Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Meta Ads strategies in enhancing customer engagement. The research was conducted due to the gap between the high reach achieved by the company and the low level of audience interaction or engagement. This study employs a qualitative approach using a narrative analysis method. Data were collected through participant observation during the internship, in-depth interviews, and analysis of campaign performance documents. The results indicate that the implementation of Meta Ads is still highly oriented toward conversion and lead generation, resulting in engagement not being a primary focus. Furthermore, the study reveals a mismatch between audience segmentation (B2B) and the content approach (B2C), which contributes to the low level of audience engagement.

Abstract

In this study, the link between Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), organizational commitment, and sustainable employee performance at PT Arteria Daya Mulia Cirebon. The study is grounded in the view that sustainability-oriented human resource practices do not always influence employee performance directly, but may operate through organizational and psychological mechanisms. Using a quantitative associative design, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), was used to analyse data gathered from 130 permanent employees. The results demonstrate that both organizational commitment and GHRM have a positive and considerable impact on sustainable employee performance. But the immediate consequence of GHRM on sustainable employee performance is not statistically significant. These results indicate that sustainability-oriented HR practices become more meaningful for long-term employee performance when they strengthen employees’ psychological attachment to the organization. The research adds to the body of knowledge regarding sustainable HRM in manufacturing by showing that organizational commitment has a key role in translating green HR practices into stable and responsible employee performance. Practically, the conclusions imply that manufacturing companies must integrate green-oriented HR policies with managerial efforts to strengthen employee commitment in order to support more sustainable performance outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of the reciprocal tariff policy, also known as the Trump Tariff, enacted by the United States in 2025, and the response of Islamic capital market participants to this global event, observed through stock price volatility in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). A descriptive quantitative approach was employed to explain the results by presenting the collected data as they are, without attempting to draw generalizable conclusions. The data analysis methods used include the calculation of daily logarithmic returns, estimation of historical volatility using a 7-day rolling standard deviation, identification of tariff policy announcement dates in 2025, and visual interpretation of volatility pattern changes around that period in the observed market conditions. The results indicate that the Indonesian Islamic stock market (JII) experienced significant price fluctuations during the period of the new tariff policy under President Trump. Daily returns showed a negative tendency with an asymmetric distribution, reflecting market uncertainty in responding to global dynamics. The highest level of volatility occurred in April 2025, suggesting that the market reacted to global economic issues through increased price instability. This study demonstrates that external conditions such as tariff policies can influence market psychology and stability, even if not proven causally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personality factors consisting of Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism on Investment Decisions with Investment Intention as an intervening variable among investors in Indonesia. The study employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The research population consists of investors in Indonesia, with a sample of 487 respondents determined through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from official publications related to the development of investors in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS through the evaluation of the outer model (convergent validity, discriminant validity, AVE, reliability, and collinearity) and the inner model (R-square and hypothesis testing through bootstrapping). The results indicate that all constructs meet the criteria of validity and reliability. The model demonstrates moderate explanatory power with an R² value of investment intention of 0.577 and an R² value of investment decisions of 0.651. Structurally, Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, and Agreeableness have a significant positive effect on Investment Intention and Investment Decisions, while Neuroticism does not have a significant effect on either. Investment Intention has a significant positive effect on Investment Decisions and acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, and Agreeableness on Investment Decisions, but does not mediate the effect of Neuroticism.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of power dynamics, gender roles, and organizational structures on extramarital affairs within professional environments. It examines how hierarchical structures and societal conventions influence relationships, frequently to the detriment of women. This research employs interdisciplinary approaches, including Marxist alienation, power-approach theory, and social identity theory, to link workplace infidelity to broader concerns of gender inequity, and corporate accountability. The study seeks to examine the influence of organizational hierarchies on workplace relationships, the significance of cultural notions such as "ibuism" and "neo-ibuism" within Indonesian society, and the psychological and professional ramifications of these dynamics. It also assesses business policies and human resources initiatives in the management of workplace relationships. A desk research analysis method is employed, examining literature from sociology, psychology, and management disciplines. Secondary data from international research offer insights into workplace infidelity and gender discrepancies. Principal themes encompass power and gender dynamics, workplace hierarchies, cultural expectations, and human resource regulations pertaining to workplace relationships. The study emphasizes the influence of authority and control on relationships, frequently resulting in exploitation, harassment, and professional stagnation for women. This study enhances gender equity, and corporate governance by promoting regulations that guarantee equitable and secure professional environments. It advocates for a decentralized, decolonized, and gender-sensitive approach to workplace relations, highlighting the necessity for ethical business frameworks that avert exploitation and foster diversity and equality.

Abstract

This study analyzes the dynamic influence of digitalization and macroeconomic variables on the financial performance of BMT UGT Nusantara during 2020–2025 using a Vector Error Correction Model framework. The results confirm a long-run equilibrium relationship among digitalization, macroeconomic conditions, and BMT financial performance. Digitalization emerges as the dominant driver, where digital user adoption strongly drives intermediation efficiency while digital transaction volume generates the most persistent contribution to asset growth. Macroeconomic variables exert minimal direct causal influence, though inflation poses a more persistent threat to intermediation efficiency than interest rate movements. A fundamental asymmetry is identified in that breadth and depth of digitalization operate through distinct institutional channels. BMT management is encouraged to develop digitally accessible financing products to convert active transactors into productive financing participants. For regulators, this study provides empirical justification for policies facilitating digital transformation across Islamic microfinance cooperatives to strengthen financial inclusion and institutional resilience.

Abstract

The rapid growth of financial technology in Indonesia has encouraged the widespread use of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), particularly among Generation Z. While BNPL offers convenience and flexibility in digital transactions, its use also carries risks such as overspending, payment defaults, and long-term financial pressure. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, saving orientation, tendency for social comparison, and regulatory environment on the decision to use BNPL services among Generation Z in Bali, with perceived behavioral control serving as a mediating variable. This research adopts a quantitative associative approach. The population consists of Generation Z individuals domiciled in Bali who have used BNPL services, with a sample of 400 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings are expected to show that financial literacy and saving orientation tend to reduce BNPL usage decisions, while tendency for social comparison and regulatory environment tend to increase them. Perceived behavioral control is also expected to play an important mediating role in explaining how cognitive, behavioral, social, and external factors shape BNPL usage decisions. This study contributes to the literature on behavioral accounting and digital financial behavior, particularly in understanding the financial decision-making patterns of Generation Z in the context of short-term digital credit in Bali.
