training, and empowerment programs. Based on data and phenomena, the author used a qualitative research method. The author analyzed the issue related to social problems by implying important efforts, namely by asking questions to participants and collecting data that was then analyzed and interpreted using a descriptive approach, which can provide an overview of the focus of the author's research in the form of words. MSMEs that adapt to digital technology gain benefits such as increased competitiveness and market reach. However, they face obstacles such as costs, low technological understanding, and lack of policy support. Effective strategies to increase MSME competitiveness include digital marketing on social media, collaboration with marketplaces, digital literacy training, and product innovation. It is recommended to start developing a simple digital strategy.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital era, public communication has undergone a major transformation such as public figures are no longer limited to formal bureaucrats, but also reaching popular figures from the entertainment world such as artists. Popularity, extensive social media networks, and the ability to build emotional closeness with the public, make celebrities ideal figures in conveying strategic government messages. One important event that reflects this shift is the appointment of Raffi Ahmad as the Special Envoy of the President of the Republic of Indonesia for the Development of the Young Generation and Arts Workers in 2024. This group of Young Generation and Arts Workers is known to have dynamic, expressive communication characteristics, and tends to be critical of formal, bureaucratic, and rigid communication styles. Raffi Ahmad's appointment has drawn various reactions, ranging from enthusiastic support to skeptical criticism. Therefore, the focus of this study, namely the communication style of Raffi Ahmad as an authoritative and popular figure, is very important to study. This research refers to the communication style theory by Hamilton, (2011) which provides a framework for the forms of communication patterns and dimensions of communication styles that are dominantly used by Raffi Ahmad in managing images and messages related to his role as special presidential envoy for the Development of Young Generation and Arts Workers. Descriptive quantitative methodology and data collection were carried out through content analysis of visual posts from the Instagram account @ukp_muda_raffiahmad which were then analyzed using Klaus Krippendorf content analysis. The results of the study show that Raffi Ahmad’s communication style is flexible and adaptive. The dominant style was used most frequently (40%), followed by the dramatic style (26.7%), friendly style (26.7%), and relaxed style (6.7%). The content topics included social issues (46.7%), politics (33.3%), and entertainment (20%). The communication patterns observed were informative (33.3%), self-image building (26.7%), calls to action and appreciation (16.7% each), and persuasion (6.7%). The visual communication strategy was supported by the use of “illustrator” gestures (43.3%) and semi-formal attire (56.7%). Findings also indicate that posts employing dramatic and relaxed communication styles tended to receive highly positive audience responses, while dominant styles in political content triggered resistance and negative comments. The study concludes that the effectiveness of public communication by non-political figures in the digital era is significantly influenced by the alignment between communication style, content topic, media format, and public perception of the figure’s role. Adapting communication styles based on empathy, participation, and emotional engagement is key to building credibility and strong connections in the digital public sphere. Abstract

This study aims to determine the overview of work division, employee authority, and job performance at PT. Anala Cakra Energi, as well as to analyze the influence of work division and authority on employee performance improvement. The research employs descriptive and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population of this study consists of all employees at PT. Anala Cakra Energi, totaling 33 individuals. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using statistical tests, specifically the t-test. The results of the study indicate that there is no significant influence of work division on employee performance improvement. Similarly, employee authority does not show a significant effect on job performance. This is evidenced by the hypothesis testing, where the t-count values were lower than the t-table values, thus accepting the null hypothesis (H₀) for both variables. Therefore, the current implementation of work division and authority has not provided a significant contribution to improving employee performance at the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operational Area 8 Gubeng Surabaya. In the current era of globalization and digital transformation, human resources play a critical role in achieving an organization’s strategic objectives. Optimal employee performance is not solely determined by individual abilities but is significantly influenced by structured work systems, embedded organizational culture, and a supportive work environment. The research is based on the phenomenon of unequal employee performance across divisions within the company. While the Passenger Facilities Division achieves high performance scores, the Freight Transport Division records lower performance, suggesting imbalances in the implementation of internal management factors such as SOP adherence, workplace conditions, and cultural values. Some organizational practices such as SOP enforcement and organizational culture are seen as being implemented formally without meaningful integration into daily operations, thus impacting employee effectiveness. A quantitative research approach was applied using multiple linear regression analysis. The population consists of employees of PT. KAI Daop 8 Surabaya, with purposive sampling used to collect responses. The research instrument was a validated and reliable questionnaire, and data were analyzed through classical assumption tests, the coefficient of determination (R²), F-tests (simultaneous), and t-tests (partial) to assess the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results show that SOP, work environment, and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. Individually, each variable positively contributes to performance, with SOP having the most dominant influence.

Abstract

This study analyses the integration of risk management into project scheduling in a coal mining development project. A mixed-methods case study was applied, combining interviews, observations, document analysis, and structured questionnaires. Project scheduling was conducted using the Critical Path Method (CPM), while risk assessment followed the AS/NZS 4360:2004 framework. The initial CPM analysis identified five activities on the critical path (A–B–D–E–F) with a total duration of 90 weeks. A risk assessment revealed thirteen potential risks, including two high-priority items, six moderate-to-high risks, four moderate risks, and three low risks. Control strategies such as avoidance, reduction, transfer, and acceptance were proposed to mitigate these risks. After incorporating risk management into the CPM schedule, the project duration extended to 94 weeks, reflecting additional preventive measures and contingency buffers. While the schedule lengthened, the revised plan provided greater resilience against disruptions and improved reliability for project execution. These findings indicate that integrating risk management into project scheduling produces a more realistic and achievable timeline, especially for large-scale and high-risk projects such as mining operations. Theoretically, this research contributes a framework for risk-adjusted scheduling by combining deterministic scheduling with proactive risk analysis. Practically, it offers project managers valuable guidance to minimize disruptions, enhance decision-making, and increase the probability of successful and timely project completion.

Abstract

Iran's nuclear program has become a strategic issue influencing the security architecture of the Middle East, particularly during the 2020–2024 period. Since the United States withdrew from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in 2018, Iran’s nuclear development has continued to create new tensions with regional states, particularly Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. This research aims to analyze the impact of Iran's nuclear program on regional security in the Middle East using the framework of the Regional Security Complex Theory (RSCT), which emphasizes the interconnection among states within a conflict-prone region. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, relying on literature studies from academic journals, international organizations’ reports, and official documents from governments and international institutions. The findings indicate that Iran’s nuclear program not only exacerbates regional instability but also encourages the formation of new alliances, such as the normalization of relations between Israel and Gulf states through the Abraham Accords. Moreover, the nuclear issue further reinforces the rivalry between the pro-Iran bloc and the pro-West bloc, which has implications for the consolidation of regional defense strategies. Therefore, Iran’s nuclear program serves as a key factor in shaping the direction and prospects of Middle Eastern regional security during the 2020–2024 period. Abstract

The provision of credit to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often uses a Power of Attorney to Charge Mortgage Rights (SKMHT) as the initial binding of collateral before making a Deed of Granting Mortgage Rights (APHT). However, the regulation of the SKMHT period creates legal uncertainty, especially regarding Article 15 paragraphs (3) and (4) of the Mortgage Rights Law and banking technical provisions. The ambiguity of norms affects legal protection for creditors and debtors and may cause disputes in executing collateral. This research first analyzes the regulations on the SKMHT period and the vagueness of norms in MSME credit with land collateral. Second, it evaluates the reconstruction of ideal norms for SKMHT period settings to ensure legal certainty and protection in MSME credit practices. The research uses three approaches: the Statute Approach to examine SKMHT regulations, the Conceptual Approach to analyze legal doctrines, and the Comparative Approach to compare legal arrangements or court decisions from other countries.Three legal theories are applied: Legal Certainty Theory to resolve SKMHT term issues, Legal Protection Theory to analyze protection for creditors and debtors, and Responsibility Theory to review obligations of parties in MSME credit. The results show unclear norms cause legal uncertainty, and failure to convert SKMHT into APHT results in nullity. Therefore, reconstruction of SKMHT term norms in MSME credit with land collateral is required to ensure permanent legal force.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how leadership style and the phenomenon of quiet quitting contribute to employee performance levels. The subjects of this research consist of all non-medical staff working at the Pindad Clinic and Hospital in Bandung. This study was initiated due to a substantial gap identified in previous research, namely the absence of studies specifically examining quiet quitting among non-medical personnel in Indonesia’s healthcare sector, as well as the limited empirical evidence on how perceptions of leadership shape psychological withdrawal tendencies within this work environment. This study applied a descriptive quantitative method by distributing surveys to a total of 107 participants drawn from a population of 146 non-medical employees. The measurement of the instrument employed a Likert scale consisting of five response options, and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS with linear regression to assess direct relationships among the variables. The results of Hypothesis 1 reveal that leadership style positively affects performance, but the effect does not reach statistical significance. Meanwhile, the analysis of Hypothesis 2 confirms that quiet quitting exerts a significant negative effect on performance, where decreased quiet quitting behavior is associated with enhanced employee performance.
