Abstract

This study utilizes a quantitative approach aimed at determining both the partial and simultaneous effects of user-generated content, electronic word of mouth, and perceived product quality on purchase intention for Somethinc products. With the rapid growth of digital marketing, especially on platforms like TikTok, gaining insight into these factors plays a vital role in brands' efforts to influence consumer behavior. The study’s population consists of followers of the @somethincofficial TikTok account. A total of 204 respondents were selected using the Slovin formula, with purposive sampling applied based on specific criteria such as TikTok users born in 1997-2012, followers of the @somethincofficial TikTok account, knowing the Somethinc brand, and having seen content or reviews about Somethinc products. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for data analysis. This study reveals that user-generated content, electronic word of mouth, and perceived product quality, both simultaneously and partially, exert a significant influence on purchase intention for Somethinc products.

Abstract

The purpose of this analysis is to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and creative work climate on innovative behavior, with a quantitative approach and cross-sectional time horizon method. The research was conducted in 12 schools in Cirebon City, involving 142 respondents obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Based on the results, innovative knowledge sharing practices, positive and creative work climate, and innovative teacher behavior were significantly correlated. This suggests that creating a climate that supports creativity and knowledge sharing among teachers can encourage innovation, and this is crucial for improving learning effectiveness. Therefore, schools need to develop policies that encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and create an innovative and creative work climate. These measures will not only improve the quality of teaching but also have an impact on improving student achievement, creating a productive and thriving educational environment.

Abstract

This study aims to see how responsiveness, empathy, and interpersonal communication impact customer satisfaction in telecommunication services. This study uses a quantitative approach, using regression analysis to see how these variables relate. The results show that responsiveness has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, which means that the level of customer satisfaction will increase along with how quickly and appropriately a company handles customer complaints and requests. However, empathy and interpersonal communication do not significantly affect customer satisfaction, indicating that customers prioritize functional aspects such as the speed and accuracy of responses to complaints. Therefore, telecommunications needs to improve service responsiveness by utilizing digital technologies such as AI-based chatbots and integrated information systems. In addition, although empathy and interpersonal communication do not have a direct effect, it is still important to build good interactions to increase customer loyalty in the long run. Companies.

The findings of the study indicate that employee performance is not significantly impacted by transformative leadership. Employee performance is also not significantly impacted by the workplace. Nonetheless, employee performance is significantly impacted by work satisfaction. These results suggest that elements other than work environment and leadership style may be more important in raising employee performance. The significance of job happiness in raising employee commitment and productivity is emphasized by this study. Therefore, it is recommended that businesses concentrate more on enhancing job happiness in order to sustainably maximize employee performance.
