Abstract

Law No. 4 of 2004, article 10 paragraph (2) has determined that judicial bodies including general courts, religious courts, military courts and state administrative courts are courts under the Supreme Court. The law differentiates between these judicial bodies, each of which has the authority to adjudicate and includes first-level and appellate-level judicial bodies. That in the legal system there are different terms, namely general court and special court. General and special justice is due to the existence of certain cases and groups. General justice is justice for society in general, namely civil cases and criminal cases. Meanwhile, the judiciary is special because it tries certain cases such as religious, military and state administrative courts. Law No. 4 of 2004 articles 10 and 15 explain that children's courts are special courts. This is its specialization and differentiation below the district court. However, in Indonesia there is no place for a juvenile court that stands alone as a special court. so that children's cases are still under the scope of general justice.

Abstract

Implemenentation of coloring activities in improving aspects of chlidren’s fine motor development the purpose of this research is to reveal about planning coloring activities to improve aspects of fine motor development in group B children in the Nurhidayah KB for the 2022-2023 academic year implementation of coloring activities in improving aspects fine motor development in group B children in the Nurhidayah KB For the 2022-2023 academic year evaluation of fine motor development in group B children in tthe Nurhidayah KB For the 2022-2023 Academic year this study uses a qualitative approach and a type of phenomenological approach data collection techniques using observation interviews and documentation as for the technical analysis used is data reduction display data and verification of data and dtawing conclusions the research results show that: Planning coloring activities to improve aspects of fine motor development for group B chilfren at the Nurhidayah KB for the 2022-2023 school year. Make RPPH in accordance with the guidebook for preparing assessments using a star striker. The implementation of coloring activities in imprroving aspects of childrens fine motor development in group B at the Nurhidayah KB for the 2022-2023 academic year consists of seveal steps namely the core introduction and closing evaluation. Step activities in improving aspects of group B fine motor development at Nurhidayah KB 2022-2023 aqcademic year by collecting star stickers then adjusting to aspects of fine motor development that you want to achieve.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal how the teachers strategy plans in developing the independent character of this research is to reveal how the teacher’s strategy pllans in developing the independent character of eary childhood in the budi mulia galing play group for the 2022-2023 school year,how to implement the teacher strategy in developing the independent character of the early childhood budi mulia galaing play group for the 2022-2023 academic year. 2023 and ,what are the results of implemnting the independent character of early childhood play group budi mulis galing village academic year 2022-2023 this study uses a qualitative approach and a type of phenomenological research. Data collection techniques using abservation, interviews and documentation.the analysis techniques used are data reduction,data display and data verification and conclusion. Abstract

This article aims to describe and find out about: 1) Describe planning for the development of social emotional abilities in early childhood through role playing methods; 2) Describe how the implementation of role playing methods can develop children's social and emotional development; 3) Describe the evaluation of the development of early childhood social emotional abilities. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this research show that: 1) Teachers in creating an environmental system that allows the learning process to occur is a necessity with the aim that learning objectives can be achieved optimally, therefore teachers are required to prepare daily learning implementation plans (RPPH). 2) The teacher creates a script for the storyline that will be played; The teacher gathers children to be given directions and rules for role playing; The teacher has prepared the tools that students will use to play; The teacher explains the tools that students will use to play; The teacher distributes tasks to students according to the roles they will play, so that they do not fight when playing roles; The teacher accompanies students in role playing. 3) Formative evaluation is intended to monitor student learning progress during the teaching and learning process and to identify weaknesses that require improvement so that teaching and learning outcomes become better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal about: 1) teacher preparation before applying the drill method in increasing the memorization of short Al-Qur’an surahs in class IV A students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasul 'Amal Sebawi for the 2021/2022 academic year; 2) steps taken by the teacher in applying the drill method in increasing the memorization of short Al-Qur’an surahs in class IV A students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasul 'Amal Sebawi for the 2021/2022 academic year; 3) mastery of memorization after the teacher applies the drill method in increasing the memorization of short Al-Qur’an surahs in class IV A students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasul 'Amal Sebawi for the 2021/2022 academic year. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that; 1) teacher preparation before applying the drill method in increasing memorization of short Al-Qur’an surahs in class IV A students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhlasul 'Amal Sebawi for the 2021/2022 academic year, namely: prepare short surah sheets in advance to distribute to students. After that the teacher invites students to read the surah together slowly and correctly, this activity will be carried out repeatedly. 2) the steps taken by the teacher in applying the drill method in increasing the memorization of the short Al-Qur’an surah in class IV A students are a) The teacher distributes short surahs in sheet form to students; b) The teacher invites students to read it together; c) The teacher asks students to memorize the surah; d) Before depositing the teacher invites students to recite the results of their memorization without looking at the reading text; 3) students' memorization mastery after the teacher applies the drill method in increasing the memorization of short Al-Qur’an surahs in class IV A students is proven when the memorization deposit increases every week.

Abstract

This research was motivated by indications that at the Sambas State Special School in Sebayan Village, it was found that several students were not paying enough attention or were unable to optimally follow the lessons. This happens to students with intellectual disabilities in terms of reading and writing and who are unable to grasp the lessons delivered by the teacher. This condition causes students' interest in learning to be low. Therefore, there are also many demands from parents who want their children to be able to learn calistung (reading, writing, arithmetic) so that parents' demands are very burdensome for mentally retarded children. Parents also don't want their children to be classified as children with special needs, so the parents' wishes are what causes children to be disabled. Grahita must be able to master the same material as regular students. This research has two research objectives, including the following: First, to determine teachers' efforts to increase learning interest in class III mentally retarded children at the Sambas State Special School for the 2022/2023 academic year. Second, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the learning interest of class III mentally retarded children at the Sambas State Special School for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach while this type of research is field research. There are three types of data collection techniques in this research, namely: Interview, Observation and Documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. Then the data validity checking techniques used are triangulation (source triangulation) and member check. The results of the research are: First, the efforts made by teachers to increase interest in learning in students with intellectual disabilities are by giving prizes to children who succeed in achieving the expected achievements with motivation in the form of stories or advice. Supporting the development of students' interest in learning with intellectual disabilities can be seen from their habits at school, which can be compared with their habits when they first entered school, as well as their ability to apply something that has been taught by their teacher. Second, the enthusiasm for learning of a mentally retarded student depends on whether he is enthusiastic or not when he first goes to school, where this feeling of enthusiasm is formed because of encouragement or support from parents to go to school. Increasing students' interest in learning is the means and infrastructure that facilitate the learning process so that children do not feel bored and in the learning process when children want to explore their abilities. The need for inadequate facilities and infrastructure is an inhibiting factor in increasing interest in learning among mentally retarded students at SLBN Sambas. A mentally retarded student in the learning process must be in a very supportive mood and environment in order to increase the child's enthusiasm for learning. Both in terms of facilities and infrastructure and environmental conditions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the planning, implementation and evaluation of habituation methods in increasing independence in group B1 children at TKIT Ya Bunayya Sambas for the 2022-2023 academic year. This research uses a qualitative approach and is a phenomenological type of research. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The research results show that the planning for habituation methods to increase independence in group B1 children at TKIT Ya Bunayya Sambas for the 2022-2023 academic year consists of several steps, namely; 1) prepare a semester program; 2) prepare a weekly learning implementation plan; and 3) prepare a daily learning implementation plan. The implementation of the habituation method to increase independence in group B1 children at TKIT Ya Bunayya Sambas for the 2022-2023 academic year is carried out in three stages, namely initial activities, core activities and final activities. Meanwhile, the evaluation of habituation methods in increasing independence in group B1 children at TKIT Ya Bunayya Sambas for the 2022-2023 academic year was carried out in three stages, namely reflective evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by indications that TKIT Ya Bunayya can be said to be unique because apart from providing learning like in general, this institution also emphasizes Islamic values such as memorizing short surahs, iqro', asmaul husna, names of surahs, hadith. Every day, practice the dhuha prayer and get used to the daily prayers. However, during the Duha prayer in class B, some children were still not able to be orderly and orderly, some children were still joking around with their friends, there were also those who were still playing alone when doing prayer movements, some children were still not able to perform ablution properly. And correct and still need guidance and support from the teacher. This research has three research objectives, including the following: First, to find out the role of teachers in developing the religious and moral values of children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022. Second, to find out the implementation of the development of religious and moral values in children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the Dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022. Third, to find out what factors influence the development of religious and moral values in children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the Dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022. This research uses a qualitative approach while this type of research is phenomenological research. There are three types of data collection techniques in this research, namely: Interview, Observation and Documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. Then the data validity checking techniques used are triangulation (source triangulation) and member check. The results of the research are: First, the role of teachers in developing the religious and moral values of children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022 is the teacher as a guide, planner, teacher, class manager, motivator, innovator, facilitator, and evaluator in learning. Second, the implementation of the development of religious and moral values for children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the Dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022 consists of several things, namely, learning planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation. Third, the factors that influence the development of religious and moral values in children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the Dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022, namely, consist of supporting factors and inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze: 1) How creative teachers are in using learning media to improve aspects of children's physical motor development at PAUD Permata Hati; 2) What are the forms of teacher creativity in utilizing learning media; 3) What obstacles/constraints do teachers face in utilizing learning media to improve aspects of physical motor development? This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological research, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusions. The research results show that; 1. Teacher creativity in utilizing learning media, namely by planning, in preparing RPPH, media, and preparing materials, with implementation so that it is carried out effectively and efficiently, evaluation by carrying out continuous assessments. 2. Forms of teacher creativity in utilizing learning media, namely: fluency in generating ideas/problems regarding media by sharing with teachers from other schools, flexibility/flexibility by utilizing the materials used to create learning media by utilizing used materials, originality in creating new and unique media and teacher skills in increasing children's enthusiasm for learning in the classroom so that children are active when delivering learning material 3. Barriers/constraints faced by teachers in utilizing learning media to improve aspects of physical motor development children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Permata Hati Dusun Sange Bakau, namely: lack of funds to buy media, the facilities provided by the school are inadequate, and teachers must be able to condition students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain: 1) How to plan to improve the recognition of letters and numbers in Class A using image media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). 2) How to implement the application of image media in improving the ability to recognize letters and numbers in Class A using image media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). 3) How to evaluate the use of image media in improving the ability to recognize letters and numbers in Class A Using Image Media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). This research uses a qualitative approach. The type of research carried out is phenomenological research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: (1) Planning to improve recognition of Class A letters and numbers using image media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). Namely by making a RPPH (Learning Implementation Plan) which is structured and directed in accordance with the applicable curriculum. (2) Implementation of the application of image media to improve the ability to recognize letters and numbers in Class A using image media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). Namely by using image media in the form of posters. (3) Evaluation of the use of image media in improving the ability to recognize letters and numbers in Class A Using Image Media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). Namely by implementing an oral test. The evaluation results obtained were an increase in children's ability to recognize letters and numbers. Because with increasing ability to recognize letters and numbers students will be able to read and write.
